Great service from this personnel business, who let us know that the shoes we sent would be diffuclt to dye, but still said they could do them. Then did a beatiful job

I posted my shoes on 5th May and they were delivered to me today (14th May) - well inside the 10 day service that I went for. The colour is perfect, they look like new. The whole process of placing the order was really easy. There's nothing not to like! Thank you.

After many attempts to find shoes that I wanted dyed I found that by chance this dyeing company also sold satin shoes. The company was kind enough to send me three pairs on approval and one of them fit me better than any make I had tried to date. I returned them along with a swatch of the material for dyeing and they came back quicker than I anticipated and a perfect match. From start to finish the service has been terrific and I would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say how fantastic this company was. Due to myself changing my wedding dress a month before the big day, that ment that I also needed to change my shoe colour from white to a light Ivory. They were extremely helpful as I explained my situation and they also got the shoes back to me with time to spare for my big day. The colouring was perfect it matched my dress perfectly. Sent some expensive green boots to be dyed black as I was no longer wearing them and thought they still had an useful life in a different colour.I wasn't sure how they would turn out as there are horn buttons on the sides and I wasn't sure how effective the dyeing would be in covering the original colour. I am absolutely delighted with the result and I am sure they will wear well and give me a great deal of pleasure and use.Received a touch up pot in case of future scuffs. Really pleased with the personal service and would highly recommend.

I wanted to dye a pair of satin dance shoes from a tan colour to red. I had already contacted another company that said they couldn't dye these shoes and so was delighted when this Shoe Dyeing Direct said they would be able to to. I found the service very helpful both in terms of email response and over the phone. Everything was explained clearly and I knew what to expect in terms of likely colour result, costs and timescale. I would also point out as expressed in other reviews that one needs to check information carefully about colour expectations, packaging and postage beforehand. I was delighted with the result on my shoes and the job was done well within the expected timescale. I would definitely recommend this company and its service!

I sent my hat to be dyed and double boxed it to ensure it was safe. When the hat was returned it was only in the hat box with just brown paper wrapped around it. The box was damaged and so was the hat. Shoe dyeing direct would not compensate me and so I had to claim from parcel force. Unfortunately because shoedyeingdirect only take out the basic cover I only had £80 sent back to me. When I contacted shoedyeingdirect about this they basically said tough as I had not requested increased compensation. Most hats once you have paid the postage and dyeing costs will be well in excess of the £100 limit so I would strongly suggest if you are going to use this company then I would ask for extra cover. I feel very let down by this company as they were not interested at all, no customer service. The hat was for my daughter's wedding so I had to try and find a replacement. The hat did not look great after they had dyed it either.

The company was really helpful when contacted by phone and ensured I knew what to do and what to expect. My shoes and bag were returned within the promised timescales and had been expertly dyed. I was initially a little disappointed with the colour match but on closer inspection in differing light I can see that the colour is going to be the 'best fit' for all lights on the day. You do need to make sure that your items are packed properly and I would recommend sending by registered signed for post. Allow plenty of time for the process - dyes are hand mixed and it takes a while to get the shoes and bag returned. If you are having several items done DO send them all together as each batch of dye will be slightly different as it is mixed by hand and if it's your bridesmaids you don't want the shades to differ! I would certainly use Shoe Dyeing Direct again should the need arise!

We sent a pair of men's leather shoes too be dyed a different colour. They were returned within two weeks and exactly matched the colour we requested. Can't praise this service highly enough! Their response was very helpful and his shoes are great... a favourite.

After much searching (and lots of stressing) I was unable to find the perfect pair of shoes to go with my mother of the bride outfit for when my daughter gets married this weekend. Full of last minute panic,I found the perfect pair of shoes the weekend before the wedding......in ivory!!!!! My outfit is navy. In a sheer frenzy I telephoned around any places I could think of that offer a shoe dyeing service. A local bridal shop recommended Shoe Dying Direct, telling me of their amazing customer service so I just had to give them a go. I dropped off the shoes to their facilities and paid for their platinum service, I was assured that the shoes would be dyed straight away and with a next day delivery service I should see them delivered back to me in plenty of time for the wedding. The package arrived this morning, bare in mind I had only dropped them off two days ago. I opened the box.......they are absolutely amazing!!!! I really did breath a sigh of absolute relief. The quality of the dyeing is just brilliant, I sent a handbag with the shoes to colour match and they are exactly the right colour, I just couldn't have hoped for a better result. They truly were worth every single penny. I would like to say a huge, HUGE thank you to Shoe Dying Direct for your fantastic service.
