Cant compliment enough on staff and service. Really wanted to make it known that we found (dude with black spikey hair,possibly called) Ehson really helpful.
Although the item wasn't in stock that day we wanted to get it from babynest.
We had come a long way for a personal service and informed advice.
I'm sure people take the service and fitting and then pop home to internet order elsewhere.
We don't believe in such behaviour as independent shops such as Babynest won't be around in future.
Will shop again with babynest!

Very good quick service. Had recently ordered them with another company and waited 6 weeks but they had not arrived.

I cancelled my order and re- ordered with baby nest they were about £5 more expensive but arrived the very next day.

I generally did not have a good experience. Although all the staff are friendly, polite etc, the lady owner could do with some lessons in politeness herself. I was very dissapointed with the length of time taken for delivery only to be told vague updates like,'i think it has left the wharehouse.' or 'it should be with you either this week or next week i think'. I was also shocked to find that they didn't price match eventhough they say they do and came up with all sorts of reasons why. I found a much better store called, Back in action' who not only price match, but offer the product for cheaper price!
Definitely not going back to baby nest!

I have been looking to buy the icandy peach online but I couldn't find anywhere to purchase one. I found their website as one of the main stockists and was extremely suprised to see that they sell it cheaper than John Lewis. I had to go to store to purchase because icandy dont sell online, but their staff was very friendly and helpful and showed me how to use everything. i purchased the whole travel system and will definitely be back to buy more with my baby boy to be, Harry :) :)

Very impressed with service. Ordered seat on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered the next day with free P&P. I was kept updated about dispatch and delivery with e-mails. Price also very good - this was the cheapest I could find that was in stock, as this seems to be a popular colour choice. Overall, the service compares V favourably against some of the larger more obvious baby companies. I'd definitely recommend!
