Just come back from Spain and was picked up from Alicante airport easy to follow instructions where to meet driver, we arrived early so phoned office to let them know (English speaking)and the driver already checked and was there when finished call great service. Very clean and much needed very cold vehicle. Driver really pleasant. On return phoned to see if I could change pick up location. No problem no extra cost was within same area. Arrived early but did not rush us but was nice to know that hey were waiting. The bigger vehicle was off the road so arrived in two cars both very clean and yet again with good air conditioning. 100% would recommend and would not use anyone else if returning to Spain. After using many taxis while there the transfer cost was a good price. Thanks for making our trip stress free.

I would like to thank your company for the great service I received recently. The driver was easy to find, was very polite and put the luggage in to the car. The car was spotless and no smell. The transfer was a 2 hour drive and it was very comfortable. We did it within 1.45hours with a rest stop. The return transfer was as good, driver was early and we arrived at the airport in good time. Thank you again, will recommend to friends and myself again.

We arrived at Alicante on 3rd March 2015. The driver was waiting for us and he helped and loaded the luggage into the car and we set off for Benidorm Hotel Don Pancho. The driver was superb and the drive to Benidorm was quite pleasant. We were picked up on time on our return journey and once again the driver was most helpful. First time using Costa Blanca Transfers and it won't be the last. Highly recommended.

This being the 1st time booking with Costa Transfers, i was delighted with the servic my group of 5 received. Our driver was waiting at the airport as we walked out, he held a card with my name on.He welcomed us in English even though he was Spanish. We went out of the airport and the vehicle was parked just outside. The 7 seater was very clean and of a luxury standard, the driver confirmed our destenation and away we went, during the journey about 40 minutes the driver was chatting to us. We paid the driver and i sined his sheet. Our pick up driver arrived just as expected a few minutes before his due time, a different driver than our drop off but again he spoke to us in English even though he was Spanish, he was helpfull and put all the cases in the boot, the vehicle was the same as the drop off and again the driver spoke to us during the journey. I will definately be using this company again when i require an airport transfer and whould recommended them to anyone looking for an airport transfer. The are 1st class and very professional.

just got back from bennidorm and made so much easier knowing that the transfer would be punctual and always clean. this year we got a very nice welsh lady very chatty and a lovely person, no problem with transfer, no problem with the traffic, great to know she had our safety in mind at all times. please thank her very much.

From initially contacting the adviser, through to confirming the booking, and, pick-up was flawless. Drivers were both early, cars were in good condition and got us to our Villa and back with no problems. Will definitely recommend them to everyone who goes out there, and look forward to using the service again next year!

DO NOT USE if you are travelling with a baby or infant requiring a child safety seat. It's 'pot luck' if the correct seat is available if at all. Unfortunately for us, an infant size seat was provided and we required a very young baby seat. The baby could not travel in it, which put the baby at risk. Refund is impossible, as the small print states the seats are only supplied if available. Not much good for any family arriving with the 'hope' of a car seat. I cannot understand how this company can operate with these conditions. Surely the safety of a baby or an infant is a legal obligation.

We have just got back from our family holiday (party of 5), we found Costa Blanca Transfers fantastic and would definitely use them again, mini bus was clean and air conditioned. Driver was very courteous and helpful and on time! Booking was very easy to do online.

Arriving (a little tired) at the airport it was a pleasure to be greeted in person and taken straight to a lovely car waiting for me in the car park whilst other passengers have to wait ages at a desk to have bad service and extortionate charges. Costa Blanca Transfers gave the most professional service, with an excellent car and at the best price! Will use again - without a doubt.

This is the 4th time we have used this company as we frequently visit our family apartment in La Torre Golf Resort. Hi Andrew, I just wanted to write to say thank you for the fastest and easiest car hire I have ever used in any destination. Upon arrival we were met by Matt who was waiting with a board with our names on and taken straight up to the car park where he escorted us to the waiting cars. Even whilst we were sorting out the paper work we were able to load the luggage and get the kids settled into the seats (free car seats to boot!). There was no messing around and no waiting, I'd say it took less than 20 minutes from walking out of arrivals to being on the road, and some of that was Matt helping us adjust the baby seat.
