I boarded my border terrier with lanchester pet resort and I have to say I'm very pleased she come out happy and smelling lovely the kennels are very spacious inside and outside runs with heating indoors when I actually turned up to pick my dog she was actually already outside playing on the field looking very happy staff were very friendly and it was nice to get updates on there website and pictures of my dog having her holidays so would deffo recommend boarding your dog with them

No concerns with my dog when I picked him up,however the male owners attitude was appalling!! Some confusion over opening times, we were accused of breaking in to premises to drop our pet off even though we offered to bring him back an hour later when they were open. Our holiday was spoiled as we worried that his foul mood would rub off on our pet. (He didn't even look at him)!! That said the kennels were clean. Would never return.

We have used Lanchester Pet Resort over the past 11 years - since our 2 dogs were only puppies. We have always been delighted with the standard of care they receive when staying here. They stay in a double kennel so are not separated from each other. They are able to play out on the central grassed and fenced area every day so they get plenty of exercise. The owners seem to genuinely care for the animals and we have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

I have used Lanchester pet resort regularly now for some time. I have always found them helpful towards my requirements and loving towards my dog. He seems happy to go there and I feel he is well looked after. What more can I say, I continue to use them with no reservation. :-) J. W.

We always use Lanchester Pet Resort because we know our cats and dog get looked after there. I am not sure about a previous review but this cattery and kennels are based in Co Durham not Devonshire, so sounds like someone has put a review in the wrong place as this does not sound at all accurate to Lanchester Pet Resort. The place is run very professionally, certainly do not allow my dogs and cats to go home in poor conditions. Our animals are very well looked after and are never scared. I would not go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Myself and friends have used these facilities for years, they have turn mine and other dogs from shy, scared dogs into happy go lucky ones. I have never had any complaints.
Care they recieve are over and above what you would expect. The accomadation is lovely and the owners work so very hard to maintain standards.
They have a great modern cattery which has plenty of room and comfortable and comes complete with scrathing posts and beautiful beds. Love it...
