I have to agree with all other comments. We ordered 6 x Combo tickets from Theme Park Tickets direct two months ago and they have not arrived with only the weekend left. I have been promised the tickets, now offered an E ticket for Disney, which they also cannot email for a day or so? The universal tickets are not even with them yet to send out! They have been making excuse after excuse as to why they have not got the tickets. They took the money two months ago. No one has phoned to explain about the delay, I have had to chase constantly. I have asked for a refund today and ordered else where. I have received an email to say the refund is being processed but I expect I will have to chase for that as well.

I ordered tickets for WDW and Universal which was advertised with a free kids eat free Orlando card in June for my holiday beginning of August 10.
I rang Theme park tickets direct after I had ordered and was told I would receive my tickets 7 to 10 days before I left.
When I had not received my tickets 1 week before I flew I rang up to be told they would be despatched 5 days before my departure and my tickets had not arrived in their office yet, After looking at reviews on this site I rang them back to check if I would receive a real ticket as I had ordered and to check they had the kids eat free cards in stock, I was told they could not guarantee I would not get e tickets and that they had no kids eat free cards left.
I cancelled my order with them and ordered tickets from Florida tix on Thursday and received them on Saturday am.
Do not use Theme Park tickets direct and if you have already placed an order with them cancell to save yourself from heartache.

An absolute disgrace.Let down for tickets with just 3 days to our holiday. Was offered e tickets for disney and told other tickets would be with us day before we left! Told them to cancel booking - after checking they said they would refund in full.Have to wait the 5 working days to see if it happens - bet it doesn't.What a bunch of crooks - NEVER USE THEM AND NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY.Ordered tickets from another company 4.30pm Monday and they were with me 8.15am on the Wednesday.

I have just been robbed by these people and sadly paid by debit card to the sum of £1,780 we have had to borrow the money from family as we do not have it ourselves... we are now so scared about buying from anyone else on line now

Do not use this company under any circumstances! With just two days to go before our holiday, we are still getting e-mails & phone calls fobbing us off. I have finally given up, and gone with someone else at the last minute with no guarantee that we will ever see any tickets from these charlatans. Having taken our money immediately, we have been downgraded from hard tickets to e-tickests, to e-mails saying there is a processing problem...blah, blah, blah....Don't touch them with a barge pole!

I would recommend anyone reading this review to keep well away from Theme Park Tickets Direct. Their service was a complete nightmare and a total shambles. DO NOT use this company. I ordered 3 things from them. With 3 days to go before i fly, and MANY phone calls from me to them since they have no comprehension of contacting the customer, only 1 item has arrived, 1 has been cancelled by THEM, and 1 has changed to an E ticket by THEM. Keep well away from this company, their service and supply of tickets is totally useless. They are faceless and dont care and come up with all sorts of pathetic excuses as to why they couldnt supply the full set of tickets to me that i ordered and paid for many many weeks ago. One very UNHAPPY customer of theirs, who will never use them again. KEEP AWAY from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ordered my tickets 2 months ago, only to be told 3 weeks prior to my holiday that they do not have them. It has taken me numerous phone calls (They have not responded to any e mail) over the last couple of weeks and I still haven't got a refund. They owe me nearly £900 which I need refunded before I can buy anymore.
They are a bunch of crooks!

I must add my voice to those saying avoid, after ordering 4 Flextickets and a Kids Eat Free voucher 2 months before departure I finally received my tickets two days before departure. I first queried three weeks after ordering, to be told they would be with me a fortnight before departure. A fortnight before I started emailing and getting no reponse tried phoning getting only engaged. I then looked to see if others were having problems and found this site. I then felt sick. After almost two hours doing redial I phoned Floridatix and spoke to a lovely lady called Vanessa who reassureed me that if they didn't arrive I could order two days before departure and get them the next day, and if I ended up with two sets they would refund me for the ones ordered with them. I did eventually get into a queue, after 1/2 an hour I was told they would be posted Friday arriving Saturday or Monday arriving Tuesday. AFter nothing on Monday I phoned again and was told they were being held because of the 'Kids eat Free' voucher I had also ordered. I told them to forget that and put the other tickets in the post. To their credit they did and I received them the next day. But I would rather pay more and not have the stress. An alternative is to put a date 2 weeks before you actually fly.
I wondered why I was so stupid as to not check the company but realised I had picked them up as a 'Travel Partner' on the Flexticket website. I am writing to them to ask them to remove the company from their website and suggest others do the same. BE WARNED Please do not buy tickets from this firm. They take your money on the day of order but do not have the tickets to send you and will keep fobbing you off saying that they are waiting for stock to arrive from America.This bunch of crooks have let me down big time and after many phone calls and e-mails I have now asked for a refund after being left without tickets just 3 days before departure. Luckily I saw on here a comment from someone else who had reordered from American Attractions. I gave them a ring and they were brilliant their tickets are cheaper and I only had to pay £15 for express delivery and my tickets were sent out the same day, they really saved the day. BE WARNED

I was worried when I read Themeparkticketsdirect reviews because I had already ordered @ cost of almost £800. I therefore contacted Customer Service 2x weeks before depart, who explained they only despatch 1x week before travel. Contacted them 8x days before & they checked & confirmed would be shipped next day for receipt following day. Contacted next day(7x days before) & confirmed had been despatched for next day delivery before 13:00hrs. Arrived on day as stated @ 7:15am registered post. Would have given 5 stars if they had advised clearly, at time of order, shipment is only despatched 7x days before travel. My recommendation is contact & confirm despatch & all should be well

I found this review very helpful because... I am due to fly to out soon and I am waiting on flexi tickets. Have read the others and it all sounds a bit scary!!!! I have never used this company before so obviously was a bit concerned. I have phoned them and they said I will have the tickets 5-7 days before I fly out, fingers crossed!!!!!

BEWARE if you are thinking about ordering your tickets from this company please do not they are an absolute disgrace booked tickets april 2010 for holiday on 3rd of July and was left with no universal tickets and disney tickets had to accept eticket day before my family and I left for our dream holiday to florida. Dont listen to their constant excuses themeparkticketsdirect say they will despatch your tickets 2 weeks before departure but this is not the case they let my family down big time and I would hate for any family to go through what my family and I have been through, they just do not care constant phoning and emailing gets you absolutely no where they just dont listen and wont get your tickets to you on time so if you have already booked with this company cancel and save yourself the heartache and stress. I wrote a letter of complaint and no surprise still waiting a reply I could go on and on but just wanted to tell any customers do not trust this company with your hard earned money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Totally useless customer service. I, like many others ordered from them as they were the cheapest, but what they don't tell you anywhere on their website is that they take your money straight away but don't send tickets until a few days before you go away which is totally unacceptable - no other provider of Disney tickets does this. After ordering and then reading the reviews (wrong way round I know!) I decided to cut my losses and ask for a refund from Theme Park Tickets direct. I did not want to go through the stress of what others had gone through. (they would only refund 90% of the value of the tickets despite cancelling within a week of ordering.) Refund took 10 days to come through but at least I got the majority of my money back. I have since ordered the same tickets from Orlando ticket deals and received them within 4 working days with the kids eat free voucher thrown in - fantastic service from them and extremely helpful. (Incidentally, Orlando Ticket Deals price matched Theme Park Tickets Direct).

After shopping around, I ordered the tickets from themeparkticketdirect.com in February, as they were the cheapest by a considerable margin. They took the money out of my account the same day (£1200.00). Tickets have arrived today 22/7), a good 5 months after they took the money and 1 working day away from when we travel to the States. That is after several emails/telephone conversations where the tickets were promised to be sent out two weeks before departure date, which didn't happen. The kids eat free voucher that was promised, hasn't arrived either.

My advice would be not to use this company unless you are prepared for a few sleepless nights just before you are due to go on holiday. Not been impressed in the slightest and would not use again.

In addition to tickets turning not here and we leave in just two days I asked them to confirm the Kids Eat Free voucher which was advertised is included They apparently have run out and I would have to order from kids eat free but it would be payable at £11. I asked them to take the offer off their website as it was misleading and is still advertised on there...fat chance I think ! Be afraid, be very afraid. Ordered tickets 3 weeks before departure after checking by phone and being told that they would be dispatched 10 days before departure.

Received a phone call 8 days before departure to apologise that tickets were delayed and ask would I accept an e-ticket voucher. I called back 5 days before departure to chase as the e-ticket voucher hadn't arrived, only to be told that tickets would be posted and if I didn't receive them the day before departure to call back. I told them this was too late and was passed to customer relations who promised to chase the e-ticket for me. WTF is going on?

Vague and disorganised customer service. I'm glad I used a credit card and I won't use the company again

OMG! I ordered through ThemeParkTicketsDirect as they were the cheapest I ordered the tickets 4wks before I went away. 2wks before going away I rang as the tickets hadnt arrived but the person I needed to speak with wasnt available. Another week went past, which meant I had 5 working days left in the UK until my flight. I rang again & got told my tickets wouldnt get posted until Fri 18th June - Bearing in mind i flew on the 20th June!! I stressed that I wanted the tickets posting now becuase what if I missed the post on the Saturday then I would have no tickets. After ringing them twice everyday complaining about how they took my money straight away but refused to send the tickets until the last moment possible they then confirmed they had sent the tickets Thursday 17th June, I did miss the post when they were delieved Friday but thankfully I was able to pick them up on the Saturday.
Verdict - They may seem cheap but I wouldnt recommend! Use Floridatix or Attraction Tickets Direct - Much more professional!!!

I booked my tickets 5 weeks before my hols to Florida after reading the Martin Lewis review! It's now 4 days before I fly - no tickets. I've emailed twice, phoned twice to be told today that the tickets come from Northern Ireland and the office is shut! I freaked and told the lady - Marie that the service was totally unacceptable. Luckily I paid my £644 on my credit card, they have told me they will be dispatched tomorrow. If after my final call tommorrow they haven't been dispatched I am demanding a full not 90% refund. I've already pre-ordred tickets from American Attractions who can dispatch within 24hrs. Do NOT use Theme Park Ticket Direct they are too stressful!

TOLD IF WE WANT A REFUND MINIMUM 14 DAYS, AND VISA SAY IF WE LODGE A DISPUTE 30 DAYS TO RESOLVE. REALLY GREAT AS WE FLY OUT ON THE 18TH.

I have just found this website and wish I had found it sooner, I booked tickets with Theme Park Direct 6 weeks ago, I go away next thursday I still have no tickets, we found the link from Martin Lewis Money Expert website and thought it was a good deal, I have spent a fortune on phone calls chasing tickets they keep fobbing me off saying they will be sent out tomorrow as yet I am still waiting. There customer service department are rude and unhelpful, I am so stressed I dont know what to do, I have asked for a full refund but she wont tell me how long that will take and in the meantime I dont have time to order tickets from anywhere else DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS

I have literally just canceled my tickets with Themepark Tickets Direct after having spent £1600 on tickets for theme parks in Florida a month ago.
They look like a good company when you view their website, and the prices are some of the best around, but dont let that fool you.
After ordering no confirmation email was recieved, although money was taken immediately. I waited a few days to see if anything came through on my email but nothing, so I called them and was told an email will be sent straight away.
A few days later still nothing,so I called again, again lots of apologies and a promise of a confirmation email.
So I sat back and waited once more, meanwhile some tickets I had ordered from another website had now arrived. This made me worry a little about the tickets I had ordered with Themepark Tickets direct, no tickets, and not even a confirmation email still!
So I decided enough was enough, and called them up again to find out what was going on, this was a couple of weeks ago, lots more apologies ensued and when questioning when my tickets would arrive due to the others from another website having got here already, was told two weeks after payment. Fine not long to wait then.
Its now a month since first purchasing the tickets still nothing, no email, and definately no tickets.
Phoned them thismorning to be told that that the tickets are sent out 7 days before the departure date, 7 Days!! I tried to explain that that was far to close for comfort, could they possibly send them out sooner, the answer was a definitive NO! from an extremely ill mannered customer services.
Nothing I can do then, I thought.
So after speaking to my wife about it, we decided to look up some reviews, and found whats on this site. I only wish we had researched before purchasing. Everything people say about Themepark tickets direct on here is true, they are an absoloute disgrace, a bunch of crooks that will take your money and sod the customer, their customer 'relations' staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful, something which I have complained to them about, but which will no doubt fall on deaf ears.
The refund is now taking place,which should be completed within 14 days although only at 90% of what we paid, but I will gladly lose the £160 so as not to deal with these clueless morons again.
I am just thankful that our holiday isnt until Novemeber, so we have time to fix the problem and get a good lump of our money back to spend elsewhere.
Thank you everyone on here for helping us make what is undoubtedly the right choice in canceling this mockery of a company.
And to anyone who is considering purchasing tickets from these vultures, are you mad??? Please, please, please avoid them and save yourselves alot of stress, thats not what disney is about.

AVIOD AVIOD AVOID....Spent £1200 on tickets for florida. 5 Days before we're due to depart they inform me they can't supply us with the tickets we purchased (5 weeks ago)... total nightmare.. they have my money, I have no tickets.. they have said they will refund but may take 14 days... !!!!!! Terrible.. how can people sell you these tickets but not be able to supply them. So unfair, now i've gotta go hunting for tickets when we get there, something I was hoping to aviod. Plus pay for them again... with money I don't have.
