DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not order from Bloomex! Unfortunately...I just looked at the high rated numbers and volume of reviews before actually reading them. When I did go to read them after I had ordered, I was shocked at this sham of a business, but remained hopeful that they maybe could come through on mine. They did not. I paid a premium for same day delivery to a hospital in Toronto. That was yesterday. Later in the day yesterday I got this email: "Thank you for your order. We attempted to deliver your order and our driver informed us that the recipient was not available. There was no answer on the phone and no access to the building as concierge refused to accept the order. The order was returned to our production facility. Please advise on when you want us to deliver the order again so that the recipient is available to receive the order. Thank you, Bloomex Team" First of all...the recipient is in a hospital so there is always access to the building. Second, there are no concierges in hospitals. Third, neither the recipient or myself were called by Bloomex. I had called the hospital earlier in the day to make absolute certain that flowers could be delivered. It clearly states on the delivery form which hospital it is and the exact location of the recipient. So, I replied to the email, as instructed, several times. No answer. Today, I communicated with Customer Service who told me re-delivery takes 5-7 days. I told them if they can promise same-day service they can redeliver in one day. She then told me they could do Monday or maybe Tuesday. I told her she could either honor our same day agreement or give me a complete refund. She said they will only give store credit. I told her I wanted a complete refund or they could honor their end and deliver at least by tomorrow. She said they don't deliver on Sundays, yet their website still promises same day service no matter what day you order. So I asked her to guarantee Monday and she said she'd request it. I don't expect them to come up to the Customer Service plate by Monday. You'd think that being exposed twice on CBC's Marketplace that they would clean up their act. Obviously they have not and I am not even sure how they stay in business. Also obviously, their positive reviews are likely mostly, if not all, fake. So, run...run to your nearest reputable florist and order from them. You don't save money, at Bloomex. You lose it. A painful expensive lesson. Learn from everyone else on here that has submitted a bad review.

My son and his girlfriend very thoughtfully sent me a gift basket from Bloomex last week,I thanked them by sending a photo of the basket they called back as they saw that it was not what they ordered, they had ordered "Bubbly" as they know it's what I like but saw I got a bottle of Red wine instead. When that called Bloomex they were told that when what you is not available they replace it with something of equal value, there was problem #1. I would have thought that they would contact the purchaser to let them know this and either let them cancel the order or ask what would be a preference. The red Wine was so bad that I have to keep it for cooking compared to the photo on the Site the chocolate content was minimal dollor store. Over all no Value for money and THE worst Wine I have Ever tasted. I would not recommend this company at all! Very disappointing.

I ordered flowers for my wife on International Women's day and I never received the order. When I asked for a refund they were very non-responsive. Do NOT use Bloomex as its incompetent and will leave you very disappointed.

So disappointed. The arrangement was not even remotely close to what I ordered. I understand they can vary but this was dark and unattractive when what I ordered and wanted was colourful and happy. I ordered the vase for them. The flowers didn’t come arranged in the vase. Instead they came in a box with the vase at the bottom off the box. A DYI kit for the recipient. Really??? And….the vase was way to small for the arrangement so she had to find a different one to use. I had high hopes for this company but instead I’m just so sad :(

I wanted to send flowers to my aunt in another city. After looking for a local florist but not finding what I wanted to send, I found Bloomex. I found the website easy to order, however I did have to call customer service to finalize my order. They were extremely helpful. I can’t comment on the flowers because she lives so far away. I just found the cost of flowers and plants so expensive now but it’s comparable to other sites.

Do NOT use Bloomex!!! I was on hold on the phone and cut off or hung up on with customer service. Then I tried chat twice and they just stopped chatting, no interest in resolving problem. Before that I had emailed and the automated reply said someone would respond in 24 hours. They did respond next day and told me I was too late. My friends finally received flowers next day. I had ordered 2 dozen roses and added ‘Deluxe’ which costs extra but they never got Deluxe or anything other than roses and the vase I bought. No ribbon around vase, no ornamentation, no babies breath or special shaping of any sort, just flowers out of fridge and one already fallen apart. It was a huge disappointment to me. The flowers did NOT resemble the bouquet on the website, not even close. I did not get what I paid for. I was so excited to try to spread some joy and so disappointed in the end result. I suggest you shop with an actual florist and if you can’t find one, look up FTD.

On line only. Cannot phone them. Message says they will call back. They never do. They stuffed up the message on my order which was a sympathy message but they placed it on a Valentine's Day card. You can imagine how that went down. As I couldn't phone them I sent two emails expressing my annoyance at this. Instead of them phoning me they sent back A standard apology which obviously is sent to anyone with a complaint regardless of what the complaint was. I sent another email saying that I was dissatisfied with their response and received the same standard apology. I will never use them again as sending flowers is a personal thing and not like ordering bricks

My order did not arrive and now they won't reimburse me. Frist they updated my order that it was delivered. Then the driver claimed that he tried to drop the order off which they proven false because he didn't take a photo. Now after 2 days of repeat calling/emailing they still refuse to reimburse me. It is difficult to get a hold of them and when you do, nothing but attitude. So now I'm without my order and they only offer me store credit - Why? so I can go through this horrible customer experience again! Learn from my mistake and don't give them your business, buy local.

My boyfriend and I delivered flowers to his mom. He wrote in the instructions to ring the doorbell and ask for someone named. They delivered them at the wrong address and when they rang the doorbell nobody answered and decided to leave them outside. Finally when the neighbours got back home, they brought them to my boyfriends moms house and they were frozen and half of them couldn’t be saved. I do not recommend this florist.

Flowers were broken and dead. Looked nothing like the picture. Customer service is terrible. I was hung up on and yelled at. They have been revoked with the Better Business Bureau. I had to finally go through my bank for a refund! Buyer Beaware!!

Ordered flowers for my sister in law. She received them. They were nice. Died the next day They were frozen. She complained. Got more flowers frozen mush again Decided to take a gift basket instead. It was fine. Problem is I ordered flowers because she loves them not a gift basket.She eats quite healthy and is allergic to nuts which are usually in a gift basket. I asked for a refund. No response Very dissatisfied customer

I called Bloomex and ordered a medium size designer bouquet for my daughters b day on Feb 5th.I decided to have them delivered a day before to ensure she had them knowing she would be busy on Saturday. I told her husband to make sure someone would be home on Friday and not to say anything so as to surprise her.The promise was that they would be delivered by 8 pm latest.I must have called four times to check on status , nobody told me that Purulator was assigned for delivery otherwise I wud have called them directly and would have known that they had not left the depot and would be delivered on Monday . I called Bloomex customer service after 8pm who confirmed that it wud indeed be Monday.By that time the flowers wud be 4 days old and not fresh .I declined by advising that this would not be acceptable and wished for the order to be cancelled with full refund. I paid $70.72 which included a card and rustic wrap plus delivery fee of $14.99. I contacted Purulator to advise not to deliver flowers to Niagara on the Lake on Monday as my daughter will not be there.I contacted Bloomex to advise and subsequently offered vouchers towards a future order.Well, after 4 more calls and two disconnects I received a coupon for $15 only!!!! what is that I ask.I am out $70.72 with a promise to deliver flowers and am now having to reorder with a $15 credit voucher....will not accept this under any circumstances.this company is hit or miss and if you miss you are out of luck and money.

I should have done my due diligence when ordering from this joke of a florist. What a fiasco! Flowers were nothing like in the photo - neither quantity, selection, or quality. And they were half-dead by the time the recipient received them two days late. I was ashamed and embarrassed that my dear friend received such a pathetic bunch of flowers. This company is a disgrace to the florist industry. Shame on you.

BEWARE!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and their customer service is below par, it disgraceful! Unfortunately they are not customer focused and only care about the initial sale. Once your order is delivered and its not what you ordered they will direct you to their policy that states "We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable substitutions " I ordered $140 of lilies and received nothing that even resembled lilies, and Bloomex thinks this is fair and reasonable.. uuummm no! it's actually laughable. Oh and don't even waste your time trying to get the issue rectified because they DO NOT CARE. Wish I read more reviews before I decided to order from this shady company. You have been warned! 0/5 stars.

The occasion was in Sympathy of the passing of a relative. Flowers were ordered on the 6th, and an additional charge was paid to have them delivered "Next day", on the 7th. They were delivered on the 11th and left on the front porch in minus 15 degree temp. No notification was given, no call or text, and no knock on the door or door bell. The recipients were in the home at the time. The box was discovered later when the dog needed walking. Bloomex was contacted and offered only an in-store credit. Who would want to do any more business with a company that would unapologetically deliver dead flowers 4 days late? At the very least they should not have charged for the uncompleted "Rush Delivery"!

Buyer beware! After receiving a basket of crappy odds and ends instead of the high end Tuscany basket that was paid for the company had zero interest in righting their wrong. They even went to far as to say they can send whatever they want depending on availability lol. So my basket was filled with obvious leftovers that had nothing to do with Italy and no effort to at least come close. Customer service did not apologize, refused to send the basket paid for and refused to issue a refund. They then offered my friend the sender a $20 in store credit. Wow, why on earth would she or anyone else for that matter ever use this company again. There are many well deserving businesses out there, please don’t spend money with this greedy company that cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise!

The website is so easy to use and navigate. It took me no time at all to put my order through. The customer service was very fast and efficient. My questions were answered promptly! The beautiful arrangement of flowers were delivered right on time. And the entire time, the status of my order was constantly being communicated to me through email. Thank you for your service. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.
