“Worst customer service ”

I have 3 orders outstanding. I have an order paid for on 15th May which the deadline date for delivery was 15th June. Order still not received. I called on 27th to cancel and was told I could cancel one part of order but the other part was in progress so would be with me in 2-3 days. Called again on 5th July told again would be with me. Called again today and advised I couldn't cancel as order in progress even though past deadline date. I have contacted Trading Standards today who have advised me they will deal with my complaint. Once I receive my 3 pending orders I will never deal with this company again.

“Dreadful service”

Ordered 5 items. 3 delivered after 2 months after 2 email chasers. Refund for the other 2 items after a further email chaser after another month. My money taken immediately which the company is happy to keep until they decide to refund after 3 months. Unacceptable in taking money for goods they dont have or cannot deliver. Broken promises in terms of delivery times. No apology or compensation. To be avoided.

“NO ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER TWO MONTHS”

Order my items 2 months ago, nothing has arrived, called to ask what was going on only to be told that the items are no longer in stock and I would be getting a refund, without any notice any emails. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!!

“Shocking customer service”

Absolutely appalling customer service from Brandalley!!!! Ordered item on 15 March with expected dispatch date of 22 April. Item never arrived. Chased several times by e-mail and was told item was being packaged at Warehouse and would be dispatched within 48hrs. All lies!!! Was promised call backs and e-mail updates that never materialised. Now have just been told that item has been requested for refund 3 months from date of order and nobody even bothered to let me know !!!! Avoid!

I ordered and paid for two items, one of which I received and was told the second item would be sent out very soon. That was about 4 weeks ago and I have had no word of my second item being delivered. I will not use this site again and will definitely discourage others from doing so.

“Terrible Service”

I ordered and paid for a product and after several weeks there was no sign of the item. I went onto the site again and noticed that the delivery date had now been delayed by a month. I waited and contacted them when this date had passed, only to be advised that it was delayed by another few weeks. I emailed them and complained and was told that I could cancel if I wasn't happy. I said I was willing to wait as long as they could assure me that I would get the product in the end. They said they couldn't guarantee this as it depended on the supplier but that they hoped to get it. What kind of business is this! They shouldn't advertise an item and then go on to accept payment if they can't confirm they can get it. It's fraudulent!

“Soooo bad.”

So far out of my last 4 orders with Brandalley: 1 order delivery was delayed 3 times and was eventually delivered 1 month and a half after the advertised date. The item was delivered to a neighbour, with no card left to advise me of the fact. 1 order of a cashmere jumper was delivered so filthy you would have believed it had been used to wipe the warehouse floor. The response of the customer service agent: You buy from a discount site, so what do you expect? - mmmh. For my last order, the wrong item was delivered. The response of the customer service agent: don't worry, all other customers will have met with the same result - reassuring.

“Unacceptable”

They take the money quickly but nearly 8 weeks after ordering I am yet to see any product. After complaining several times and the dispatch date being knocked on again for another few weeks their solution is to cancel the order if I don't want to wait! They have held my money for long enough without fulfilling their obligation. Let's hope a refund doesn't take as long!

“ CEO needs to get a grip of BrandAlley!”

I placed an order on 20/02/2015, with the expected delivery of 23/04/2015. Whilst I understand that delays happen and I have experienced delays before with BrandAlley, I don’t, under any circumstance, expect to be lied to. I have rang on a weekly basis chasing my order with varying excuses about their new warehouse or being told my order is on its way. I have had no choice but to cancel one of the items ordered but could not cancel the 2nd item as it is apparently in “preparation” at the warehouse although a full explanation of what exactly “preparation” is was not forth coming. I was told last week that my order would definitely be with me by 20th April at the latest clearly another lie. It’s very difficult not to get angry but I do feel sorry for the staff at the other end of the phone who are on the front line picking up the pieces and dealing with customers frustrations because clearly the management are at fault. I for one will never use this company again, there are better online companies with exceptional customer services who I would rather spend my hard earned money with and who keep their promises.

“Very late refund”

Returned goods with drop off service and luckily kept receipt. I Emailed the day I returned the goods asking when I could expect a refund. Their reply said up to 15 days. Nothing happened. I Emailed them a copy of the drop off receipt asking why it had taken over a month - within hours they refunded me. They sat on my refund for over 5 weeks. Wonder what would have happened if I had not chased or kept the drop off receipt. Unlikely I will be using them again.

Have now waited for almost 4 weeks for refund, to be told this will take at least another 3-5 working days to be processed - despite the website stating all refunds within 15 working days of postage. Customer services have been very unhelpful. would never use again.

“Big warning”

Order arrived late, turned out to be the wrong product and now they don't want to correct their mistake saying 'we don't offer exchanges on returned items'. Well my question was will they send me the product I actually ordered at all instead of a completely random one?! How is that an 'exchange'? I sincerely hope I at least won't have to fight to get my money back because I have better things to do with my time and it makes me furious when companies treat customers like this.

“Useless company no stock always losing orders”

Hi I have now placed two orders with this company both have failed to arrive and I have chased them Numerous times for a refund and to date I still waiting stay clear they are useless. You get what you pay for and I won't be using them ever again.

When I read the awful reviews after placing my order, I was expecting the worst and considered cancelling my order but I'm so glad I didn't. Everything arrived perfectly within the timeframe given. Yes the order took a month to arrive but I was advised this from the beginning. I saved over £200 on my order- thank you Brand Alley!!

“Items sent back in June - Refund notified now!!”

I have today just received notification for items that I ordered in May, arrived in June and sent back the following day and today August 26, I have been notified that I am due a refund and my payment method will be credited within 3-5 working days which will make it September!!! How is such bad service possible. I am waiting till my refund is back in my account and then I am deleting my profile. BTW people, most of their stuff you can find in TK MAXX.

Agree. I always have to chase up refunds, even when they have sent the wrong item so are at fault. Recently had to reclaim over £120 for items that had been outstanding for over three and four months. I returned a wrongly sent item a month ago, with confirmation from Collect but will now have to chase up my refund yet again. I too shall give them a miss.

“Worst for refund”

I have had to return items twice and despite their 15 working days policy of refund which is fraudulent on its own, you are lucky to get your money back within those days. At each time, I ve had to call them after the expiration of the 15 days and their usual excuse,mist due to volume of returns, LIARS, SHAMELESS COMPANY. As I write today my refund is still not in my account as at yesterday being the 20th day. Even when you call they will still tell you that it will take 3 to 5 working days despite the 15 days having long expired. Which company does that and gets customer. I think I need to stop them sending emails to me, the company is a disgrace to distant selling, they are only using customers refund for further trading. I buy online a lot and I have never encountered any company that holds customers money for this long. Deal with them at your peril. Lots of items are from unheard from designers and items previously listed keep coming back. I need my Cocosa back in trade.

“refund issues”

I would not order again as I returned an item on 8th June didn't receive an email to say they ad received item back, they tell me they don't do this as they have too many returns, but other companies manage it, also asked for my refund and told there is a backlog but if you ask they will process it manually, will wait and see
