Walked around admiring the quality of cars in stock, never hassled by sales team, once we decided on a 5 series BMW, we were offered a test drive, left to look around the car with no pressure sales talk. Once we had agreed our trade in valuation, went off to do the finance stuff, again no pressure no add ons, offered a warranty again no pressure, felt at ease with the sales team and finance staff, all in an excellent experience not the usual car dealership issues. I would recommend jeff white to anyone who is fed up of the usual dodgy dealers and is looking for a hassle free experience when buying your new quality car.

I had been shopping around looking for a part exchange for a more practical car for everyday use and one that was still under manufacturers warranty. Having visited main dealers for approved used and even companies online, I finally came across a lovely specification vehicle that Jeff White had just taken in. With the car appealing to me in pretty much all I was looking for, the following day I popped on down to check it out. The premises was well laid out, clean and with a large selection of stock. Initially me and my wife spent time browsing around. It was nice not to be jumped upon by sales staff. So after a couple of minutes of looking around and in that time having been acknowledged by staff, we asked to see the car that we had seen on line. The salesman was more than happy to assist and brought us out the keys and lead us over to the car. The whole time in the back of my head was that the PX would kill the deal and I was loving the car we had gone to see. We went over to look at my current car and then onto the office to see what we can do. I was blown away by what we were offered. Not only was it more than all the main dealers and other companies we had been in touch with, but it made the deal simple and easy for me to say yes to. Nothing was a headache. JW sorted the road tax, the private number plate and let us take the potential new car out for a test drive. To be honest it couldn't have been easier. I am now the proud owner of a new mini countryman, from Jeff White in a deal that was not only hastle free but exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou.

We were well looked after by Jeff White and his team, when I went to purchase my RCZ. The quality and condition of the car was really good. There was no pressure to buy on the day, went for a test drive the car was lovely to drive. There were some minor issues with the bodywork which was sorted out when I went back to collect the car. Excellent friendly service, would recommend to family and friends.

I test drove 2 very high performance quality cars and was given plenty of time to think - no sales pressure just great advice and I felt confident that any follow up service would be spot on e.g. RFL, warranty, assistance with on-board gizmos!! The experience was professional all the way and I am still smiling with my choice.

Whilst browsing for a car back in July with very specific requirements I was approached by a member of staff from Jeff White Motors. He simply offered to help and suggested if we had any queries he would come and help. After a while we approached and I explained the situation I was in and the type of care I was looking for. He knew his stuff and guided me in the right direction, let me have a go in a few cars and didn't try to pressure me into anything. As a result I have driven away in a lovely car that I enjoy driving and that is ideal for me. Not the car I thought I wanted and I am so grateful for the advice and guidance. After the decision was made they also helped make the purchase process simple and within no time I was on my way back to Pembrokeshire in a fantastic car.

Don't be glamoured by the chummy, charming sales techniques. I bought a 2011 BMW 118d m sport six months ago and was asked to write a review directly after the purchase of my car. The purchase part was smooth, but after paying cash (nearly £16k in total) and opting for an extended one year warranty through the dealership (which comes into effect this month), I have had nothing but brush-offs and multiple "we'll look into it" type responses. I shouldn't have to call three times and leave a message to continue to wait TWO WEEKS for the privilidge of speaking to someone. This does not bode well for the future.

Picked up our second BMW purchased from Jeff White Motor Company on Saturday and part exchanged our old car. Test drove our new car twice to be really sure that this was the right car for us as we wanted a larger family car. Really pleased with the professional service that we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and colleagues.

I don't usually feel the need to write reviews but after the care we received from Jeff White and his team today I feel it's required. During a sad time for our family, Jeff White went above and beyond what was required to help us, hopefully we'll be back to do business with them in future as I don't think many other company's would help the way they have.

I bought my Audi 2 weeks ago, the service I recieved was amazing at no point did I feel pressured to buy, my questions were ansewred promptly. I took the car for a test drive still undecided showing an interest in another to be told I could test drive as many as I like. When it came to payment the finance manager was unbelievably helpful(problem with Santander due to the amount leaving account) but he dealt with the matter very professionaly with positive end results. My overall experience was fantastic they were atentative without presenting as pushy...thanks so very much to you at Jeff White's and I would definatly recomend to a friend and others
