I ordered a catridge and it did take a week to arrive, but they do point out this is through Royal Mail. As we all know 1st class rarely means next day, so I didn't expect it to arrive on time. I'm really pleased with the service - they kept me posted by email as to when it was dispatched.

I would reccommend this site, but if you need it the next day, use the courier option, not 1st class. OR don;t use this site.

Ink cartridges ordered from this company did not arrive. I telephoned the helpline on 3 ocassions. No-one answers, there is only an automated reply asking for your details, including phone number, for them to get back to you. No-one responds. I e-mailed the company. All I received was an automated response saying the query would be dealt with and an answer would be forthcoming. Again - nothing.

They sent the wrong item. After being on hold for 20mins I am told I now have to pay to return the wrong item myself, and will eventually be given a credit note. As I am unlikely to ever use them again, this is of no value.

Bought a toner 30th Nov. No contact until 5 days later when I rang. "Sorry, been busy and will get it out to you for Saturday". Waited until Tuesday and was told non in stock. Asked for refund but was ignored. Toner arrived following week and was leaking all over. Sent back and told refund would be soon. 6 weeks and I am still waiting. I had used Printerinks.com before without problem, but this time I was told that the Samsung ML-2550DA toner cartridge I'd ordered was out of stock. I accepted that, but a month later I was still waiting, despite payment having been taken at the time of order. After two e-mails, they sent the toner, but it was not what I'd ordered - RT-ML2250D5. No problems at all with my first experience, although I did think that the time taken between ordering and actual delivery was a little excesive. “Printerinks have not upheld their promised standards...”

Printerinks have not upheld their promised standards for the replacement etc., of faulty goods. Printerinks.com owe me both ink cartridges and cash. Printerinks were very polite until I discovered just how devious they actually are. Now they ignoring my emails and all for the sake of 3 ink cartridges and £4.50p for postage and phone calls.
