Completely incompetant, rude, inefficient, ineffective and incapable of basic mathematics.

Stuff your cash in the matress before asking this lot to have ANYTHING to do with ANY financial aspect of your life.

At branch level, they were always considerate and helpful, however, beyond this EVERY department seems incapable of showing any degree of intellect or even just common sense.

They will use every delay tactic imaginable to hold your money and make life totally insufferable.

I would not wish the experiences I have had with this bank on my worst enemy.

Am switching to Barclays - who employ HUMANS!

An absolute shower! I laugh like a drain when I see the TV advert informing the general public how important its customers are.
Poor customer service.
Uses the excuse of computer system changes to alter terms and conditions.
A totally disreputable bunch of bankers in my opinion - glad to see the back of them!
