Hi Gary, Many thanks for the new conservatory that your company built for us, we were happy with the whole process, it was nice & refreshing that you never wanted large payments in advance, so when you were not able to come to our house, we knew there was always a good reason, as we knew that until the work was completed, we held the lions share of the money, the kids love the extra room, take care, Joe & Michelle.

Gary, just a short review for you & your company, we are over the moon with your services & the way you conduct your business.

After having all the usual suspects over to give us a quote for the windows & doors we wanted, when you came over it was a real pleasure to deal with you, you gave us a price & that was all you did, you never lowered the cost by any amount.

Too be fair your quote was less then all the other prices, but at least your price was the only price you gave, unlike all the people who are still calling & driving my wife crazy.

Your fitters & surveyor were great, the Windows & Doors yous sell were really nice, I never really believed you when you said that your work is mainly obtained through word of mouth, but I now do.

I would happily use you guys again.

We used Betterdeal Windows recently as we live in the Isle of Dogs near their head office, Gary came over & gave us a good quote, he left us alone to think about the offer & also allowed us to obtain other quotes.

I am really please we called him back & allowed their company to do our work, the Windows & back doors look great, we are really happy with his fitters & the whole way that he runs his company & the family manner in which he deals with people.

Now I know why he said that 60% of his work is obtained thro old & existing customers.

I would use them again if we moved without a doubt!

We are really pleased with our New Conservatory, all the work Gary & his team did was really well handled, Nice guys worked in my house, We are pleased with the price, work, and the way that Gary runs his company, No high presure sales, No lies & false promises, we was told from day one that we would have some problems due to the land our house was built on, but at the end we are really pleased.

We are a building company based in Essex, we mainly work in the Romford & Dagenham area, we have used a window supplier for around 4 years, but sadly we had too many problems with them, so we googled & found Betterdeal Windows, Gary came over and gave us honest advice, and never promised anything his company could not deliver, he even offered to walk away from the job as we wanted the windows within 3 days, and Gary could not do that, but in fairness his company did the work in 7 working days, just as he said & I can honestly say that I am happy that I have finally found a new window suppliers. Also the qulaity of the windows & doors is far better then we used to get, the prices are bang on the money, and we got all the FENSA paperwork as promised, I am 100% happy & have already offered the company more work. We were very happy with Gary and his staff @ Betterdeal Windows, they installed 7 windows & a set of french doors for us early this year, we had a few quotes & Gary was the best priced for the windows & doors we wanted.
I would use them again, I would also say that the fitters were nice guys, although they arrived once slghtly late, but thats just me being picky, Gary never wants any money until the work is completed so that was nice to know, the FENSA paperwork arrived after a few weeks as did the company warranty, Ben & Sarah Hutton Brentwood Essex

Very happy with the company & the whole approach they have in dealing with the public, No sales men called us, just a retired tradesman, we were asked what we wanted & they offered their opinion on what they thought maybe better then what we wanted.

I have used this company on three occasions, they did my flat in Chigwell & then a house we bought in Buckhurst Hill, then again we used them to build us a large glass conservatory.

I would happily recommend them, Gary who runs the company for his dad is really nice to get on with, although sometimes hard to track down !

We used these guys in early 2008, I have only just found this forum, thats why the review is so late.

We had a few quotes as we wanted 7 new windows & a back door, we found them on google & I must say I was very happy with their whole approach to the job.

No money was required up front, all the money was paid at the end, we had one small problem with a wall that cracked inside when they ripped a window out, but they sent over a plasterer the next day & he plastered the whole wall for us, so you cant expect more then that, the FENSA paperwork arrived within 2 weeks, and so far we have had No problems with the windows & back door.

I am happy to say that I would use them again if I ever move.

We used Betterdeal Windows in late 2009, they were one of four quotes we had, they did a good job for us, they never asked us to sign on the day of the quote.

The windows & doors we had fitted were great quality & the fitters were really nie guys, Gary who runs the company was very nice & helpful, I was a bit worried about using a company we had never heard of, but they are FENSA approved & that is just the same as anyone else.

One thing I would say is that some of the other quotes we had, namely Betterview windows & Smiths were much more expensive & really rude with us when we would not sign on the day, then they called us everyday, which drove us nuts, Gary never called us more then once.

I used Betterdeal Windows early in 2008, I was happy with the company & found them helpful, not pushy & I loved their windows, they took 3 days to glaze my whole house, and the fitters were clean and tidy.

I had three quotes & they were the best quote we had & offered better windows them some of the other companies we had quote for us.

I would say that using this company was a good idea, they are also Fensa registered which is a good thing, in fact we found them off the Fensa website.

We used Betterdeal Windows to build us a Conservatory and we were very happy with the company, they were nice guys to deal with & it was nice to have a company that were happy to only want money from us after they had worked, rather then lots upfront.

Its hard to find a company nowadays that it a household name, so my husband & I were worried when we employed this company, but I am happy with the cost, work & after care.

The guys never pressurized us to place an order & they were happy with us calling some of their old customers for their imput on their dealings with Betterdeal Windows, rather then just a fancy showroom.

I would say I am 9/10 happy, and my husband I hope would agree.
