The item has never arrived, it's been over 2 months now since I ordered it, but Boohoo and the courrier company claim that the item was posted through my letter box (no signature required) BUT it definitely has never arrived. I've beein in touch with your customer services department for the last two months and they have been unable to rectify this situation. They have advised that they cannot refund the value of the item even though I never received it - apparently the courrier confirmed that it was delivered so the case will not be taken any further.
I think this is really awful, so disappointing to order something from you and never receive it - plus a total waste of money.

“Extremely Damaged Goods”

“Cheapish looking shoes and they don't print negative...”

I ordered from Boohoo for the first and last time just recently. I ordered the Faye Low Heel Studded Blue Court Shoes. I took the time to write a review advising I liked the shoe design, but the studs on the back looked cheap and one has already fallen off! “Despicable customer service”

I ordered an outfit for my birthday and paid next day delivery to have the item next day. I ordered at 6.30pm and because of the banners around the website saying pay before 7pm and next working day guaranteed. So I happily paid the £5.99. I read a lot of reviews before ordering and I was a little concerned ordering from boohoo but my order had no issues. I buy a lot of clothes online and have had some subpar results. I ordered two pieces, they matched the corresponding images and they were reasonably priced. I live in Canada and shipping was incredibly fast, I think 6 days. Never dealing with them again. I ordered 3 things, sent one back, and then they tried to tell me that I sent the cheapest item (£4.00) back instead of the actual item I sent back (£15.00.) They then said I needed a proof of postage, which I did have but in this case completely unfortunately lost. “Cheap material”

I have recently bought a white crop top which looked lovely on the website but when I came to try on the crop top it was see-through! Even with a white bra on you could see straight through it. I have lots of tops which you can wear a Bralet underneath but you can clearly tell this top is not suppose to be see-through. On the 19th of December I ordered two dresses. I was told the expected delivery date was the 29th. Just in time for New Years Eve. I sent items back to Boohoo on the 21st November. It clearly states on their website "return in progress" for those items yet they claim they haven't received them and refuse to refund my £120. I find their service dreadful and the fact that I cannot speak to someone on the telephone very very frustrating.
