I have been using transfast from last couple of years, they are giving good service. Its fast, quick and easy way to send the money to backhome.

I have been using transfast for almost an year now. The service so far has been really efficient and fast.

I am using only transfast service, never experienced any other remit service till now, but I am experiencing little slow service, they give good rate but take 3-5 business days to transfer, that is too much. And sometimes they put transfer on hold for security reason and send email, if we dont check emails then after 2 days they cancel the transaction, why can't they call us incase there is security concerns? So I am giving 3 stars as there are area of improvements in Transfast service

Trans-fast provides a very good rate and easy option to transfer money from US to India. Pros: easy transfer, good rates, Customer service is perfect and is reachable. Cons: Some days the rates are low compared with other operators. So I have to compare with other operators before transferring the same Thank you

Worst Service ever i have seen. the customer services guys are not able to explain clearly and they are deducting amount from USA bank and they are keeping with there and not depositing in destination bank. i am not recommend this service to any one.

My experience with Transfast has been good so far. The interface is easy to use and their customer service are prompt in responding to online chat queries. The speed of delivery has been good as well. I certainly would recommend this service to my friends.

I was using XOOM for the past one year. But, using Transfast recently. I am liking the speed of service as well as the front end application which is few click to send money when comapared to other service provide.

Never had any trouble transferring money to India except to holidays..have been given enough credit to transfer funds I would be using Transfast often. I would recommend Transfast service to my friends!!

I use Transfast for more than 18 months now. They provide competitive exchange rate and most importantly your money is in safe hands. The money always reached within the promised time (within 4 hours to India). Another important that I would like to appreciate Transfast is their great customer support team. Everytime I call them, they provide a very good support in expediting the transfer. The one thing that I would like Transfast to improve is: to provide more status updates about hte transaction over email/text message.

I used Xoom for a long time due to their quick transfer but then I came across Transfast and realized that I can get much better exchange rate and that too with your fund deposited in less than 24 hours in your foreign account. Would definitely recommend it.

Transfer may be easy but customer service is very bad. I had few basic question and when I tried reaching out them on chat.. the expected response on chat was more after an hour. you should change, chat to email. as that is not instance and no one reply to chat from your side.
