HTFR emailed me to say that an item on my wish list from 5+ years ago was now available. Played the sample on the website and still wanted it so placed an order. Record arrived safe and sound within the delivery period so, overall I'm a happy bunny. Thanks

Well I must say I am absolutely astonised that a once massive outfit like htfr would stoop so low as to sell records with stickers on the cover saying PROMO ONLY NOT FOR RESALE and a htfr sticker stuck over it.Charging me for something that your not supposed to sell is shocking I'm sure the people at NUKLEUZ would not be to happy to find there dj promos being sold by a business for financial gain.I used to be on mailing lists and know how hard it is to get on them as a dj of 20 plus years now I find this a disgrace.

Record was in my wish list for 3 years when I received mail saying they had now got one in stock. Instantly bought it and arrived only a few days later. Had to clean it but other than that very happy. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

The record that was sent was a different version to the one advertised. Would be better for them to be more specific about items they are selling

I've used HTFR a few times now with no problems, the delivery is always quick and well packaged. I had to return one record as it wasnt the one i ordered but the email replies were quick as was the refund. Will use again, cheers

Htfr provide an excellent service and great delivery time, the only improvement I would make would be to the website in providing a sound sample for every record in their listings.

Quick shipping but got sent a different vinyl to the one I ordered. I emailed about a return but a member of staff stopped emailing me back. It's disappointing as I haven't had any problems with htfr in the past.

Ordered my dance music CD and received email updates keeping me posted. Arrived 3 days after ordering and was in perfect condition - one very satisfied customer. Excellent service, quick and efficient. delighted and would definitely use again.

Despite 2 messages asking for specific details concerning the condition of the vinyl, all I got was a 'SHOULD BE VG++' response to my second request ignoring my particular enquiries. How hard is it to dig the record out and give an honest reply? It's my own fault, I bought it on impulse as it's a rare vinyl and was very disappointed. Incredibly dirty record that needed a good long soak to remove the dust and grease but the final result was still what I would only grade as GOOD, which in Record Collector terms means knackered!

The website was easy to view, and navigate to what you needed to find. The service I received was excellent, the 12" arrived quicker than I had expected it to. The packaging was very strong and my order arrived in superb condition as it was clearly advertised as. I would highly recommend HTFR to family and friends and would use them again.
