They are rubbish! Ordered a pair of diesel jeans for my boyfriends birthday, ten days after i had ordered and they had taken the money from my account i contacted them to find out where they were after they had told me 4-6 days. I never received the items I ordered and paid for. Customer support does not answers to e-mails or phone calls and the courier company they use claims that they delivered the parcel to a neighbor(!!!!), but they do not know neither his name or his exact address and they hung up the phone. “Worst fake retailer ever”

I bought a pair of Gucci men's shoes and paid a decent price. I waited 5 weeks for delivery and the shoes were clearly worn. They had scuff marks all along the bottom and there were tears in the leather. This company only sells at discounted prices because the items are seconds. Customer services were rude - I've never been spoken to that way before. They accussed me of causing the damage, rather than listen to my concerns. I ordered some silver earrings on 10Aug for a friend's birthday. I am still waiting. (now 15Sep) They have apparently been sat at the depot for 2 weeks now. despite 3 phone calls and an email noone has even bothered to call me back. I am used to waiting a bit longer for goods as I live on the Isle of Man but this takes the biscuit. awful awful awful. Several orders placed, all taken an absolute age to arrive. Several orders arrived with items missing. Four orders been cancelled altogether, apparently due to supplier but I suspect they ove sell. I also like many others on this site ordered goods and the money was debited, however after 7 weeks, still waiting to receive goods. I did today receive a refund because one item could not be sent (both items were the same company). They say they have been let down by their suppliers??? “Watch never made it past delivery depot, where it has...”

Awful customer service response from Brand Alley, when item was not delivered (at all) as it was presumably pilfered by the delivery company. Brand Alley promise to refund my credit card but have yet to do so. On being asked to pay interest for the many weeks that they have had my money, they tried to kick the issue into the long grass by asking for a letter from my bank. Dispute is still ongoing. Like many other people I have found dealing with Brandalley to be a very frustrating experience. I had bought 2 pairs of sunglasses without incident so bought a John Smedley jumper in May with some birthday money. Only one order received although arrived weeks later than originally promised and only after sending email to chase. 1 order said it had been delivered and left in porch- we do not have a porch. However after a patient wait for my 9 items, the box arrives with glass rattling around inside-postman strongly advised me to refuse it, so a replacement could be quickly dispatched.
