Having just watched Williams motor company exposed on rogue traders, I felt like writing a quick review about this great dealership just outside Cardiff. Have purchased an M3 cabrio and 6 series off them in the past, and will certainly be back for another change soon. Great to deal with and competitive pricing,though sometimes they could do with budging £50 or so to let the customer feel like they are getting a deal! That's me being ultra picky though. Looked after me very well in the past. Would certainly recommend.

Service provided was Superior. Travelled from Dorset. Allowed me to take the vehicle without supplying V5C . Forwarded later. Dropped us off in Town and picked us up, whilst paperwork etc being prepared. Dealt with Richie a White. Extremely helpful and polite. Would consider dealing with them again, although I am 3 hours away. Keep up the great customer service.

I would like to thank the person I dealt with at jeff white for fantastic friendly service when I came in and purchased a Peugeot 208. He made the experience very easy and stress free. I find car dealerships a bit intimidating but he made me feel welcome and at ease.

Just bought my second car from Jeff White today! The service is excellent, they don't hound you and they make sure they give you space. The first car I had from them was great, never experienced any problems and I'm sure my new one will be just as great! Would definitely recommend them!

Enjoyed a no pressure experience viewing the vast selection of quality vehicles at Jeff Whites showroom. The salesmen are very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and professional. within a few hours of arriving, we were leaving with our new car. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff White to friends and family as their first port of call when purchasing a new vehicle.

Yesterday I purchased a BMW from jeff white, there is no point describing the cars condition as everyone who knows jeff white knows there always prestine. what my mother in law and I found exeeding impressive was the level of service. Sean who delt with my purcashe started by offering to pic me up from cardiff train station as I only just moved from London and had no transport of my own. further from this he also stayed close to an hour later for me as of my age we couldnt get the drive away cover so they looked through getting me fully insured and went through recomendation. In London I have several friends with high end car dealerships (ferraris and such, which is out of my price range currently) but the service and the facilities at jeff white far surpass most of these, and I was amazed at how passionate they are to fullfil their clients needs. finally, what I thought was the most curtious part of my experiance was although we regretably kept Sean an hour late, he still obliged to show my mother in law and myself back toward the M4 with my mother in law driving her car being me. I must note she drives at 55mph on a motorway, and for him to have the patients to guide us the right way at her painfuly slow pace, was beyond anything id imagine. I am forever greatful my next car will certainly be from them again, and it makes me think.... why go to a main dealer with professionalism, service and care like this?

I purchased a used BMW 330 from Jeff Whites yesterday. The car is fantastic, clean and well prepared and ready to go. The service was excellent with professional, efficient and friendly staff and I was offered a more than fair part exchange value for my vehicle. I was allowed to have a long test drive of the car I purchased before making my decision and I was given time alone with my wife to discuss the decision without any hard sell from the staff during this time. The site itself was clean and very well presented with a huge number of vehicles in stock to look at. All in all the whole buying process was extremely enjoyable which was made that way because of the staff at the premises and the presentation. I will without doubt buy from Jeff White Cars again.

I recently bought a BMW but their was a problem with the AC unit. I took the car back and the staff at Jeff White's gave me a courtesy car whilst mine was getting fixed. Am very happy with their after sales customer service, about to get another car and will try Jeff White first.

No appointment just went down to have a look was met by a really nice car salesmen ended up buying a very nice clean low milage astra 1.7 cdi they even contacted me the next day at home to say they will service my car for me because the car should have 3 services not the 2 that was stamped in the book me and the misses would highly recommend jeff white car sales

I bought a mx5 from Jeff White Motors. The friendliness and efficiency on the day of the sale was first class, and at a great price. They are not pushy at all and genuinely want to help you find your perfect car. The after sales service is better than I could have hoped for. Nothing is too much trouble, from reassuring advice, to the courtesy car and regular updates whilst your vehicle is being serviced. I would not consider going anywhere else.
