It was a hundred miles to Bathroom Village Exeter and it was worth every mile! We visited several showrooms in search of our en-suite furniture but each time we left in despair. Then we found that the shower-bath we were looking for was in your showroom. Well, we had excellent help and advice with everything we needed, from shower-head to waste! We left after about two hours with everything settled. What we thought was going to be difficult, turned out to be quite easy. As we drove away we said "we enjoyed spending our money at Bathroom Village, Exeter".

I was searching for a 'Heritage tapes' in Holland but they tell me that this brand was not available anymore. So I searching on the internet and I came on this site. Nice people and great service! From The Netherlands, Rotterdam.

This company put themselves out to get the best shower and bathroom equipment and fittings to suit our needs. We were so impressed with their range of knowledge on the shower specification to customise the shower room. They were able to provide a total service from selection, ordering, delivery information and after sales support. All communication was efficient and always courteous in every way. Just wish we had found them earlier to save hassle and disappointment. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone planing a bespoke shower and bathroom.

We ordered a Heritage Kharine basin, pedestal, WC and cistern... and had a problem or two! The cistern didn't sit properly on the pan and leant forward so it couldn't fit a 90 degree angle. And the basin was the new model, although we expected and wanted the older model which we'd seen online because it's the one Heritage shows with all suppliers and their own website. (Their older model is much more elegant in our view and that's the one we thought we'd ordered... especially as we hadn't even known there was a new model!) So we contacted BathroomVillage, expecting a battle to get things put right. But we were so wrong. Trevlynn Sawyer (Customer Service) took the time to hear what we felt, understood, and took up our case, working really hard to get it all put right and communicating brilliantly. And that wasn't plain sailing - Heritage admittedly tried hard but kept sending us the wrong items - at one point we had 10 pieces of their sanitary ware in our living room! The key thing is, though, that really great customer service isn't about being polite and charming when things are going well. It's doing exactly what Trevlynn did - listen, empathise, act as our champion and keep going until we had exactly what we wanted. We got to know each other well, making each other laugh instead of getting upset! And we now have what we wanted. She got us the previous (discontinued) model of basin and pedestal, and had Heritage sort out a WC and cistern that are a much better fit. So, it's great when things go well first time. But we'll always trust BathroomVillage because they kept working for us just because they didn't want to have dissatisfied customers. If and when we need any more bathroom equipment, we'll be back.

I needed a small, inexpensive item (a loo seat buffer). The service provided by Steve, of Bathroom Village in Taunton, was first class: efficient, helpful, polite. He sourced the obscure item needed and arranged for it to be sent for me very quickly. I recommend the company without reserve. Barrie King Taunton

One wet day last June happened to be in Taunton with my brother - who had offered to install a new bathroom for us. We looked on the Internet and found two showrooms - I had never heard of Bathroom Village before but we called in there and [name removed] was so helpful. He had an extensive knowledge of the various fittings we would need and had technical conversations with my brother - whilst I chose a fantastic jacuzzi bath 9and not too expensive either). I returned on a couple of occasions with various queries and also at the end with some left ove ritems which we were re-imbursed for. We now have a lovely bathroom with above mentioned bath, walk in wet room shower ...and am loving the slow motion loo lid!
