Nice website but RUBBISH flower and delivery!
I am very very very disappointed with Floweradvisor.com. The flowers that my girlfriend received were not fresh at all. It has a lot of yellow marks on the flowers. This certainly not what I expected compare to what I saw from the website. I reviewed a lot of website before I purchased the flowers and trusted this website. If I was at least told that the flowers were not in good condition few days in advanced, I would have asked for a different colour.
I was also not happy with the delivery time. The flower arrived very late and I was not informed at all.
I asked for a refund, and they ignored me.
The website mentioned "We are a consortium of online florist that send flowers to over a hundred countries with prompt delivery and excellent services. As an online florist that is committed to use its reputation and credibility to source for the freshest flower, we abide by strict standards set by our Flora Team. Our networks of online florist are all well-trained, offering the highest and freshest quality of flower". --> This is RUBBISH!
The website also mention that if you are not happy with the flower, they will send another one. And yes, we did not receive anything!
The flowers and the service were not acceptable.
Don't get fool by the website!!!

Their service is excellent. I like the professionalism in the service rendered. There was also personal care and attention given to my purchase order. I appreciate the fast response with guaranteed and timely delivery within the urgent time. The prices for me are too expensive, that's why i think twice before ordered and also the layout a lil bit confuse me. Mario, Belgium

I had a wonderful experience with this website. They delivered my gift to my lovely boyfriend as the date i already said before to be delivered. I love the customer service and the selection is awesome. I will recommend this to everyone and using this site for my next event.

I ordered a Chinese New Year Hamper for my gf family to be deliver on the first day of Chinese New Year, the content in the hamper was totally different from the content it was indicated in their website, the second time they re-deliver the content is still wrong, and it was worst they even had the price tag on the items which indicated it was bought from Carrefour. The third time, they finally got it right with the content, but they just deliver it with a plastic bag. What kind of professional company will do that? They totally spoil the Chinese New Year for my gf's family..... Never order hamper from flower advisor, this is what I learned from this horrible experience!!!

Delivered on time but there was problem
the tracking number mailed to me only worked for the first time i tracked it after that it didn't work i got scared
i contacted them and they gave me another tracking
i was angry that something as important as a tracking no wont work
but it got there on time same day i ordered i probably wouldn't have noticed if i wasn't awake monitoring the order
my advice only make orders to big cities and capitals
not suburbs and stuff

don't order from this website. i ordered a gift hamper that was supposed to have been delivered on december 20th. it is now the 27th and my order is nowhere to be found.

I ordered from FlowerAdvisor once to my parent in Indonesia.
My parents have already accepted the flowers and they were very happy.

At first I was skeptical about FlowerAdvisor after looking at this review but since I urgently need to send flowers to my mum for her birthday and I I do not have any other choices for international florist therefore I decided to place an order with them.
Although the delivery was a bit delayed, I am really glad that they are able to deliver the flowers to my mum eventually. My mum was very pleased to receive the flowers and of course, she finds it very beautiful. I really appreciate the fact that I am able to just order it online in the morning and get it delivered by evening time even though we are separated by distance.
I will really recommends FlowerAdvisor to all of you! They have done a marvelous job for me!

they should hire people who can handle customer instead of ppl who makes customer more confuse! I though they were based in the states but the I found out they couldn't speak english. how can they help international customer if they don't speak english???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had to click on the stars to give this company a rating - I would truly not give ANY rating.
I ordered and paid for a hamper on 5th December to send to France. The parcel never arrived and after several emails kept getting replies such as
"Our supplier already contacted the recipient and recipient wish the hamper to be delivered on January 4th, 2009.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance".
"The delivery company has an incomplete address - please re-supply".
"The DHL delivery in Marseille has telephoned the recipient and will be delivered today" (24th December".
I don't just 'think' this company is a fraud but am now totally sure it is a total sham.
Has anybody any ideas of how or what action can be taken to report them to an appropriate authority ?

Unbelievable. Wish I'd read these Flower Advisor reviews first. Please don't use this company. We ordered a hamper to be delivered to Italy. That was supposed to have happened a week ago but still waiting. When we called customer services it sounded like we got someone out of bed and they didn't know what or where Italy was, even after I'd spelt it three times. We didn't get a confirmation email. Today they have promised to look into it and get back to us but my hopes aren't high. Customer service is appalling. I can't work out if this is a total scam or just unconceivable heights of incompetence. Either way - avoid at all costs.

I ordered for a bouquet to be delivered only to be told that the chosen kind wasn't available. More importantly, the alternative bouquet was never delivered but it sure was charged for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. THEIR ENTIRE WEBSITE IS A SCAM. Too bad review center doesn't accept no stars at all as a possible answer.

I ordered my father a bottle of wine to be delivered to him in Slovakia for Fathers Day from flower advisor. I am in the UK. They called to say they didn't have the wine and would subsitute with another. They delivered that a day late. Then weeks later they delivered the original bottle and charged dad 13 euros. Even though I have sent them the receipts they refuse to refund the money because their supplier says they did not make the delivery or charge - they believe them and call me a liar! As if I would fabricate reciepts for that amount of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL NOT HELP AND CONSISTENTLY MESS UP ORDERS AND STEAL MONEY!!!

DO NOT order from Flower Advisor. I ordered my dad a hamper for fathers day and they rang me to tell me that they had none in stock so would instead send flowers. I told them i didn't want flowers but they still sent them and then took £50 out of my account. I have rang, emailed and wrote to them but they are refusing to refund my money.

The only good thing about the flower advisor website is the price. However they lied about the delivery time and they canceled my order without noticing me. I never received the refund from them and who ever I talked to on the phone speaks no English.

Flower Advisor debited £ 55 pounds for roses that were never received. When I submitted this problem, my emails were not replied to.
They ruined my mothers birthday, I feel robbed on my money and trust.

Online order form did not accept parts of the delivery address (it's my house!). Online help chat seems to be a computer trying to interpret and concoct a reply to my questions, without success. 24 hr help is directed to a call centre apparently staffed by difficult to understand english speaking persons. Gave up and went to another florist.

Flowers from www.floweradvisor.com delivered to wrong address. Took 2 days to locate them and get back to me. 3 days later were still undecided about what to do even though flowers were still in time to be delivered. Ended with an employee promising they would redeliver, and the next morning another employee told me I was to have a refund!!!
