Sent back for a re-lense and once I sent the item back a week later I got a refund notification through with no explanation as to why the item had been refunded and no re-lensed and sent back to me. Not great customer service at all. Bought same glasses from someone else now anyway and they're fine. Also this review page makes you leave good star ratings because once you tap a star you cannot change it. So all mine say I am happy but clearly not.

Always a bit risky ordering prescription glasses on the Internet and after choosing the gucci frames I waited for them to arrive only to be sent the wrong ones.( the numbers were the same but had them the wrong way round hence another frame came) After a phone call this was rectified and I sent the ones back and was really happy with the correct ones. Great quality and cannot fault them,will use again Pretvoir and recommend them to anyone.

Bought these a few weeks ago and at first i was a bit sceptical as the price was very reasonable compared to other sellers on the internet so i did have my suspicions on fake goods etc. That said i went ahead and bought these as having researched the seller knew the would be the real thing. On arrival the packaging was very substantial and well padded. The product was as described and fantastic value for money, cant fault anything and would highly recommend the seller. Thanks

Ordered Oliver Peoples frames online and saved more than £70! Prompt service with frames arriving within 3 days. Nicely packaged and exactly as ordered. This was a frame-only purchase so prescription lens service was not tried. However, if it’s as good as my experience then I highly recommend it.

My husband used pretavoir few times and each time he had a great experience with them, he highly recommended it to me and there I was buying a pair of silhouette frames that I really love and even £60 cheaper than the official silhouette's website. Unfortunatelly pretavoir doesn't give you the option to choose the size with silhouette and when i received the frames i quickly tried them on and gave them away to the optician for reglazing. Once I got them back from the Optician I realised they were too small for my face. I contacted Pretavoir and spoked to Eilidh, she solved the problem in no time even though it was my fault for not try them on for a bit longer in order to understand the fitting. The communication is excellent, you have actually people answering the phone which makes a huge different. Honestly I highly recommend Pretavoir. P.s they even paid full postage for sending and returning.

we bought 2 sunglasses totalling $650 AUD and opted for DPD - Aramex postage option where we paid another $40 to ship to Australia. The price was really good when compared to local prices, but couple of things happened which will make me think again about buying with Pretavoir. 1. We chose glasses which were in stock, but after the order was placed, we received an email saying Pretavoir has to wait 5 -10 days to receive the glasses as we ordered a "pre-order" glass, which is total BS as we clearly ordered something which was in-stock and checked the website again the glasses were in stock. When we reached out to Pretavoir, they were really polite and told us they will ship it ASAP once they receive it and they did that exactly. 2. DPD - Aramex is the most pathetic postal service provider I have seen, they have absolutely no meaningful tracking updates. We received an email from some dodgy website saying our package was delivered, while we were home. But nobody delivered our package, we reached out to couple of neighbours if they got our package, and looks like the day before some IDIOT of a COURIER left a $700 package on the front of the house and left. No notification to say the package was with the driver for delivery or whatever. Totally disappointed with the postal service and for Pretavoir to give business to such pathetic couriers. If my neighbour hadn't picked it up, someone else might have and our $700 would have gone down the drain. So, moral of the story. Never choose DPD - Aramex as your courier when you buy from Pretavoir and if you can, just go pick it up from Sunglass Hut or where ever locally! I wanted to reach out to pretavoir and give them a piece of my mind around delivery and the delays, but felt it would just get wasted on deaf ears. Glad I get a chance to write a review. And thats the reason they get a 3 star - Average, could be better rating!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses. Unfortunately they didn't suit me so I returned them. The whole returns process was simple and I sent them back on the Saturday and was refunded on the Monday (most other retailers take 5 working days to issue the refund).
