I wanted to update my bmw 3 series, I looked around various car dealers, Geoff white had the best used stock and were priced excellent value, I drove down to their dealership, I spotted a amazing selection of bmw 3 and 5 series, one caught my eye, a low mileage 2/lite turbo diesel with very low mileage, and a large spec. The owners son, met me, p/x price was excellent, the service from them was exceptional, I am now a proud owner, thanks to g/w.

Fantastic Place. nothing but positives to say about the experience as a whole. upon arriving at Jeff White the Cars all looked Clean & well maintained. i hadnt booked to view any cars but was greeted by the person I dealt withwho was an extremely friendly & helpful gentleman. i knew that they had 2 of the same Corsa so he took me to look at them both & allowed me to look through the interior. i noticed that the alloys had some scratches (which you expect from a used car) but they were removed by the time i came back a second time. there was no pressure to buy the car, as i didnt buy it when i first looked at it, i said i would go away & think about it. i decided to book a test drive the car & they were really flexible & helpful when booking a test drive & i always spoke with him throughout the entire process. After having the test drive i bought the car but was unable to drive it away because it was a Sunday & couldnt contact my insurance but they were happy to keep the car there until i was able to collect it & it was then cleaned again before i drove it away. All in all, fantastic service & i would highly recommend buying a car from here

Just.purchased a vehicle from JF, really impressed with the friendly no rush or push from the sales staff. Sean, the sales guy that dealt with my purchase was excellent. I agreed a very good P/X price for my car and drove away in the new one that day! Wow talk about a quick turn around but without feeling any pressure from the team. The only down side to the whole experience was the weather it was awful! Great service I'd use them again no problem

Picked up our new car today from Jeff White this was the first time we have used them, and will definutly do so in the future. Found the car we were looking for on the website and traveled from Swansea to Cardiff, the sales man were helpfull and polite but not at all pushy after looking around the cars and there were a lot of them,all types and prices we located the one we wanted the keys were brought to us and we were left to look around the car without pressure,we decided to go for a test drive this in itself was a challenge with so many vehicles to manouver around but this again was no trouble for the salesman. the car started first time and was spotless and had already been serviced.The test run was great the salesman [the one with no hair who likes trainers] was informative,and the drive was along the dual carrigeway and not around the back roads which i really liked this allowed you to really test the car. Was really impressed with the car and decided to buy the whole buying experiance was easy was even picked up at the train station when i went to pick the car up,well done Jeff Whites.

Bought a beautiful black fiesta, took for a test drive, and ultimately purchased the vehicle. Lovely showroom, and clean forecourt. Dealt with a salesman who was readily able to give full information about the cars I was interested in, and talked us through the details of the car. Turned out to be the owner who we were dealing with (who was full of smiles and easy to talk to) Collected today, easy transaction. All cleaned ready when they said it would be. Changing / Buying a new car made easy, loads of different models to choose from in one garage. Staff very easy to get hold of and available within minutes of arrival. Finance deal explained simply, so easy to follow. My new top of the range car is great, no worries with returning for my next part exchange, know I'm going to get a good deal.

my wife and I recently purchased our second car from Jeff White a 3 series bmw and had a problem with the gearbox just outside their one month warranty period. The man I dealt with supplied us with a courtesy car and told us he would sort it under warranty. less than a week later we are back on the road with a replacement gearbox and no charge. if only other companies were like this. thanks again. Went to jeff whites to look for a car after a stressful, unsuccessful trip to the car shop and many others. Saw a Red Fiesta diesel that was reasonably priced, had a testdrive and the car ticked all the boxes! Had a good deal with a warrenty from raymond who was a nice guy and we didnt feel pushed or hassled like we did at car shop! Would use again!

Saw a car on auto trader i liked, spoke to the sales guys over the phone a couple of times. Drove up from southampton purchasing the car the next day. Very pleased with Jeff whites.
