Fantastic service. Dealt initially on the phone by a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman who suggestion of taking a pic of the faulty part enabled him to accurately assess all the parts i needed to fix my sons bike. The parts arrived the next day and the bike was going again in 1 hour. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I have sticked with Tartybikes from the beginning. They have always fresh stuff and older parts too with better prices. The most important factor to me is that the shop is being run by fellow trials riders whose bike videos through time have always been so motivational, high quality and educational. Shipping has been without any issues though I order only once a year but still. I will always keep suporting them.

Never had any issues. Very friendlh. Always been happy to help even at very busy times. Range of stock isn't massive but you can't fault the quality of what they do sell. Will continue to buy from tarty and have plans to do so in the near future.

The prices are nice, way cheaper than I could get anywhere else close to me. The service was great when I had a question, with a quick and clear reply. We ordered 3 times from Holland! Clothes, a crossbow frame and a monty part ! I love the choices in delivery options and the contact between accepting the order and moment of delivery! And everything came in without a scratch! Also the price is great and honest comparing to the quality. I purchased a few parts for a classic bike build, super fast delivery, unparalleled communication (emails and text messages stating despatch and delivery progress). I used Tarty bikes to re-thread a crank arm on my sons bike after I stripped it putting on a different pedal. I boxed up the crank arm and the pedal and posted it off and got it back a few days later all sorted. It was a great job & the pedal has been solid ever since. It saved me a lot of time trying to source 155mm cranks & got my son back on his bike quickly. Thanks again

Hi everyone! For a weeks I've been looking for a carbon riser handlebar with no success to find it in Mother Russia. Eventually I found an awesome black&white Clean Carbon Riser on Tartybikes.co.uk. In a week after purchase, I've got my parcel... damaged... with the broken handlebar inside. While delivery service just been wasting time, TartyBikes immediately send me the new one bar on the same day without any bureaucracy. Title says it all, the bike came on time. It was super easy to assemble. Everything was already fine tuned you just need to put the big and easy pieces together. Great customer service too.

Emailed the person I dealt with & stated that we needed a quick turnaround on a cross threaded crank arm as we were off to the French Alps mountain biking. Posted on Wednesday fixed & back on bike by Friday!!!! Incredible customer service & communication. Don’t go anywhere else these guys are the best!
