My order arrived two days after I placed it as promised, so I was delighted! I ordered Punk Rave hooded jersey coat in a 12/14, which is true to size for a size 12, and makes me look svelte. The jersey material is of good quality, and I predict I will be wearing it as a favourite garment for a long time. I also ordered a corduroy coat with corset lace detail at the back from H&R Fashons, in a size bigger than I am normally, and it fits perfectly! The corset lacing helps to obtain a perfect fit, and will be useful to let out following a big meal! My Alchemy Gothic Ravenrose pendant is really lovely and pretty, and goes well with the aforementioned coat. It came in a little organza gift bag with a mini packet of Love Hearts, which is a very nice touch. All in all, a wonderful shopping spree courtesy of The Gothic Shop!

I ordered my Punk Rave dress on a Thursday morning and crossed my fingers hoping it would arrive in time for a festival on Saturday. Ordered this skirt for a concert and by the time it came round ended up too big she came to the rescue and was most helpful in swopping it in all good time. Skirt looks great and had some positive comments, really pleased with it.

I ordered the mens buckle black gothic trousers. After waiting over a month for them to arrive I was extremely disappointed to find they weren't even close to fitting. I checked the size chart to make sure they would be the right size. They look great and would have gone perfect with my brides dress and accessories. Unfortunately no time to return them because my wedding is next week. I won't be ordering from you again.

Returning was easy, I got refund in a few days and my new order arriwed in a few days (outside UK). I couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service!
