My instructor was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His explanations and guidance were very clear and easy to follow. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher.

Initial instructor was rude and verbally abusive. Never ever known anything like it. She destroyed my sons confidence and would smirk, laugh and shout. When he got the confidence to challenge her appropriately about it, she stated that he just irritated her. She taught him nothing either, just left him to figure it out. He was transfered to another instructor, which by the way you can't do at your own request if you book the so called fast track courses. That instructor didn't have availability for his test date but yet he had to still use up hours with her. Then finally he was put with a make instructor that had availability. This guy was amazing! However, my son ended up paying for 3 instructions to assess his driving, which is hours wasted out of proper lessons... 6 hours in total. When a complaint was put in about the initial instructor, it turns out that they are self employed so it is them that respond to the complaint and them that decide if to refund you...NOT the company. So despite the instructor admitting she had shouted, she had stated that he irritated her etc, she refused to refund and that was the end of the case. Disgusted...and I would advise NEVER EVER to use this company. There are strict rules on what you can and can't do as the student but no oversight or consequence as the instructor.

I booked and pre paid for a two hour driving lesson and the driver instructor did not show up. I’ve requested for a refund as my time and money has been wasted. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. Avoid at all cost.

Amazing instructor, really really great communication skills, would definitely recommend to nee drivers especially those who are less confident and my confidence was really really low to begin with however it has now MASSIVELY improved. Can’t thank my instructor enough. Good in terms of availability, really convenient to book in for lessons.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning to drive. My instructor was fantastic, calm and the perfect level of professional and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and confident from the get go. There are no complaints about the service I can think of. An all round perfect experience and one I'll never forget

Learning to drive was such a pleasure! She always made sure I was comfortable, our lessons were fun, and really helped me to build my confidence. She always put me at ease and helped me to overcome my driving anxiety. I was a complete beginner when I started the lessons, and I managed to pass first time today!! Thanks so so much and I will miss our lessons!

Driving Lesson with extra passenger on board! He is a very friendly and personable driving instructor. He puts my child at ease always which is not easy when he is sometimes non verbal. He was professional at all times. No chatting to me as the extra passenger, unless to discuss the lesson and give me as a mum tips on how to drive with him on lessons in our car. He is very knowledgeable and helped with the many questions I had as it is different now from when i learned to drive many years ago. He has a Great sense of humour ???? and a calming presence when teaching and I know he will get him the result he is hoping for. 

My instructor, Hamza, was amazing. He helped me improve very quickly, feeling comfortable with new routes for the test. There was endless support and he would always try to rearrange things if I needed or help me find lessons quickly to fit in my schedule. Can not recommend him enough! He always replied very quickly to my messages and although I am very happy I passed, I will miss the chats :)

I passed within 2 months, he is very easy going and you will learn very quick from starting your engine to accomplishing those manoeuvres

My instructor has been absolutely brilliant from literally just starting and stopping the car to getting to the manouveres , i am over the moon with my pass on my test but gutted i wont get my weekly rant with my instructor. She has honestly been the best throughout all my nervousness behind the wheel to just listening to home life too very easy to talk to and more like your friend than an instructor, i cant thank you enough!!
