Ordered a dress on a Thursday morning about 11am, ordered it for next day delivery, did not show up till Tuesday night! Disgraceful service, no phone number which is Pauling! Never ordering from you again!!!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE

I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING WITH AX PARIS AGAIN! I PAID FOR NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON A ITEM I HAD ORDERED FOR A WEDDING AND IT NEVER TURNED UP! I ARRANGE TWO MORE DELIVERY DATES AND ONCE AGAIN THE PARCEL NEVER TURNED UP! I WASTED TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. AXPARIS ALSO DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SO THEY ARE VERY HARD TO GET HOLD OF TO DEAL WITH SITUATIONS LIKE THIS. I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. WSH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED A ORDER. LESSON LEARNT. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!

“brilliant ”

I bought a navy maxi dress that had crochet detail on the sides of the dress, and ordered next day delivery. I was very worried that the dress would be two tight since everyone stated that they were not generous with their sizes, I am normally a size 8 so I ordered a size 10, and it is absolutely amazing and fits my body like a glove! Exactly what I wanted and needed.I got so many compliments from so many people. And I will Continue to use this website. I say to the people who are afraid of buying anything, to just try it out, you will never know until you try, I nearly never ordered the dress because of all the awful reviews but now I'm glad that I took the risk and purchased it or else I wouldn't have this amazing dress. I only gave 4 stars because I do think that sizes should be more precise and this would also be easier for people to order dresses and it would be more straight forward, not a really reliable size chart

“Dishonest, appalling quality”

I ordered nearly £200 worth of dresses as I had several weddings to attend, I looked at returns policy before ordering to check as I had ordered the same dress in two sizes. When delivered the material was cheap and nasty so I returned all of the items within the specified time frame signed delivery at a cost to myself of £10.00. I have yet to be refunded. I have contacted AX Paris numerous times giving details of the date, time, post office and receipt number but they are refusing to acknowledge receipt of items and will not refund me. I would suggest that no one uses AX Paris as they are poor quality and dishonest. I am having to get the post office to chase their records to give me details of the signatory, absolute joke!!!

“Rubbish ”

Ordered a dress & paid for next day delivery . The courier they use is an absolute joke to start off with. After reading all the bad reviews from them. Courier pretending they have tried to deliver, no cards left then eventually parcel just dumped on the doorstep without knocking. My dress didn't arrive in time for when I needed it but was excited to see it once it finally arrived. Well, that lasted all of a minute. I looked over the dress, not only was the material a little rougher & cheap looking than I had imagined, the dress also had a dark grey line going across the middle of it and some of the embroidery looked more shinier than the other parts. Looking closer I realised that this was because some of it had gaps in where it had been stitched & some bits had shoddily been stitched over twice. I will not be wearing this dress and it's getting sent straight back. I've never ordered anything online that's turned up this bad. I would maybe take it as a one off but after seeing all the other reviews, it doesn't seem like it is so will not be ordering again from this rubbish company. Think it's a joke they ask you to return by recorded delivery, want you to print out the return form etc. I'd be happy to if it was my fault but when your sending out clearly rubbish garments then it's not on.

“Poor service provided”

I ordered a top and short suit and paid for next day delivery, my ordered arrived and the top was missing. I contacted AX PARIS and advised I would be sending the order back, I was offered a refund for returning the item however not a refund on the next day delivery I had paid for in order to get the outfit in time for a festival I was attending. I received a refund for the postage to send the item back however am still waiting in a refund for the item, when I contacted AX PARIS they advised the refund had been issued and could take a couple of days to appear in my account, I found this amazing since the postage refund had been issued at the same time and had managed to find it's way to my account straight away. I have found the company to be unorganised, unprofessional and extremely frustrating to deal with. I will never use the website again!

“Poor sizing ”

Ordered a Navy full sleeve lace skater dress. when I received the dress it was poorly sized. Normally I am a size 12 in dresses but got told by a friend that they weren't very generous with the sizing so ordered a 14. The dress was very short in the back and just come over my bottom, also the sleeves were very tight which I have never had a problem with. The torso part was then too big. Need to state more about the sizing on the sight and should have a place for customers to express how they felt about the sizing so other customers can see for themselves. Now I have to do a return which I have found out it will take 30 days to do and I have to pay for my own postage.

“Terrible service”

Still waiting for my delivery over a week after placing order. Order status says "Shipped" with a tracking number added. There is NO WHERE on the site to track your parcel. AX Paris use the company DX couriers, so i went on their site and adding my tracking number. It says it had attempted delivery and left a calling card. Er hello! No you did not! Had to call them and they still had my parcel.Now waiting for redelivery.Total joke!

Very happy with my order. I ordered Saturday and was here Tuesday morning which I was extremely pleased about. After seeing all the negative comments about the awful material I decided to order anyway to which I have found that it is an excellent material with no damage at all. I would definitely recommend and will be using this website again.

Ordered from this company a dress for my birthday, when the dress arrived it was damaged beyond repair also very sloppy with the makage glue on the seems. when trying to contact AX Paris no answer or replys to any emails i sent this went on for a couple of weeks only when i spoke to my bank they stated they must give you a refund within 30 days otherwhys we can refund you and we will seek the funds from them and they wil also incure a bank charge, once this was mentioned to AX Paris only then did i rec my refund for the outragous garment.

“How can companies still operate like this in 2014!!!!”

I ordered a dress @10:58pm on Tuesday and paid the extra for next day delivery. Technically this would have been sent out on the Wednesday and delivered by the Thursday between 8am-6pm. They use a delivery company called The DX who pride themselves on their website of the service they provide. It is now Friday and still no package, the status on my AXparis account states 'Shipped You chose to ship this order with Next working day (Order by 5pm the working day before delivery)' - so AXparis are in breach of their T&Cs. I have tried to track my number on the DX website they have provided - this states 'Awaiting first delivery'. I am not happy at all and their is no way of getting in contact with anyone via the phone. I am taking this further as I am convinced they have taken money out of my account with no intent of delivering my item.

Ordered my dress and paid for next day delivery 3 days later it still isn't here the tracking number they have given me is unrecognised! have messaged them multiple times and still yet to get a response luckily for them they have no telephone number or someone would be getting a mouthful. Absolutely dreadful company and terrible customer service. will never use this company again

My goods did not arrive, I was charged anyway. The courier said that they had attempted delivery multiple times but this was not the case as I have CCTV as proof that no one entered my property. I also didn't receive the so-called calling card. My online inquiries,which is the only way to contact them, were completely ignored. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND DISGUSTING, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

“Not happy!!”

I recieved a dress today that i ordered from ax paris, i ordered it in navy size 10 with a high neck and broad straps. When i opened the parcel it was creama size 14 and a v-neck style dress with thin straps. Totally gutted as i planned to wear this for mu birthday on saturday!! Absolutely gutted, don't rely in them! :(

“Wonky hemline!”

When I first got my dress I didn't like the netting underneath, as it pushed the skirt bit out too far for my liking. I also noticed that on one side I could see the underskirt sticking out (which it shouldn't have been), so anyways I removed the netting and it looked so much better, but then to my horror i realised on one side the hemline was at least 1 inch shorter than the other side. I had received a dress with a wonky hemline...!! Now I'm going to have to pay for some else (preferably someone who has eyes and knows their symmetry!) to even it out. Some people will say that I shouldn't have removed the netting and that I should of sent it back, but after reading some reviews about returns, I think I'm better off keeping the dress! Never again will I buy from AX Paris again! It was my first order and it will be my last!

“Absolutely Useless!”

Whilst browsing the Internet I came across this site and saw a jumpsuit I liked and thought I'd order it. Before I did, I looked at this review site and saw all the bad reviews but it didn't put me off so I ordered it anyway. The next day my order came and the item was way too small. I'm 5'8" and 9st and all of the clothes in my wardrobe are a size 10, but the item I wanted was out of stock in a 10 so I ordered a 12. There was no way the jumpsuit was a 12. So I contacted AX Paris who said they would replace the item if I returned it. I did so at the cost of £6.95 as AX Paris insist it is returned with a signature. Anyway to cut a long story short I have had no replacement; nor any refund; nor any response to my emails. So if you are stupid enough to place an order with AX Paris make sure you use Paypal so you can get your money back. Also, what makes things even worse is that in my order was a half eaten packet of sweets - I like a free gift - but not one that's been used!! So the long and short of it is - it was my first order with AX Paris and it was also my last!

“Not worth the effort (long review, you've been warned!)”

Having read some diabolical reviews on other sites about this company, I was very very sceptical about making a purchase but the items I saw on their site looked decent and so (with my credit card to protect my purchase) I decided to make an order. I made a purchase of three playsuits for next day delivery. I was extremely happy with the prompt despatch - the items arrived around 8:30am the next morning. One of the floral playsuits I ordered in particular looked quite different to what was on the web - colours of the flowers looked blurry and not quite as sharp. They all had a distinct scent, as if they had been stored in a warehouse for a while. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size for me, anyway - the arms were long but were not as spacious when compared to the sizing in every other area, which was fine. Once I'd made a repeat order for the playsuit I wanted in the next size up, I returned all three playsuits the same day I received them via Royal Mail Special Delivery and was advised the refund is processed usually within a week. To my surprise a refund was processed in 4 days but it was only a partial refund for ONE playsuit. Who the heck does this? I was then advised - through email as there was no phone number - that although my payment was taken altogether in one sum, and I returned the three items altogether, each item is refunded individually and the money appears in your account at different times, but usually within 15-30 working days. So if you bought three items like me, you could receive one payment in a few working days and another payment the week after, and another payment the week after that...which I find ridiculous. If I paid for it in one lump sum, I expect to get my money back in one lump sum. Don't mess with my money. As I bought the items with my credit card, I disputed the transaction and a few days later (literally 3 days later) the two outstanding payments appeared on my card. Even though the purchase made was just under £100, my credit card company were still happy to help. The plan was to buy more outfits of different styles once I saw the style/quality of the products for myself but after this debacle I wont be doing that again. I work for an online retailer myself, so I know EXACTLY how returns and refunds are done, or at least SHOULD be done. That's why I didn't take too kindly them telling me that my money would be refunded in bits and pieces. The item I ended up with was decent and will serve its purpose - although not perfect by a long shot. It's a shame that the best thing about this purchase was the delivery service they use which was excellent. They need to be more forthcoming in their Returns Policy about exactly how refunds are processed and install a bloody telephone number that customers can use to call them. Customers shouldn't have to read between the lines when it comes to the Returns Policy - which I followed EXACTLY. I think the feedback received in other reviews is definitely true. It seems when I compare my experience with that of others, I got off lightly. My advice? - make a purchase with your credit card - if there is an item you like the most, buy the size you think you are and the next size up JUST incase - return whatever is most unsuitable, but items must be back in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact - keep all your documentation to do with the purchase including receipts, copies of email correspondence, photos of your item(s) and receipts to do with returns if you have to return anything back I was hoping to leave a glowing review, but I simply can't. Like I said, they have some decent items on there, but as a customer you ought to be fully informed. It's all good and well despatching items promptly, but if you are unhappy with the item and want to send it back, I feel it is these moments that truly define the efficiency of a company. My experience with them wasn't terrible, but one I shall not repeat again.

“Abysmal service. DON’T SHOP HERE!”

I can not emphasise enough how stressful this site and service is!! Firstly, this website crashed after my first payment went through. I had to go through the whole ordering process again. Then when I received the items they were very cheap and faulty (lining of dress was beyond exceeding the hem of the outer dress). Eventually items were refunded onto my account, but postage wasn’t refunded (which they stated it would be for faulty items). This resulted in constant emails from me asking for postage refund and for my original 20% to be knocked off (as I realised that this hadn’t been taken off the final bill). These emails were not responded to, and when they were the time scale for response and actual rectification was abysmal. Some issues are STILL not sorted. Basically the sheer time scale for this service was terrible (this is still going on since JANUARY 28th - now MARCH 03rd !), the constant lack of response (even after polite reminders) was stressfull, the disregard to even check previous emails and tickets for my detailed description of events was frustrating, the lack of honoring what they had previously put in writing in tickets was rude, and the overall terrible customer service is shocking. DON’T SHOP HERE!!
