22 days since ordering, order still not received. Ordered YSL sunglasses March 1th to Poland. They were shipped out from UK, shipping may take like few days, expected to get it between 5-7 March cause it was a birthday gift. Its 22 March and im still waiting for a delivery :)

Very pleased with my purchase. Prescription is good, glasses were much cheaper than buying from the designer and then adding in the Rx later. This was a much better option and received in about 2 weeks (I’m located in USA). Very pleased and would order from again.

The ordering process and actual frames are great but the lenses I received are really poor. The glare and reflection on the ones I received are terrible. I rang the customer service team to see if there was anything that could be done and I was told to send my glasses back for inspection. I have no problem with this but I asked if I would be sent any glasses as a replacement while mine were inspected and fixed and I was told no. I cannot send back my glasses without having a replacement pair as I am unable to see without them (obviously). I asked to speak to a manager and the phone was put down on me.

Highly recommend using Pret a Voir. Their product range is immense so you'll have lots of fun deciding what to buy. The delivery service is werll communicated and only takes a couple of days so you'll by styled in no time at all.

Bought a pair of AO sunglasses, but needed them to be sent at a later date, as I was not at home to receive the package. Pretavoir responded very fast that they had no problem with that, and they gave me updates when the package was made ready and when it was sent. My frames & lenses arrived swiftly but there was an issue with the lenses. It was not Pretavoir’s fault (I had been given incorrect information from my optician for my prescription). Pretavoir solved the issue swiftly and went above and beyond to sort the issue out for me. I would 100% use them again and have no worries at all ordering lenses online from them again.
