Excellent quick service opened earlier than expected and communication on fb was quick response

They have several sites set up, all of them providing phone unlocking services and when you place a order it is processed by unlockingonline. Initially I used the http for the order which was processed and paid to unlockingonline. I wanted to unlock my Samsung galaxy for which I paid $30.99, the expected delivery time was 3-24 hours. The short delivery time was the main reason I used this site. Now 5 days have passed and after sending multiple emails and support tickets I have got no reply from them. I even tried calling them several times but all I get is the response that "currently no one is available to take the call". All I can think of now is that I have lost my money, so beware of them

Was sceptical at first due to a number of bad reviews about this company but I only found them after I had ordered there services So thought I would just wait and see as I had only paid £29.99. But after 4 days I received instructions on how to unlock my new iPhone 6 on the vodaphone network and I was thrilled as it worked instantly.

This was such a simple process...less than 48 hours. Fully working iPhone 6s. I was very suspicious of an Internet company but I would definitely use again if I need to, the order status bar means you can clearly see when your order is ready and I think less than 48 hours is fab over the festive season. O2 wouldn't do it and £29.99 is not a lot of money.

Wanted to unlock my son's IPhone 5S (end of contract). Easy to enter details and part with money. Estimate was 3 - 7 days. After 8 it was still running. Tried 3 emails and 5 phone calls with no response at all. Eventually it timed out at 13 days +. Got MasterCard onto it for a 'chargeback'. Order now flagged as 'cancelled' and 'refunded'. Read the so called 'guarantees' very carefully. Good luck if you use them! I would recommend them to my worst enemy.

I recently upgraded my devicevand gave my old m8 to my mrs. It was locked to o2 but my mrs uses 3 so i took a look online and was recomended these guys. I typed in what i needed to and within ten minutes i had my code. It unlocked straight away and for only £6.99 you cant fault it. Usually it costs around £15 to unlock a smartphone not including the journey to and from. Now you can do it on your own home from your own phone. Fantastic service

My phone was unlocked within 10 minutes. I had a Blackberry from orange and was transferring to Giff Gaff. Very nervous as I'm not used to using on-line services but was so pleased and relieved when all went well. have already recommended this service to my friends. Also, cheaper than the high street stores.

My son gave me his redundant Blackberry, I wanted to use it here in France. tryed unlockingonline.com. They were half of the price quoted by Vodafone and it took 20mins from registering on their site. Brilliant Service.

Well, it took a little longer than I was expecting to get my code (13 hours and a few minutes in the end), but it DID arrive. The instructions were very clear, which is useful as there are quite a few steps to go through, and it also made very clear what NOT to do (in particular about the number of codes and the number of attempts you get!!). It would have been better if it had been made quite clear that you may end up waiting for 12 hours or more as I was hoping it would come through in a few minutes. However, despite that wait, I am pleased with the instructions I was given and the phone was successfully unlocked - a Blackberry 8520 Curve.

I picked this company due to the reviews it has received (wish I never had) So, I paid the £24.99 to have my Samsung S3 mini unlocked was given the time of 12-24 hours. Nearly two days have pasted with no code or a email from the company! Well annoyed!

I needed to unlock an old HTC Smart on o2. I found the service provided quick, efficient, easy to use and competitively priced.

I was worried about using an online service as it was my first time. Found this company through GiffGaff and everything went smoothly. I got my unlock code after a few days and it worked perfectly. Will be using again in the future if I need to.

Like many others I was a bit wary about using a third party unlocking site but I bit the bullet and went for it. I am really happy with how fast it took, they said 5 to 10 minutes and it took about 2 which was nice. Not only was it fast but £3 - £4 cheaper than other places including the actual network. I am sure that it can sometimes take a bit longer as getting a PAC code isn't always straight forward, but I definitely trust them and would quite happily use them again.
