Ok so I cant understand the above reviews. Maybe the company is no longer running??? I ordered online two roller blinds two weeks ago.I didnt recieve a confirmation email. So I have been trrying to phone them every day since but no-body is replying!!! Luckily they havent taken my money out of my account.
I still havent recieved the goods! They quote that they deliver from 5 -10 days. But thats not happened. I will just have to try elsewhere.
Poor customer service. In fact there was NO custumer service?!!!

We bought two made to measure waterproof roller blinds from English Blinds for our bathroom, they arrived on time and look absolutely beautiful. The staff on the end of the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. The blinds came with fitting instructions that were very easy to follow and the blinds themselves are waterproof as described and extremely easy to keep clean. Cheaper than the shops. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Very high quality blinds delivered on time.
