Bllomex-Placed order by phone by cut-off time, no delivery!! After calling and getting vm only to c/s reps had to call numerous more times. Staff couldn't find reference to my order but credit card had been charged!!! Finally get a call back from c/s manager and told that the email address I had given was something (not even close to my email address) and therefore I was wrong and order didn't get processed til after cut-off. Still no delivery the next morning...when I asked about cancelling I was told I'd be charged $25, even thought they screwed up and they said I must have given the wrong email to them so I could cancel and that they don't think their rep could have written it down wrong etc. Anyway, just a bunch of sorry but too bad for you! Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Haven't even seen the flowers yet. OR a half hour later after correcting email have I received a confirmation yet for an order that I've already paid for!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The order process waws smooth and efficient and very friendly. I also got e-mails letting me know that my order was processed; that my order had been submitted (to the credit card) and accepted and also when the order was delivered. I was very impressed with that. I was ordering on behalf of my boss and 'you' made me look good, so thank you.

Few points:
1.Great product value. Non of Canadian florist can match their price
2. Website is a bit dated
3.Efficient customer service. All major steps: placing order, order sent for production, produced, send for delivery, delivery company contact phone and delivery confirmation are communicated through email.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. I ordered from Bloomex a fruit basket for someone in Niagara Falls. Unfortunately I had not read the bad reviews Bloomex has received. The fruit basket from the time ordered to the time received was 3 days. The fruit was left on the door step overnight and was found by me 3 days after ordering on the porch frozen and with rotten fruit. The customer service representative treated me poorly, expecially after I told her I was an American. She became irate and defensive. FOR ANYONE thinking of ordering from them don't do it.

BLOOMEX FLOWER NIGHTMARE: My husband lovingly tried to order me flowers for my very first mothers day with this company. What a mistake. For one, they delivered the flowers on the WRONG DAY. How a major national company like Bloomex can screw up delivering flowers on Mothers Day is beyond comprehension, but they delivered the flowers a day early.
When I opened the box of flowers, over half of them were dead. Not just wilted, but dead. The package my husband ordered also came with a chocolate box: instead of good quality truffles they sent dollar store liqour bottle chocolates.
SO...we tried to go through customer service. They would not return calls, or emails, for weeks. From a floral perspective, my first mothers day was ruined. They eventually got back to us, and, despite pictures of the dead flowers and incorrect chocolates sent, refused to give us a refund. They said that they would send replacement flowers, but they never came.
Customer service was deplorable and exhaustive. Owners should be embarassed.
SAVE YOUR MONEY--RUN DIRECTLY TO A REAL FLORIST AND PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH A FLORIST YOU CAN TRUST AND SPEAK TO IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS.

Delivery was late by 2 days. Flowers in bouquet were not fresh; broken stems; yellow leafs, etc.
Called customer service 3 times. Was only leave a voice message as there is no way to speak a live person. Sent several emails to customers service - no reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WILL BE RUINED FOREVER!

Bloomex.ca is such a garbage company. The flowers are still not here after hours of waiting. I paid for early morning delivery, but the flowers are still not here by later afternoon. I called several times and they kept on telling me they will get in contact with the driver. It's not hard to get in contact with your own employee, but they apparently can't. Their service is so bad and not up to standards with what they advertise. Do not use this company if you want your flowers to be delivered on time (which is one of the most basic and important things to consider when you need a delivery). I rather spend more money with a company that has more reliability. if the rating system has a negative, I will definitely give it negative five stars!

Bouquet was delivered 2 days later then required. Most flowers were extensively damaged and in very poor condition. This "bouquet" did not last long - was in the garbage can 2 days later.
I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with. The website reads sameday delivery which is false. The flowers were 2 days late and when they were finally received they were dying.
DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY IF YOU WANT FRESH FLOWERS FOR SOMEONE.

Ordered flowers from Bloomex for my girlfriend on Valentines day. I paid nearly double for them the be delivered on valentines day between the hours 12:00 - 5:00. The flowers didn't arrive until the following day at 5:30 so since the moment had past i refused the order and told my girlfriend I would get her something else. I then tried to contact the company and was often left talking to an answering machine. When I did get a rep from the company they told me this was a Customer Service issue and I would receive a call back. After doing this several times and not receiving any return calls I started writing emails. Now, after much discussion, they agreed to sending me a refund. When I received the refund it was minus $10 for delivery because they apparently do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I wouldn't NEVER use this company again. Not only did my gift not arrive for my girlfriend on a special day leaving high and dry but I also had to jump through hoops to get a portion of my money back. Still working on the rest of the money.

flowers arrived in not so great condition - kinda dented and rotting-ish a 5-6 inches from the bulb. flowers definitely needed seem tlc on arrival. but when it comes to flower deliveries as long as they are from someone special its the thought that counts!

I put my order on Feb. 6th to be delivered on the 11th so I could skip the busy days for delivery. Lets just say it wasn't delivered on the 11th, they said the following Monday, and it won't be delivered until tomorrow (supposed to), that's if it even comes. It is also true what someone said about they don't answer any phone calls. I called three times and left my name and number and nobody returned any! They are not online either today to help you although their hours are supposed to be 8-6 for online support. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would actually make sure they know to never order from them and waste time and money!

I was very worried after reading some reviews (after I ordered) but flowers were delivered on time (10:30am) on what is I'm sure their busiest day of the year (feb. 14). If you have planned in advance and not tried to make a last second order, you won't find a better deal out there. Made me look like a hero thank you!

Just commenting on this review, which I wrote. These idiots, while they did manage to deliver the flowers on time, perpetrated credit card fraud against me. Luckily it was caught by my bank quickly and I'm not out anything but I know this because I hadn't used this card in a long time before making the order. So please disregard my great review, these people are incompetent.

They delivered wilting flowers. The transaction was not easily visble on line and you do not get a confirmatin of delivery. Not professional in the least! The flower quality was horrendous - especially for a special family occasion. The customer service - when you could finally get hold of them - was not helpful in the least. Was given the runaround - and was refused access to the owner of the company. Obvioulsly they do not care about service - only taking your money. Still waiting for resolution a year later!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not warrant even a single star!

I've tried this place twice. Once for a delivery in London, ON and another time to Hamilton, ON. Both times I paid extra to have the flowers delivered at specific times and both times they have failed to arrive within the times that I paid for. The first time I paid for evening delivery because my girlfriend works during the day. The second time I paid for this service they arrived too late. If you don't care what time your flowers will be delivered you can use this service otherwise stay away or call the local flower shop.

I ordered flowers for my best friends 50th Birthday. Because I had never use an online florist before, I called first to make sure they delivered to the area that my friend lives in. I was assured they deliver everywhere in North America. Well she turned 50 today and no flowers arrived from me ....I contacted Bloomex customer service and got a run around and some story about them checking with the local florist. What's the point, her Birthday was today!
I assure readers that I am a person who is easily pleased and rarely complain. When you order flowers for a very special occassion and they don't arrive I see no choice but to complain.
