I have used 1st4football on 4 different occasions and each time I have been very happy with the service received. The first time I used 1st4football was in March 2010 for a big premiere league match, the seats were fantastic and delivery prompt. I have purchased FA Cup final tickets previously and also very happy. Yes they were pricey but no more so than other sites and after all its the cup final. This season I have purchased 3 tickets, the first match was booked 2 days before the game. However I had the choice to pick up from a hotel or pay for delivery. I opted to have them delivered by courier the same day. My last match was a couple of weeks back when I went to watch Chelsea v Man Utd in the FA Cup. This was leading up to Easter and was straight away informed that there could be a problem with postage due to the bank holiday. It was left to me to decide if I wanted to risk the post or collect on the day. As I knew and trusted the company I opted to collect on the day near the stadium. Great communication, emails keeping me up to date and once again not let down. I would like to point out that these guys are 3rd party vendors therefore you may have to collect from a hotel if short notice. I can not see how people can hold this against them. Its not like they can sit at the stadium and hand the tickets over like that??!! Each and every seat has been good. All in all a good bunch of people who have not let me down, I will use 1st4football again and will recommend.

I haven't passed the date for the game yet but I haven't been able to contact the ticket company to find out when or if my tickets will arrive.I managed to get threw once after I ordered the tickets but since then the number keeps saying its not known.I paid best part of a thousand pounds for six tickets and so far I'm feeling like I've been taken for a right wolly.The worst bit about it is il probably miss the game,and so will the other 5 of my friends.Daniel,littlehampton.

I ordered tickets for the Barcelona v Ac Milan game for 11th March for my sons 40th birthday. I then found the reviews on here for the 1st4FootballTickets agency and was really worried as I had already bought plane tickets and booked a hotel. I need not have worried at all the tickets arrived at my sons hotel at 10.30 this morning and the seats 'I couldn't have chosen better' according to my son. The cost of the tickets didn't leave my bank account until the tickets were dispatched though they were ordered in January. They were expensive but I knew this when I bought them - they were for a special occasion so I was willing to pay over the odds. The only negative would be that when I read the reviews I tried to phone the company for reassurance and couldn't get a reply but did get replies from my e-mails. Well done 1st4Football.

HAD TO REALLY CHASE FOR THE TICKETS BUT FEEDBACK WAS QUICK AND KEPT IN TOUCH ENDED UP WITH UPGRADED TICKET SO HAPPY ENDING ALL ROUND.

Had no problems what do ever got tickets in time and ended up being executive tickets to which made it amazing. Would recommend!! Thank you

Very difficult to deal with. Charged exorbitant price and then did not deliver ticket. Do not use!!! This is the second time I have had major difficulties with this company. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time just proves what swindlers these people are. I have not been able to see either of the games that I wanted to see.

I have used this service twice - once for a single match in the Fall of 2011 and then again just this past weekend (Nov 3-5, 2012). This second time, I purchased 3 tickets to each of the Mancheter United v. Arsenal, Liverpool v. Newcastle, and West Brom v. Southhampton matches. In all cases, the tickets showed up where/where promised and were of very high quality. Even when there was a mix-up on the Liverpool tickets, these guys hustled to fix the problem and get us the great tickets delivered right before kick off at Anfield. Coming from the States, the UK system of buying tickets on the aftermarket is very foriegn and you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. Most of the best seats are through season ticket cards so they will be delivered at the last minute and picked up almost immediately after the match. This provides a bit of a "back-alley" feel to the whole thing, but I've learned that it's just the way it is for good tickets to EPL matches as they're so tightly controlled and in demand. No doubt it is stressful to fly overseas and hope that the match tickets show up, but so far we've seen 4 matches successfully through this company. One other note - a lot of the negative elements of reviews on this site seem to revolve around limited communication with the company after the sale. It does seem that this is a very small company - and they are clearly serving as a front-end aggregator for a lot of different sellers. This has led to some delay in communication, but my experience has always been that they do ultimately get back via phone, email, or text - and certainly on match days and the 1-2 days leading up to match days, they are very responsive to their customers. Hope this reviee is helpful to people considering buying tickets. Our experience has been great and there's nothing better than being in an first rate seat at a big EPL match! Overall, very happy

Looking at these reviews most are 1* where things have gone wrong interspersed with the odd 5* where they are brilliant ( I cannot help think they are writing these themselves !) . I have given 3* I am seeing Tottenham v Chelsea tomorrow and ordered the tickets in July - they said they would be with me 3-5 days before the event . I have not used an on-line football ticket agency before so in the back of my mind was always the thought I was being taken for a ride - would not get the tickets and loose my money - it would be an expensive lesson if they let me down ! By Wednesday the tickets had not arrived - I telephoned them getting a robotic message before being forwarded and after no pickup decided to email them . WIthin 20 minutes I had an email back saying they were on their way but I was not convinced with the email so emailed back trying to get proof they were posted or even had the tickets 10 minutes later Paul emailed back with the tracking reference .......Thursday morning at 9am the tickets arrived ! Paul even confirmed our tickets were upgraded at no extra cost . So why only a 3* and not a 5* ? I have spent 3 months worrying whether they would turn up or not and then had to remind them to see if they were on there way . I think I will use them again , but no sure if I could recommend them .... Duncan Brown

I had no problem with this company and there were very true to there word. I had my concerns after reading the reviews, mostly bad but I can honestly say that I had no problems. Got tickets on time, got the seats I paid for and had a truly amazing day at Man U v Galatasaray AS. I am going to use them again and will be recomending them to freinds. The service was brilliant.
