Saw a car on autotrader, perfect match, well priced - living over 2 hrs away from Jeff White I needed to make sure it was as described and so rang the garage several times over a period of a couple of weeks. Every person I spoke to was polite and courteous, not pushy but told it like it was. When I eventually decided to make the journey to see the car they were more than happy to take the car off the showroom floor, pick me up from the train station and let me take as long as I needed to make my decision. Coming from a sales background I am over sensitive to people trying to sell me things and not once did I feel pressured to buy. Only had the car a day but driven over 170 miles in it with no problems, and don't expect any. I would definitely buy from Jeff White motors again.

Went to Jeff whites to buy 330d which I'd been admiring for two weeks sadly when I'd arrived and couldn't find the car anywhere on the forecourt after 20 mins of looking and not being hassled by a salesman I finally asked a salesman where the car was situated where he replied that a person was coming from reading to view the veichle so it had been moved and the vehicle was no longer on sale the salesman then offered me and my family to go and look at the vehicle where it was being stored and allowed us to look at the veichcle to our hearts content he then offered to take my phone number and contact me if the deal failed to my delight I had a phone call later that day saying the car was still available next day we arranged a test drive we were aloud more than enough time to look around the car as a family then we had a lengthy test drive where the salesman even offered to sit in the back with my children after which we were offered plenty of time to sit down as a family to discuss the financial terms of the transaction at no time did me and my wife feel pressurized into making any decision and the only reason I've put 4 stars is because one is for after sales hopefully I'll never have to use them but if they are as professional in that as they were in the sale of my car I'm in safe hands thanks to all the people I dealt with .

I first came across Jeff White Autos about 8 years ago, prior to this I always used main dealers to purchase but had become increasingly fed up with their tacky sales tactics and persistence in trying to sell finance and warranty packages that I didn't need or want. All cars are well presented, ready for test drive without flat batteries or empty of fuel ( other dealers take note ) I had a minor problem with one of the cars which was dealt with quickly, but overall each car has met or exceeded my expectations. I am now on my third car from them and once again am delighted with every aspect of the transaction. From initial contact to part exchange valuation, to paperwork and collection, everything was dealt with proffesionaly with no pressure and no patronising talking down to by a salesman who has as much car knowledge as my three year old daughter. When it comes to my next purchase I will probably look around at other dealers but am pretty sure I will end up back at Jeff White!

Recently visited Jeff Whites with the aim of buying a large, economical, diesel car. Huge selection to choose from, and was shown patiently around by the salesman, who offered some good advice. Eventually opted for a VW Passatt Highline which was competitively priced considering its mileage and condition. The finance was sorted professionally with a keen rate of interest which in itself was a good saving. I have since put over 1000 miles on the car and I am extremely pleased with it. Will definitely visit this garage again in the future due to the professionalism of the staff and huge range of competively priced quality vehicles on offer

Me & my boyfriend had been on the hunt for our dream car for a while. After going direct to Mercedes, we realised what a con they really are, and that we was better off going to a trade dealer rather than direct. My boyfriend searched around and come across Jeff Whites website, which had the car we were looking for! After reading the reviews, we were unsure of what to expect when visiting Jeff Whites, however you find good and bad reviews everywhere, so we took our chances! After speaking with Sean (car salesman) throughout the week about the car we had our eye on, we decided to take a trip to see the car. We had travelled up by train from London and Sean met us at Cardiff station in the car we were looking to buy. My boyfriend test drove the car, and after went back to the car front. Honestly, the cars in which they have are amazing, the website in a way doesn't do the car's much justice, they are so much better in real life! The car's are also priced slightly lower than what we had been looking at in London, and the finance options were a lot more affordable in regards to the interest you have to pay back. Sean was very professional and allowed us time to talk about our decision and didn't pressurise us at all. After making our decision, we then went over our finance options with a guy called Kevin, he too was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Jeff Whites to anyone looking for a prestige car, as they are affordable and have a wide range of cars to offer.

The night before I drove 120 miles to look at a car from Jeff White motors, I too decided to look at the companies reviews. Not being impressed with these reviews I felt concerned about driving all that distance to be possibly disappointed. However, I know that people these days will normally write about a bad experience and share it with all, but not do the same for a good experience. So here are the facts about by dealings with them. The cars here are all immaculately presented. I was greeted when I got there buy a salesman who showed me the car, spoke briefly about it, then left me to peruse it(due to the fact i'm extremely fussy this took a while). The car was exactly as described in the advert. When i was ready, we went on a test drive which allowed me to test the car on a mixture of roads. Not just round the block for example. Although they would not budge on price for me, I was extremely happy with the car and placed a deposit with the view of picking it up the following weekend. When i picked up my new car it had been cleaned again for me and everything was in order. I would recommend Jeff White motors to my friends and would use them again (If they had the vehicle I was looking for at the time. Again I'm fussy)

The Skoda Superb I saw for sale at Jeff White motors was priced considerably lower than comparable models I saw elsewhere. Living 140 miles from Cardiff I couldn't be faced with the hassle of travelling all the way, only to find it wasn't what I wanted, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Jeff White personally and he assured me that the car was absolutely mint with no problems whatsoever. On that basis I parted with a thousand pound deposit, asked him to tax it and said I would travel down the following day to see it. I came across these reviews that night and was horrified by what I read. So I travelled to Cardiff with the expectation that I would probably be fighting for my deposit back A very nice guy who worked for Jeff White met me at the train station and he drove me to the premises. My first impressions on arrival were that this was a very professional set-up. The cars all looked immaculate. The offices are plush and workshop facilities and valeting areas looked very good. I was shown the Skoda which had been prepared to an extremely high standard. The salesman gave me the keys and left me to look over the car on my own. No pushiness whatsoever. It was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described. I took it out for a test drive and was equally impressed with the driving experience. Jeff White made a point of coming to greet me even though I was being dealt with by one of his other salesmen. Asked me if I was satisfied and if there was anything else I needed to know. I parted with the cash and had a pleasurable 140-mile journey home. All in all the whole experience was positive and would have no qualms about buying another car from Jeff White.
