Worst service ever. Bought a code for my Samsung Corby S3650, never received it. After 45 days I requested a money return. A month later, my money hasn't being refunded yet.

I WOULD NOT recommend you to use this service. Those guys are well known scammers.

They do not care about you. Support rarely respond your emails. They will keep you waiting with the excuse that their provider hasn't delivered the code yet.

40 dollars scam.

I recently bought an unlock code for my brothers phone and about two mins after needed to cancel, we origionally thought it to be a fault with the network or sim card, the terms and conditions are sly and do not allow refunds unless the code is delivered more than 5 days late?????? what!!!!!

what happened to good customer service and the customer is always right???

i will never use them again, and ask yourself if the customer service is this bad then its just them isnt it? it applies to everything!

i wouldnt of minded if i had been told prior to purchase "WARNING NO REFUNDS"

They were a good try. I paid, got a few confirming emails, got the unlocking code (actually 2 in case one would not work.) It worked immediatelly although I had to look for the correct way to put the code in on my own. I was quite happy with them, got the code after only less than 24 hours.

Abysmal, purchased a code for a Nokia 1100. Did not work. Was promised a refund under the money back guarantee. It is now a month since i purchased the code and i am still waiting for my money back. Customer service are dreadful, rarely reply to emails and when they do simply state they are looking into it, Don't waste your money, take a tenner down the market.

This service claims max turnaround time of 25 min for a T-mobile USA G1.
After charging my credit card, they sent me an email saying they needed to
know a phone number I could be reached at and the name of my issuing bank.
After entering this information on their website, they sent me a 4-digit
code via an automated phone call but the website popped up an message about
a "failed confirmation" with an 800-number to call. Their online chat system
did not respond to three queries, merely queuing the requests. Several calls
and voice mail messages later, I have still not heard from them.

purchased unlock code...didn't get verification...three weeks later while overseas where i needed to have phone unlocked...went back to site purchased unlock code; immeidiately received verification...got code within 48hrs; code worked...was charged twice...their customer service said they can't refund duplicate orders...criminal...
