Appreciate how busy you are, but unless you have a system where a helpful response interactively responds and replies then the moment becomes momentarily unhelpful and ends up pretty useless! I purchased 3 download product from this company, They offer a satisfaction policy if dissatisfied. One download I am not happy with and contacted them about it to request a refund. , instead of resolving my issue and give me a refund, They went around the block with there response to me about a refund and did not offer me one. I needed to send them a second e-mail about this matter and so far I have not received one. I'm a little annoyed that who ever this customer service person did not just abide to follow there satisfaction policy and offer the refund. Instead it seems this company is starting me a e-mail train of back and forth to keep me on a hard sale. because of this, you should be aware of this.

Both times I've had trouble with navigating on this site I emailed customer service and received friendly and timely assistance. Kudos to the Uncommon Knowledge team and thank you!

The customer service, in particular, is exceptional. I very much appreciate how attentive and professional the staff is by responding immediately and to the customer's satisfaction. As of today I am very satisfied with the product, but I would need to evaluate after at least 90 days to determine if the effects are long-lasting. I would recommend Hypnosis Downloads highly.

Hypnosis Downloads responded promptly and aptly to my questions. I'm pleased with the response, but I do wish they offered gift cards, so I could give a download to a friend. (They showed me a good workaround, but I'd prefer my friend to choose.)
