I am really pleased with my new windows and the service I received from Betterdeal Windows. All the men I dealt with from Director to the guy who came to measure up and then the wonderful the installers. They were all professional, punctual, clean and polite. I felt they all respected my home and I did not mind having them around at all.

Full house replacement UPVC windows and aluminium bi folds + 2 x composite doors. Started off so well and they had come from recommendation from two friends. Courteous, great price, detailed quote and nice guy. Some of the quote was for existing house some was off plans from architect extension drawings. They were in a rush to get the works started rather than wait for builders to get works to suitable position. The installation in the existing house was great, fitter was great and tidy work. It then started to change when they had to wait for extension. They returned a few times to check floor levels for bi fold doors. They fitted a wrong back door, different style of windows so both had to be taken out and re done, then they demanded we pay £1000 more as we were accused of altering plans and sizes but everything was built to exact measurements, we were then told quote was for upvc and not aluminium but quote clearly said aluminium and there was an asterisk for deducting a further £1000 for upvc. We were then threatened with solicitors and the non registration of works with fensa as we refused to pay the extra money. Fortunately our case was watertight with everything recorded and time stamped so they came to their senses and provided us with fensa certificate but then relations were soured so bad they cut ties and we can’t use them for any remedial works or snagging. Can’t utilise this 10 year insurance backed guarantee. They were to return with some handle screw covers but that will never happen so in the end it was a lot of stress and all totally unnecessary.

Super new windows & doors, couldn't be happier, friendly staff & excellent fitters, the person I dealt with didn't require a single penny in advance, the work took only two days, they took all the rubbish away when they was finished, all in all I had a very good experience of dealing with this man and his teams.

Pleased with both the quality of fittings and workmanship of installation - BDW was lowest quote in our area from among 6 other suppliers. The fitter worked quickly but didn't rush the details i.e. clean finish in sealing against brickwork and sill indoors. Timing for manufacture of windows was a little bit delayed (couple of weeks) but was during Covid lockdown so understandable.

BetterDeal Windows were excellent from start to finish. I obtained multiple quotes and Better Deal Windows offered not only the best value for money, but I also liked the fact that everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, responsive and genuinely wanted to ensure the job was done to the highest standard. We are so pleased with our new windows and doors, this company do an amazing job, so friendly and polite, and such nice guys to have in your home, sadly I can’t say the same for some of the other DG companies we asked to quote for our work, safestyle and Crystal have not stopped bangering us, phone call after phone call, lower the costs every time, how boring is that, Betterdeal offered one price, that was it.

We are really pleased with our new windows, the house felt warmer immediately and they look great. The fitters were excellent, friendly, efficient, informative, worked fast and effectively, a pleasure to have in the house. Left everything really clean as well. WE will definitely be contacting Betterdeal when we move to Phase 2 of the window replacements!

I am extremely pleased, I had windows throughout my home including a small conservatory and am so happy with the result, no mess to clear up and good value for money. Would highly recommend them and 100% trustworthy. I had bad past experiences with tradesman and this has restored my faith, the whole team were pleasant, courteous and treated me and my home with respect which is very important to me. I have another home on the coast which is in need of new windows throughout and there is no doubt I will use them for this job also.

Betterdeal Windows! Good first contact with owner, he highlighted the pros and cons of a bi-fold window system…..that was a good honest start. I called 3 companies in to quote the project, the Betterdeal quote I received was the best by 20% out of all lot! I was wary of technical gibberish and they were by far the leased 'salesman' like. After we met I asked them to come back which thhe did without complaint as I wanted to alter the bi-fold slightly. I placed the contract and paid the deposit for 12 ft bi-focal doors and 6 downstairs windows.. The Betterdeal team arrived 4 weeks later, they removed furniture and cleared the various areas and then dust sheeted. They were with me three days and apart from some bad jokes I cannot speak highly enough about them. First class job, little mess and small bit of plaster damage where the old frame was removed which they offered to repair. I am delighted with the price, workmanship and result. The purpose of the project was to sell the house, which I did and I will be asking Betterdeal to compleatly replace the new property rear windows.

I have had new windows replaced throughout my house from Betterdeal Windows. From start to finish the service has been excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I was away with work when my boyfriend contacted Betterdeal Windows to replace two windows, a set of French doors and a top light. He provided him with a quote which was less than half the price of the next quote, which I then discussed with them further over text. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and satisfactorily. Once we had agreed on the products the surveyor came and measured in less than 10mins. I waited about 6-8 weeks before the doors and windows were fitted over two days. They tidied up after themselves and removed and replaced the blinds and shutters in front of the windows expertly. I am very happy indeed with the quality of the windows and doors. I would highly recommend Betterdeal Windows for a fast and cost efficient service that is of great quality.

They attempted to fit 11 sash windows in one day , even though they initially said they would take a week, when they arrived they told us they would take one day- we left for the day and returned at 1:30 am, the builders were still there . None of the windows were finished, massive holes were left in the walls as well as gaps around the edges of the windows. They knocked a radiator off causing half of our bedroom wall to fall down. They house was a state dust and rubble everywhere and we couldn't sleep in our flat. It then took nearly a day to initially clean but about a week to get all the dust out of anything. When we approached them about the unfinished job, and the lack of care, they were far from helpful. Threatening emails , accusing us of being the problem because we didn't stay in the flat and monitor the builders, ignoring all our concerns . They refused to fix any of the problem or complete the job or take responsibility for the disaster they created. The Windows are still unfinished have as we have had to bring in solicitors and in the mean time we are having to get another company in to fix everything. We had a really terrible and upsetting experience with better deals. Unpleasant and threatening. I would advice anyone to steer clear of this company.
