Offered £150 for iPhone 4 in perfect condition! Literally not a scratch on it. I have photos of the phone from every angle on the day it was posted. Wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, inside a jiffy envelope, inside the original box ( it could not move and was extremely well padded) They are now telling me the screen has excessive scratching and are offering me ... £32. Absolute joke! I am 100% sure the phone was not scratched. So now I take £32 or PAY THEM £9 to return my phone which having had dealings with them now I do not trust to return my phone in a sellable condition. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Liars and will rip you off! Do not sell your phone to cash4phones!!!

i advise no one to use this company, i was offered x amount for my mobile phone which was as good as new no damage in mint condition and absolutely no water damage. upon them receiving my phone i was sent an email saying that they had reduced the recycle price by 50% due to water damage which is totally untrue

Sent my mobile in on the 10th Dec 2012, it is now the 5th Jan 2013 no money. Emailed 4 times, phoned 4 times no answer or straight to answer phone. PLEASE AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!

Same issue as other have stated below, sent the phone at end of December and order is still showing as Pending almost 3 weeks later. I have tried phoning but my call is never answered, I have also sent mails but I have still not heard anything back. Avoid this company!

sent phone off to them in their pre-paid envelope, logged on and registered with them, and my account saying’ pending’ been like that since 24th Dec 2012, got no reply, can’t get them on the phone, they don’t answer my emails. So don’t know how they got all these positives? so BEWARE:

sent my phone to them on the 19/12/2012 still waiting to be paid. they will no answer emails. dont answer the phone or you get an answering machine for another company. i have now informed watchdog and trading standards about them lets hope they get investigated now

Sent my phone on the 18th Dec 2012 and its now 6th Jan, still had no confirmation they have recieved my phone or whether they are going to pay me. I have rang them five times and emailed twice and still no answer. Please avoid because this is a con!!

I got a quote for my phone handset over the internet and requested a postage paid envelope to be sent to me, which arrived next day. I then posted my phone to them on the 4/12/12, it's now 04/01/13 and I still haven't had the money for my handset.. I've e-mailed them 4 times - no response... I've phoned them 3 times, either no answer or goes to an answer machine.. I'm thinking this is a scam! I'll post again if it ever gets resolved.

i sent off for my phone to be valued. They sent the free post envelope very quickly but it took them 2 weeks to reply with a quote. They then sent me a text and email with a quote, which i was happy with but it has been nearly 2 weeks and i have still not received payment. I've emailed but no one has responed. I tried ringing but no one answers!!!! It goes to answer machine but isn't money4urmobile answer phone message but another company?! Starting to think this is a scam!

Was offered seventy five pounds for my galaxy S only to have the price reduced by 10% when they received it - stating visible cosmetic damage. I emailed them to ask where this was and they said there were scratches on the screen and on the casing!!! THIS WAS TOTAL RUBBISH AS THE SCREEN HAD A PROTECTOR ON IT AND I KNOW THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR SCRATCHES ON IT ANYWHERE. REALLY POOR UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS DO. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

Absolute conmen!! Sent back IPhone 4s with only outer plastic case cracked.Phone was fully functional. Read terms and conditions stating there would be a 10% reduction so was expecting £193.00 Email I received quoted £139.00. I called to ask why, and was told by a very stroppy advisor that they would 'stand by' their quote and was not Interested in listening to my explanation. Whilst waiting for my phone to be returned I have spoken with Mazuma who have assured me the cosmetic damage wouldn't make any difference to their quote of £190.00 for the phone. I know where my phone will be going once it's returned..... SERIOUSLY DON'T BOTHER!!!
