I sent a dress back the day after I received it. Sent a number of emails but they're ignoring me and haven't refunded me.

I bought the Crochet Neck Midi Navy Dress for a family wedding originally in a size 10 and it was too but but then re ordered it ok the size 8 and it was just perfect; the material wasn't see through at all and it was elegant and classy! Perfect for a wedding or a dinner party! I'm 5ft 4" and it came to my knees, my waist is 26cm but the size 8 which is suppose to be 24.5" fit perfectly. I also got 10% off as it was my first order which was always pleasant! It also came within two days which was a bonus!

I would not recommend ordering from AX Paris to anyone, they sent me a completely incorrect item...when I sent it back from an exchange for the item I ORIGINALLY ordered but just refunded me my money - I needed this item in time for my holiday and no I cannot even be bothered to go through the hassle of hoping that they will get my order correct next time. Customer service is awful, they took ages to reply to my emails and when they did they was automated and didn't answer my questions... Never had these problems with a clothing website before, big disappointment :(

Do not know what everyone else on here is complaining about?! Ordered two dresses for my birthday, very skeptical about delivery as most websites charge you for next day but don't arrive till next week! My packages came THE NEXT MORNING! Could not believe my eyes, tried them both on and they were lovely. Perfect fit and great material, keeping both! Will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you thank you thank you!

I ordered a dress . It was disgusting quality (something you would by from a market stall ) I retuned it using the correct retina policy . They said they have received the item still waiting 30 days later no refund !!!! I The customer service is Automated . Do not buy plus all the likes on the website on FB is from the same person

3 days ago i have ordered a Red Maxi dress from Axparis and despite choosing a standard delivery (3-5 working days), it came yesterday! The dress is in a perfect condition and looks exactly as on the website. I must admit that i was worried about ordering from axparis because i have read some bad reviews and it has put me off a bit but i risked it and i'm so glad that i did! The dress is beautiful and fits like a glove! I would really recommend this website as the dresses are beautiful and are a decent amount.

1st time shopping with AX Paris and won't be returning. The items took over a week to arrive, even though other companies manage to get items to me next day for free. Although AX Paris has a wide range of products at varying prices, all the material looks cheap and is not worth the money paid for them. Obviously I returned the items, but this needs to be made easier by AX Paris. There was no returns form or return labels (they could always add this then deduct the cost from my refund, but that would just be too much work for themselves!) A month later and I have had no email from AX Paris to say they have received my items. I understand if it gets lost in the post, this is not their fault, however they were no help once again. Would not explain the process of where to go from there and wanted nothing to do with me as I wasn't keeping their items. Strongly advise against shopping there direct. I suggest that if you must shop their products, do it through another, trusted seller (ASOS, House of Fraser, Very, New Look etc).

oh dear...all the reviews tell my tale! Poor quality Sizings inaccurate- jumper S/M =size 16! Dress size 12 =size 8...ridiculous RETURNS POLICY IS NOT FREE AND THE SITE TELLS YOU TO TRACK WHICH IS ABOUT TO COST ME £8.20 The lady at the post office advised me to come home and phone AX, to enquirer as it is unusual for postage to be charged and to be asked to track postage. GUESS WHAT THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER.

Ordered a dress in July, found the material very cheap considering it was £40. Had to pay £5 to return item and I'm still waiting for a refund over a month later! They keep fobbing me off saying I need to contact my bank as apparently they issued it in July. Contacted my bank and they said nothing is pending!!!

Items are way over priced for the quality you receive. Postage is pretty hefty and they don't always deliver when you pay for next day delivery. I've been waiting for a refund for almost 2 months now...... appalling customer service. They are really behind compared to other online stores.

I've ordered item and paid for a week ago, the order is not even fulfilled.

I ordered a dress and I didn't like it - in all honesty the material looked cheaper than expected! When upon trying to return my item it was very big nuisance as there was a problem due to them sending me an extra item- I couldn't phone them and had to wait a long time for them to reply to my e-mails; their e-mails were inconsistent! in short if you definitely think you will be satisfied with the item, and won't need to return- Go a head.

I ordered a dress on friday for delivery saturday and yes the dress came but when i put it on and did the xip up at the back, the zip came off into my hand so now the dress needs a brand new zip. I just think its terrible how a £30 dress can have such a cheap zip. I wont be sending the dress back as it costs around £7.00 to do so, i will be repairing the dress myself and will not be ordering from ax paris again

I ordered shoes for a party and payed for next day delivery on Wednesday but it was after 5 meaning they would be getting sent out on Thursday to arrive Friday. It's friday.. Still no shoes!!!! i wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing, waste of money. Why is this site still getting away with this? I and many other people are paying extra for next day delivery service and it still not arriving on time.. something needs to be done about this before many others get dragged into the same money wasting scam.

was told any returns would be free,. was told to make sure I returned by tracking the item, which cost me £3 90 if it was lost I would be made to pay for the item. cost me £3 99 for delivery total £7.89 for nothing.

Placed an order for my daughter, and totally my fault, didn't check to see if returns were free. When the items came, 3 out of the 4 looked so completely different to the website, particularly the colours, that we had to return them. Cost almost as much to return them!! I know we don't order things with the intention of returning anything, but just be absolutely certain you like what you see, or you may be left with a hefty cost to return anything.

Has anyone experienced that the dresses shink even though it is washed on on a low cycle and not even spun just hung out to drip dry. I need some answers as we are so upset.

Bought two dresses of them !! one I really wanted the other not too fussed about. Guess what - they only go and send 1 dress ( the one they have loads that no-one is buying - yep (the one I was not fussed about) Paid for the postage and did not get the dress I really wanted, the one I actually went on there website for in the first place !!!! no email saying our rubbish online system does not know when it has sold everything so we just send whatever we have. not even asking you if you still want your order ? completely thoughtless !!!! completely worth avoiding !!!
