I have used the Pick a web chat facility many times, sometimes more that 2 times in a day. At times I have had a simple question that I needed an answer to but felt like I'd asked to many question already (as you do). The pick a web team always make me feel welcome and assured me that I could ask any question I liked. I have recently changed hosts from my web designer (who has an account with pick a web to signing up with my own account. The transition was smooth and pick a web have been very helpful along the way. I feel much better dealing with pick a web's direct chat facility as they are there all the time to answer my questions. As a bonus I already have my domain names with their company. It's much easier having everything in the same place. I am very happy with the services provided and would definitely recommend pick a web.

I was able to point my dns from my previous web builder company....the email was my only issue....staff member not only took the bull by the horns but was more than happy to log in to my Big-Daddy account and do the changes for me AND HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT!!! 10/10 Excellent!!
