Easy to navigate around, simply using touch screen, Love the photo gallery slide show, the camera's not bad for only 3 mp, and the earphones are impresive as well. All in all some very good features for a (cheap version) touchscreen. If you want a resonably priced touch screen, with most of the features of an i- phone, at a fraction of the cost, Buy one of these.

The LG KP500 Cookie is a really good all round phone, i got it for christmas and i absolutely love it. its so light, but is packed with so many features. It is easy to use, even my mum can work it. I keep finding new features every day. the handwriting recognistion is a really cool bonus feature for when you cant be bothered to type, and you can play on motion sensor games. i would give it a 10/10

The excitement of owning a touch screen mobile phone at a good price. Many features as standard.
The LCD screen cracked after four days, no damage to outer screen. Very disappointed with the retailers help or lack of help in this matter. Personally found them unhelpful when it came to a genuine problem. Anyone else had a similar experience with this phone? (retailer customer care dept said they have not heard of this problem)
Very disappointed with the level of service, I am going to contact LG direct, will keep you posted.

Great until it broke for me... unfortunately didn't even last half a month...
It started to play up on new years saying it was low of battery when only 1 hour before it had 2 out of 3 bars.
Put it to charge as soon as I got back, thought it would be okay. Early in the morning i heard this strange crackling electrical noise, thought it was the tv but ended up being the phone.... disconnected it from the mains to find it was still making the noise. Took battery out and the noise stopped. When switching it back on with the battery, it was totally gone. Didn't switch on or anything. I feel awkward asking for another of these as this is the first time I have had this kind of problem with a phone.

The LG Cookie is the most affordable touchscreen mobile phone available in the UK.
It looks similar to the iPhone, with auto-rotation, touch screen, smartphone features and also excellent value for money.
This is a must for gadget fans who don;t want to max out on expensive mobile phones this year.

I found this review not helpful because... It totally contradicts my experience with this rubbish phone. The bluetooth always disconnects after a minute or so, the screen goes into sleep mode just when you need to press buttons to navigate menu driven phone calls, the battery indicator shows full just before its exhausted, it switches itself off without warning or reason ... do I need to go on?
