ive been shopping at yours clothing a few years now, on and off, and i dont know why why i havent learnt my lesson, on friday morning i purchased some jeans i needed for a night out on saturday, and i begrudgingly paid the £6.99, next day delivery, it states that if you order before 4pm they will definately be with you the next day, so i ordered at dinner time, and waited all day saturday for my order to arrive. no sign of it, so when it became clear it wasnt arriving, sent an email. its monday now, no reply, so contacted the company through their live chat service, and upon looking at my account they inform me, that the item is out of stock and they will refund me and i should have been contacted, shoddy customer service, they are quick to take the payment, not so quick in sending the goods, also i think the feature in the checkout where they automatically check the box for 'pre-paid returns is a total con, how about leave it unchecked so people can tick it if they want it? amount of times ive clicked buy to realise ive paid £1.50 for no reason whatsoever, so to sum it up, dont order if you like prompt postage and delivery!

“Bad quality clothes and service”

I have tried and tried to like this clothing retailer. I have made three separate orders over time and spent over £100 with them. All of the clothing I have received has been poor quality - badly fitted, nasty material and stitching etc. They are trying to show they have a feedback system like many online retailers (Very and Evans being two excellent examples of how it should work) but I left feedback about an item that was polite, factual but showed the item didn't do what it said and surprise, surprise, they didn't publish it. All the feedback on their website is cherry picked and probably written by the owners mum. For me to wear clothing that bad again, I'd have to be naked in a city street, covered in honey and surrounded by bees. When they say best value retailer they mean cheap and nasty, not cheap and nice, so buyer beware.

“Outrageous charges for postage”

Am not impressed. The postage charges are sooo high & paying for returns too, how is this any sort of customer service?? I bought a dress that was over a foot too long & a little too big. I returned the dress having paid for the return in advance or I would probably have had to pay even more (since when did online shops charge for this service, this isn't ebay with private sellers who can't afford to pay for returns). Am I then to pay £4.99 shipping for the next size down & the £1.50 return again, just in case it's also way too long?? This would be £13 for just trying things on!!! OUTRAGEOUS! For someone that isn't able to get out much & this is why i use online purchasing, i feel this website is totally taking advantage of my predicament. No other website I have used are the postage charges soo high. Never will i use their site again. I will never recommend Yours Clothing to anyone either!

I have shopped with Yours Clothing about 3-4 times so far and will continue to shop with them in the future as well as recommend. I have always been pleased with every order I have made and on the one occasion I had to return an item and exchange for another size it went smoothly. Customer Services were great and more than helpful and I received my exchange order in good time with no problems. I love the selection of clothing they have and the sizes they are available in. You always have plenty of options and lots of lovely clothes to choose from. They are fashionable and pretty as well as being well priced. I have always been pleased with the clothes I have bought and would say they are of good quality and as well a good price. The website is easy to use and navigate. They are good at keeping you up to date with your orders by email and they tell you when your order has been dispatched. Its always good when a company is good at communication and Yours Clothing is. I couldn't be happier with their clothes and what they provide, I am often recommending to friends and family.

“Dont touch with a bargepole”

I ordered this item despite the crass name it had been given as it looked half decent for the price £9.00 (supoosedly this was half price). When I got it my jaw dropped open. I ordered a size 16 - it wouldnt fit a size 10 lady!! the material was a cheap imitation silk thrown together and badly finished. I went online to see how to return the item. Not only are you charged £3.99 for delivery but an additional £1.49 for the privilege of them sending you a sticky label incase you want to return the item - but I took it to the P.O. to return it where I learned I was to be charged £4.60 to return it?! I think not!! I immediatley contacted Trading Standards and took advice from them. I then spoke to the customer service assistant at Yours Clothing who was of no help whatsoever except to quote their T&Cs which mean nothing. DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS SITE. THAT GARMENT WASNT EVEN WORTH THE £9.00 - THEY DONT EVEN GET EMBARRASSED SELLING THIS TRASH!! My lesson has been learned. I had to put one star in the review to process in order to have it posted - if it were possible I would have put NONE!

“Poor quality clothing at Yours.”

Like most plus size people I find getting clothes in my size hard work so I thought I'd give Yours Clothing a go. The parcel was late getting here but I just put it down to it being the run up to Christmas. When I got the clothes out I noticed one of the legging had a hole in the leg, The other was about 3 sizes to big for me even though I ordered my correct size and the T-Shirt felt very thin and again huge on me. I checked the web site and it said I had to pay to return items unless faulty so I just returned the legging with the hole in. I got charged for sending them back, then they take ages to refund me the money and they are refusing to cover P+P costs even though I have sent a copy of the receipt off. I've writen letters to them, E-mailed and even complained on their Facebook site with no luck. After one wash the stiching came undone on the T-shirt. I give the other legging to a friend and she said the lace trim at the bottom of each leg came off after they had been washed and a stud fell off the denim jacket leaving it with a hole. They may look good and cheap on the website but Yours Clothing is just cheap and poor quality. Everything I brought from them has now ended up in the bin as it's so costly and time consuming to send anything back.

“AWFUL QUALITY, SIZING AND DESCRIPTION”

I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF CLOTHS FROM THIS SITE. MOSTLY WHEN IT IS ON SALE THANKFULLY. I FIND MATERIAL ON CERTAIN ITEMS VERY THIN, SIZING VARIES TOO MUCH (I HAVE TO REFER TO REVIEWS TO SEE HOW OTHER PEOPLE DESCRIBE ITEM)I ORDERED A DRESS SIZE 20 AND IT HUGS MY DAUGHTER WHO IS A SIZE 14. KNITWEAR DOESNT KEEP ITS SHAPE, AND OTHER ITEMS HAVE HAD BROKEN BUTTONS, HOLES, AND LATELY ONE TOP WHICH WAS GATHERED AT THE CHEST FELL APART, I HAVE STOPPED BUYING FROM YOURS AS ITS TOO COSTLY FOR THE POOR QUALITY,

I can honestly say ive never had a problem with yours clothing, im from northern ireland and I always get my parcels a day late but thats because im overseas, so they are always on time considering. Ive ordered alot of clothing over the last couple of months from yours, their sizing is pretty accurate. My waredrobe if now full of yoursclothing items and the majority of the clothes ive been happy with. Quality is also good. My sister keeps asking where I bought such and such from and now she buys from them to. Im also over the moon about their lingerie im a 48G in most high street shops but when I ordered from yours I had to go down two cup sizes smaller and one back size smaller and even better they have padded bras up to 46G cups. Im a size 20-22 so clothes for me come view and far inbetween, if I where to go to a high street shop id have to go up a few sizes although my measurements tell me in a 20-22, I would often find myself having to try and squeeze into a 24 or 26. Some tops and bottoms iv bought from NEWLOOK are a size 24-26 and from yoursclothing ive never had to order anything bigger than a 22. :D Payment Only once at my own fault had I put in the wrong billing address which I was then charged for (money put on hold) but all websites do this, I got my money back within 3 days. I didn't need to ring customer service they rang me so i didnt have to stand about and wonder where my items where and having to chase money owed. I did this once on another site too and I had to wait 2 weeks with chasing the money and denies that I ever paid for any goods and that i needed proof. I marked it 4 out of 5 because of the returns (you have to pay for). It would be nice to see some free returns. One good thing about it is you can order your return on their website, you get to choose from a return or exchange and you can decide what you want to exchange. Once you get your return number that you put on the front of the parcel and they receive it they will send out your goods the same day they get it or you get your money back. Simple. Overall happy and would definatly recommend to a friend.

i ordered some outfits from Yours Clothing for an easter outing on the 19th of April, this was the last day you can order to get your order before Easter. I haven't heard a word from yours clothing about my order execept it was despatched on the 20th by express delievery(it must have been so fast it went past my house). I have just read the reviews of other customers and i an now scared. it took me 2 years to decide to order and i might have still made the wrong decision.
i will let you know when my order arrive until then don't make the mistake i made. i can't comment on the outfits they have not arrived

I ordered a few items at the end of November 2010, I ordered a sequined dress for my mum as a Christmas present, it cost £45.00 - firstly, it arrived without any packaging, secondly the majority of the sequins had came off, I took the dress to a local lady who does sewing and she advised me it was the worst she had ever seen. It was going to cost over £75.00 to have the dress mended.
The delivery was over a week late despite ordering next day delivery.
All in all, I kept one item out of 9 and this was only because it was non-returnable! I emailed a complaint, I asked several questions and I was only answered one!
Despite all of the above, I ordered again in February and I'm happy to say I had no problems, I did put a complaint in about the packaging, all items I received the second time were wrapped individually.
I do believe if Yours Clothing tightens their reigns with customer service and value for money they will be a top brand!

BEWARE!!!!! This company is a ripoff and will try to scam you. If you live in the USA and are trying to order merch, you will never receive your items. Customer Service is a joke. The same girl answers the phone and provides you with lies and more lies. I never received my merchandise and it has been almost a month. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The merch may be cheap, but NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this review not helpful because...It is a BRITISH COMPANY, trading in Great Britain, for Brits to use. Free delivery anywhere within Britain.
<br/>Why would anyone in the USA want to deal with them in the first place?

<br/>As a Brit, living in Scotland, rural, isolated from mainstream shopping, I am obliged, forced even, to use the internet to shop for even basic things.

They have changed alot of things recently - their website is more upto date- looks alot better now. Its really easy to find what you want, and can even search by size. I was aware of royal mail delays when I placed my order- and was kept informed byt the company that there was a delay and when I should expect my items through. Although it wasn't when I originally expected it- it wasn't Yours fault and they let me know what was happening- Overall very impressed- dissapointed to read another review on here that slated them- I couldn't find the bit that said they gave you a free returns lable and returns were free- their site says its not- I sent back my receipt- (I asked the post office for 2) and they refunded it no problem.

Be careful if you need to return anything with Yours Clothing.
I received a pair of jeans which had been written in,on inside of pocket by another customer,obviously another unhappy customer. They only refund if you send items back at your own expense with proof of postage inside the parcel leaving you with no proof.
They charged me 6 times for the same item that i tried ordering and there system was apparently not working, making me overdrawn in my bank account at the time. They were not even sorry and this order they actually sent out only once and i never actually had a confirmation email saying i had ordered it.
They think they are a catalogue but they are not, only good testimonials shown on there website. Also there website states in one part that there is a free returns label in parcel when there is not.

Very dissappointing company YOURS are not your friend when it is not going there way.
