Email them , about three hotels , leaving my name , phone, dates ,people etc . All info they needed , got email back saying received, and would get back. 5 days later no mails , phone calls , ? If that's the level of first contact , I will leave it up to you if you want that customer service .

My parents recently booked a holiday with purple travel to benidorm. At the time of booking they made it clear that my mum was in a mobility scooter and the agent said he would arrange special boarding for the flight and request a room close to lifts at hotel. They also booked transfers to the resort though Purple travel. The flight was great. Boarding had been requested. The transfer company refused to take them as they do not carry mobilty scooters resulting in them having to pay $70 taxi fare. When they got to the apartments they could not even get into the building as there were no ramps and alot of steps into the entrance. They tried calling purple travel but were in a queue for so long they gave up. My father who is nearly 70 had to look for a suitable place for them to stay again at their own expense or they would of been stranded. On return they phoned purple travel to complain. They were advised to put it in an email. For months purple travel have been fobbing them off saying they are waiting for the hotel in benidorm and the transfer comapny to get back to them. They will accept no responsibility in the fact they booked a holiday that was not suitable. In the last email they have sent it says we should hear within 7 days( its already been almost 3 months) and if we want to go to abta its up to us. Shocking response from a travel company. Would never recommend to anyone.They just dont want to know

I wasn't sure whether to trust or not as it was all online but from now on I will be booking most of my holidays with them. Everything was great and everything was sorted for us. We didn't have to get transfers ourselves as well, was all done for us. 10/10 excellent. Thanks!!!

Although our first quoted holiday was gone at time we called to book, the agent we dealt managed to find an other deal, with slightly increased price. Had a quality service and a great holiday.

Booked our honeymoon through these guys, they were cheapest out there. Really freindly staff in teh call centre and the holiday in Cancun was so great! They found us a good deal for Crete this year cant wait till July.

I dont normally write reviews but I have had a great experience with this company and wanted to share. The girl I was dealing with went above and beyond to help us find a holiday that suited our needs, calling us back with options sending us pictures and info on hotel facilities etc. Everything was sent via email and we just printed out all the vouchers. Super friendly service, all very quick and no fuss. I will definitely use them again

We booked through purple travel. Sales person was lovely. Service fast and efficient. We flew with ryanair and usually need to print boarding passes. They done it for us and emailed the boarding passes to us. They even emailed us the return boarding passes. Would recommend them.

Booked a holiday with Costa, who was very helpful and whom I have no issue with. Although they took my deposit, but told me they would ring me back in the morning to confirm the flights because it was too late to book them (10:30pm). I was told they would ring back at 9 am. I had uni and I had to leave the house so at 9am I rang up, to make sure I didnt miss they call when I was out. I was put through to a lady who sounded like she was still in bed when she answered the phone. I explained the situation that I was going to recieve a call at 9am, and I said I do realise that it is only just 9 am, but I am going out. To which she proceeded to tell me that infact where she was it was only 9:03am, and make me feel like I was stupid for even ringing up.....but when someone has taken your money and you have no confirmation whatsoever I wouldnt blame me for being eager!!! She was most unhelpful, and has tarnished the lovely reputation that Costa build up.

Hi it was so easy and quick ,the gentleman I spoke to (sorry I can't remember his name) was first class, nothing was a problem, he was very polite and knew what he was doing, he promised to call me back within 25min's and 25min's later he was on the phone. I don't know how the prices are so cheap, but it was what it said online no hidden charges. I only hope the holiday is as good as the booking was!

we went to Egypt for the first time and we booked it via purpletravel, it was one of the best hols we have had and purpletravel got everything RIGHT from the hotel, flights and even the transfers where a rep was waiting and help us right through customs,

He was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge about the holidays and areas I was enquiring about. I was very impressed with the ease, speed and quality of the booking process.

It was easy and friendly I had tried several internet holiday companies and the price kept going up but with purple it was much the dame as they advertised. I have no problem recommending them and very happy with service and teh holiday.

As we have said in several e-mail responses and on other feedback sites, we are genuinely sorry that you remain dissatisfied however at no point in any of the calls with our staff did you ask about an indoor pool. If you had asked we could have contacted the hotel to confirm for you.
We have no control over a hotel's right to reserve or refuse admission or use of facilities for children or for any other reason or due to health and safety, this is for a hotel to decide on their own property and if this is something that is so critical for you holiday, you could have asked the operator that booked your holiday prior to confirming your booking.
Once again, I want to reiterate how sorry we are that you remain so unhappy and that we have lost your business especially as you have booked with us several times.

I tried to book; Holiday for October, as i like purple travel. Was treated very badly by a lady in the UK call center.. I was treated well by the the geek center.God help clients.

I wanted to check on that company (reviews mixed up and most of the good ones propably posted by the company itself),so i gave them a call.An agent picked up,very chearful,polite and ready to be of service!Wow, thats my kind of people.brilliant! ( i wish ).. The minute i mentioned that i have a low budget, everything changed..boredom,no mood to find me something,irony etc. I thanked them for their time and hang up.i will never call them again.

I am genuinely sorry to hear that you had a bad experience before even getting a quote from one of our agents. I would like to look into this as the majority of our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, if you can contact us directly with your phone number I can locate the call and deal accordingly with the agent that you spoke with. Purple Travel are excellent in EVERY WAY they are efficient and very professional, I always book all my holidays with them and would never go any where else, why would I, they always get me the best deals, I sometimes holiday with them 3 times a year, you book with them and all confirmation and documents are there straight away, even by post they are with you within 2 days, the girls are very pleasant and are very helpful at all times. Highly recommend them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments, as already advised by our Customer Relations Manager, your complaint is still under investigation with your accommodation and transfer providers. As a travel agent all of the information provided to us at the time of booking was passed onto both the hotel and your transfer providers and at no time did they advise us that the transfer services or the hotel would not be suitable. We are very sorry to hear of circumstances that arose upon arrival, when we were contacted by yourself from resort our customer services team immediately arranged for an adapted vehicle for your return transfer, however as you had already sought alternative accommodation yourself in resort we were denied the opportunity to assist with this. We are now doing our best to assist you with your post travel complaint and would like to assure you that we do not take these matters lightly. Our Customer Relations Manager has kept you updated throughout the complaints process and will continue to liaise with the providers of your hotel and transfer to obtain a satisfactory outcome on your behalf.
