I ordered contacts on September 24th and today is October 6th and I still haven't received my contact lenses it shouldn't take two weeks to get to me even if you are out of the country will not be ordering from here again

placed an order on a friday ,discovered i had ordered wrong item asked optykrozmus to fix it before it ships , was advised they couldn't as of monday am ". item is paid for and i will take my business elsewhere .

Well, I ordered my contacts 7 days ago, and my order is STILL pending! So much for being shipped the same day or the next work day! 7 whole days and still not shipped, and I've been waiting 3 days for a single email back from the company! Personally, I see this as a trap, and I have a feeling I never will receive my product, and they've already taken my money! Unless something DRASTIC changes, I will NOT be shopping here again!

By far the best supplier for contact lenses, and I've tried a few!! Website is easy to use, ordering is simple and re-ordering takes less than a minute thanks to the ability to use PayPal. The prices are the best around too; often beating the competition by quiet a good percentage. They have all types of contacts available and various pack sizes for convenience and I have yet to find any other site that can beat them! I have recommended Optyk Rozmis to a few of my friends who have all been satisfied with their orders.

I was apprehensive at first as I had never heard of them but after reading reviews and doing some investigation I took a gamble and it paid off. I was very pleased with the price the product and the service. Some may want the product the next day and moan about that but the way I see it it was fast enough delivery at a great price for a great product plus i have just bought again and this time I even had money off for liking them on Facebook, what more can I ask. I always seem to get a good price especially compared to the high street. Continous wear contacts are life changing with their ease of use and getting a years supply by post is so easy. You need to allow some time for delivery but this is not a spur of the moment purchase. The website is easy to use and the order process is simple. I ordered zombie contacts with a power for halloween. The contacts are very comfortable and I love the effect they give. The pictures on the website are a very accurate rendition of the actual contacts you recieve. Shipping was very fast, I ordered the contacts on Monday and they reached me on Friday. Customer service offered a large amount of communication. Will definitely order from them again!

So far so good. No problems. Shipped to me here in the USA took about 8 days or so. Items came packaged. A little dent in lens box, not a big deal since the lenses themselves were fine - so I might suggest a better material or small box to ship to overseas customers. Everything was fine and I will order again without hesitation.

I was angry, because my provider changed delivery policy and went immediately googling,... looking for a good known product(from Bausch&Lomb), it was easy in the world of contact lenses - within an hour od searching and comparing I have found Optyk Rozmus from UK to suite my expectations: good price and delivery to EU country. I think within 95% probability they are the best of all. With a specially reduced price they are over 50% lower than my local shop and 19% lower in price&shipping than my actual/now ex- provider.
