This is an excellent service and I will definitely recommend it to anyone out there that needs a mobile phone unlocked. I have tried two very reputable sites before I stumbled onto this site. The previous sites were very helpfull and returned my money when they could not help me, but that is just the issue. They could not help me!
I tried unlockingonline.com, and within 5 minutes I had my code and the phone was unlocked. Many thanks for a great service, very much appreciated.

Reliable service provider.I would recommend to anyone who is looking to unlock their HTC Desire without going to any other shops who charge more money. Quick and very genuine service.
Great to deal with.

“I bought an unlock code from one of...”

I bought an unlock code from one of unlockingonline.com's website called htcunlocking.com. I was gutted to read these reviews after I bought the code so I did not expect an unlock code to be provided. I have a HTC Desire which is hard to unlock as it is new on the market right now. It said 5-30 minutes delivery and after 45 minutes I gave up thinking it would not work but the code came after couple hours and did work which I was very pleased with. I have been looking for a unlocking code service for 2 weeks and this is the best one for me. Would recommend to friends. Thanks!!!!!

“I paid for an unlock code from Unlocking Online Ltd...”

written by on 27/04/2010

I paid for an unlock code from Unlocking Online Ltd www.unlockingonline.com Review. They also run other websites including blackberryunlock.co.uk, unlock-blackberry.co.uk, blackberryunlocking.com, nokiaunlocking.com, samsungunlocking.com, samsung-unlock.co.uk, htcunlocking.com, htcunlock.com, htcunlocking.co.uk, alcatel-unlock.com, lgunlocking.com, lg-unlocking.com, lg-unlocking.co.uk, lg-unlock.com, sonyericssonunlocking.com, sony-ericsson-unlock.com, unlock-sony-ericsson.co.uk.

They promise so much in their website and the money back guarantee seems very honest. Unfortunately, the provided a code that did not work. They refuse to reply to emails. Using this service is the same a sputting your money down the drain.

In the end, I found a free service to unlock my Sony Erricson C905. It is possible to do this for free. Dont give these people your money!

Ordered an unlock code for my 8520. Wanted it done quickly so thought unlockingonline quoting 5-30mins sounded great. Its been nearly 10hrs now and still nothing. Absolute joke. Just wish I'd seen this review site before making my purchase.

I found this review very helpful because I also had the same problem. It took nearly 4 days for a code which was promised in 12 hours.

“I purchased a code for my Blackberry 9700 from...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 02/02/2010

I purchased a code for my Blackberry 9700 from blackberryunlocking.co.uk which is part of Unlocking Online Ltd, I wanted a quick one as I was going out that evening, their website quoted 5-30 minutes.
I was sent to another website where my 3 codes appeared, after trying all 3 codes NON OF THEM WORKED!

I sent an email to their support team, asking for more codes to try. I waited several hours and didn't receive a reply, therefore I sent a further request for a refund and went to another company http://www.unlockdata.co.uk
the first code they sent me worked perfectly and my phone was unlocked.

Finally I got an email from Unlocking Online Ltd who run several websites including: blackberryunlock.co.uk, unlock-blackberry.co.uk, blackberryunlocking.com, nokiaunlocking.com, samsungunlocking.com, samsung-unlock.co.uk, htcunlocking.com, htcunlock.com, htcunlocking.co.uk, alcatel-unlock.com, lgunlocking.com, lg-unlocking.com, lg-unlocking.co.uk, lg-unlock.com, sonyericssonunlocking.com, sony-ericsson-unlock.com, unlock-sony-ericsson.co.uk.

The email stated I wasn't allowed a refund due to the fact this item had been delivered, and they cannot be refunded unless you can prove the code was faulty, but at no point was I told how I can prove that it was faulty. They then said:

"Our system is designed to provide correct codes by following a strict series of procedures.

It is not possible for you to now prove that our codes have failed if you have now purchased a code from another supplier. You have broken our contract of sale.

We have strict and clear terms relating to this which you have already agreed
to:

The following terms can be found at:-
http://tac.unlockingonline.com/

7.10 Guarantee applies only where customers have demonstrated that codes have failed by providing a detailed account of the procedure they followed and any error messages they received. We must be satisfied that the code is wrong or has failed to work.
7.11 Guarantee does not apply where customer has sought an alternative unlocking solution before properly and fully receiving the service ordered from us. "

I then offered them the chance to supply me a new code for a Blackberry Storm 2 that my dad had just purchased.
They refused.

And stated:

"Our codes were supplied in full accordance with our terms of sale.
By law, neither party can retract on that contract.

We have been invoiced by our supplier for your first set of codes
and are not prepared to make a financial loss by supplying more codes.

Our terms of sale are laid out in a manner that everyone can understand and
are crystal clear for this very reason."

They then went on to talk about more legislations that seems to put them above the law.

"Under those regulations if we have clearly stated that the service begins at the point of payment,
we are not obliged by law to provide any refund as the service has now been undertaken."

My point was they didn't give me a full service, I told them in my refund request what I had done, in a step-by-step account.

As my codes didn't work they should have asked for a refund from their supplier and then given me a new set. They failed to give me a service I paid for!

Don't use any of the websites I have listed as their refund policy is ridiculous and I believe unlawful.

The kid that wrote this review should perhaps have let his dad do the job, as he apparently has not yet learned that all "small print" has to be read, and understood, quite carefully if one wants to avoid surprises.
<br/>
<br/>The Terms of Service state quite clearly that video proof may be needed to obtain a refund, which is legalese to imply that if you don't provide it, then you forfeit your right to complain.
<br/>
<br/>I'll agree that it's morally dishonest not to say that up front on the main page of the website; on the other hand, I don't see any other way you can prove that the codes really do not work, ie that you are not trying to obtain the service for free.
