brilliant prices, brilliant service, i ordered a pair as thought i'd lost my favourites, typical i then found them 3 days later, i emailed to say why would be returning as soon as arrived got immediate email back to say cancelled shipment & already refunded my money saved me £5 return postage, my wife now gets to get another pair!

I ordered a pair of RayBan glasses from this site last week. The item arrived with prescription on Monday, however I notice that one inside of the left leg/arm was ever so slightly a different colour to the other side. Although this wasnt visible when I wore the frame I called pretavoir to complain. They asked me to return and I received a replacement pair today. Perfect! I did feel bad complaining as the problem was so slight and couldnt be seen when the glasses were worn. However Laura insisted that she wanted me to be 100% happy. You have a customer for life. Great service, (and patience).

I had worked in the optical industry for 13 years, so fortunately I know the trade, I wasn't sceptical when I placed my order with Pretavoir but I though I'll try as I am quite impulsive And willing to give people a chance. So I placed an order for two pairs of designer glasses the price was unbeatable and totally undercut the high street, initially I placed an order for the specs only but then I changed my mind once I knew how much the lenses were, again it was a no brainer I was willing to take the risk and order the lenses as well. Today I received my order through the post via speciL delivery and I tried both pairs on and very carefully checked the lenses, frames etc, everything was spot on, I was very pleased and glad that I took the risk, Pretavoir have been excellent and the choice is amazing, I will definitely recommend them to al my friends and family, excellent website!

Reviewed sunglasses outlets online, came across Pretavoir, previous reviews were positive and the sunglasses model I wanted was as cheap as anywhere. Ordered on line, offered a small discount as were unavailable at the time and agreed new timescale. Arrived easily within this time frame. I had selected the wrong frame size and was able to exchange them. New pair arrived within 48 hrs.
Communications via e-mail and phone entirely positive. At the end of the day I got what I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay with very little effort on my part. Don't often by any kind of glasses but would have no problem using Pretavoir again or indeed recommending them. Well done.

I Ordered Miu Miu frames with high index 1.67 lenses, I previously tried the frames on in an opticians so knew they suited me. At less than half the high st price I decided to gamble by ordering them from Pretavoir, I must say I shouldn't have worried they arrived quicker than I have ever received any glasses from any opticians and are perfect, am more than delighted Pretavoir have an online help (like messenger) which is great for any little niggles your concerned with, they didn't try and sell me anything and I am already looking to order another pair as I saved over £180 !!!! Fabulous ! I would advice anyone buying prescription glasses online to find and try frames they like first in the shop and note down the serial number and frame size.

This was the cheapest place online. Well worth it to save money and 100% genuine. Only draw back was the time it took to deliver but had an e-mail to say they are waiting for this to come from Italy. The online live support was awesome for instant advise and to chase the order. Glad i bought my Raybans from here.
