On the front page of your website (why is the search box at the bottom of that really long page?) is the "Try out our cost calculator" form. What does the result from your cost calculator mean? When I type in 1000 in the box the result says 33.00 which I take to mean £33.00 (+ VAT) However when I purchased 1000 messages I was charged £37.00 (+ VAT) as I have been for a while. 1. Can I have a Price Match Guarantee against your calculator? 2. Can this be backdated for at least the current purchase if not all of my recent ones? 3. Having watched the Bond International webinar I found it a bit galling to find out their customers are getting a price of 2.5p per message. 4. Your website purchase system needs looking at - it hates Safari browsers. A prompt reply would be appreciated. The SMS service is actually really good

I was having technical problems and the helpdesk were very quick to get back to me. The only downside is that I can't use my chromebox and she to use my laptop to set it up and send texts. I haven't used it to text yet but got my credits doubled which is a bonus!

Just switched to Text Marketer over the last few days, has a lot more features than our old provider, including being able to merge fields into the text messages which is great! Really reasonably priced, better than anywhere else i found and the introductory offer made it even more appealing. Simple dashboard with the ability to manage contacts and messages easily. I look forward to sending our first text message out today!

We have decided to use Text Marketer after trying a few other systems. Its simple to use and back up service so far has been excellent. We only want to use it for appointment reminders to start with but i can see the potential to use it for other marketing activities once our data base is more complete. The low cost of sending a text that will be opened is a bit of a no-brainer really on the basis that only around 20% of emails get opened. So far so good, would recommend to anyone who needs to make contact with their clients

Text Marketer was recommended to us by a current user, we were looking for a service where we could send messages on mass to our target audience. From start to finish the set up process has been smooth and faultless. the website was simple to use and very informative with what I needed to do. I rang the contact number with a query and my call was answered promptly and answered all the questions I had in a friendly manner. At each stage I received an email and a SMS to inform me of what was happening. Once logged in the system is very user friendly and purchased credits were added instantly (again with sent confirmation). SMS I have sent were delivered promptly and exactly how I had written. Customer service has been first class and the very quick replies are always a bonus! We will have no hesitation in recommending this company to other parties and just wish we had heard of them sooner!
