Very easy to book to get to airport and to find were to park would recommend to all my friend if they needed to find a parking place very easy to get in to park and to get out off no problem with it and all

Used the meet and greet service Did as we were advised to phone once we had claimed our baggage but had to wait for our car once we arrived at the car park for approx 10 mins so not as efficient as Stanstead and East Midlands meet and greet services although I would use again

The service was pretty smooth and easy, and overall it is pretty good value for money. I have used this service twice now and found it reliable. Notes:- 1. At least 30 mins needs to be allowed for transfer time. 2. On pick up, they will probably tell you the minivan is only 5 mins away, but expect it to be longer. 3. Be aware that the pick up and drop off point at Luton Airport (Bus Bay letter 'oh') is not that convenient since it is away from all the other bus bays and there is no cover or shelter. With young kids, you may need to consider warm/waterproof clothing.

They have improved over the years. Have used them to book at different airports and their systems are equally competitive. They don't always have a presence (as in Heathrow) and act as agents at some airports and this works well. Would use them again.

Really slick drop off and pick up service. I couldn't fault the parking and really good value for money. Honestly what's not to like!!

We booked purple parking after using same company over several years at Gatwick. Was flawless from start to finish. Easy to find, park and leave vehical and felt like straight away you could get in holiday mode. Someone available to help if needed, though ibstructiins very clear on both confirmation paperwork and in the car park itself. No hassle coming back and good service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Although a friendly service it seemed quite disorganised particularly key collection upon return. There was no cover so goodness only knows what it's like there in the rain. Also the walkway over the airport road is very poor.

The booking process was simple and straight forward. Parking too, just drive in, fly off and do the same on return. Easy - relaxing syart and end to our holidays!

We booked Purple Parking but didn't realise we were actually boked with Paige Parking. Service was very poor we were transfered in a monin bus and theluggage went in An attached trailer. When we returned we were told to go to bay O which was no where near the rest of the alphabeted bays. We then waited almost an hour to be picked up. We could have been almost home by the time we were picked up.Not a good experience. Would NEVER book through Purple parking again and certainly not with Paige parking.

Fist time I used this car park was very confusing the staff threatened to have us removed from the site as we did not know you had to get a lane and go to the office would never us again

We parked in the long stay at Luton for the second time and I would recommend it. I booked a couple of months in advance and found that the price does go up and down. I felt £48.99 for eleven days was good value. We arrived and took a ticket from the machine and I made note of which row we were parked on etc. The bus soon came to take us to the terminal. On the return it did take us longer to get a bus from the terminal back to the car but that was the only hitch on what was a straight forward trip.
