I searched the net for a mountain bike and found what I thought was a decent deal , all ready to purchase I contacted a friend to tell him about my find , he immediately warned me about wiggle and how they had no contact number and once an item is bought I would have no chance of help after the sale , to be honest I took no notice so I sent a mail to wiggle and was ignored so resent it and had a reply to say they would send me a quote , which never came so I sent three more mails and was… Read Full Review

Ordered a bike that was indicated as on order from supplier. Waited 3 weeks
and no news. Contacted them and they said it was no longer in production. Nice of them to contact me to let me know! So i ordered a more expensive bike. The
bike was well packed, but came with two large chips on the forks. Seat post
was all scratched up from someone installing it previously. After spending

“Has made my life miserable, have been sent so many...”

Has made my life miserable, have been sent so many damaged bikes (3) that it is insulting. One had just been painted over.
They are inept and their quality control is terrible. Bike was not ready for my girlfriends birthday despite ordering it far in advance. They wouldn't ring her to appologise. Only email.
Will not use them again and cannot ever recommend them.

They were doing fine, prices were OK, shipping to Ukraine was cheap. And now, after they gave me "Wiggle Gold Customer" status, they just ignore my requests.

First was - add back Ukraine to the list of shipping countries (I have 50+ feedback on eBay, and only fastest shipping from UK!! What's the problem, Wiggle?!)

Ordered running shoes that were listed as in stock only to find that I have no hope of getting them as they are unavailable. They have taken money off my credit card that I am still trying to get refunded.

Whatever you do don't order from this company. If something goes wrong they are completely disinterested in putting it right.

I have been using the Wiggle website for nearly a year now. Not one order has been late or wrong. The offer customer loyalty bonuses (dependant on how much you spend) that give you between 5% and 12% off a lot of items; even without the loyalty discount you will find some of the most competitively priced gear around - and I do shop around.

Avoid if placing international (US) orders.

I placed an order at the start of December and parcel was dispatched on 10th December. Website clearly states 5-10 days for international deliveries. Emailed customer services to query my order after 15 days and was told that it would take 15-20 business days (significantly different to what the website stated). Appalling customer service. Ordered two items, only one arrived. Eventually second arrived but it was the wrong item. I sent it back. They acknowledged receipt but will not send out item I have ordered and paid for. 14 emails to them. They either do not answer them or don't read them properly most of the time. Since the prices for bike components is absurd in Italy, I usually order from the internet. This was my first experience buying at wiggle. Usually, any order I make from England, arrives within a week, not longer. Well, it didnt and now its been almost a month from my payment. What a lousy company. 1st order resulted in the wrong product being sent. When returned they've gone AWOL and customer service on this issue has been useless, they just email reply with a 'couldn't care less' attitude.
2nd order - who knows if that'll turn up. Still waiting weeks later. Again, replies from them are insultingly apathetic.

i ordered a pair of adidas adizero adios. u have the option of quick delivery which is about 5 pounds extra. i was stupid enough to choose this. estimated delivery time: 4-7days. i would never do this in the future, not with wiggle anyway.

Ordered items online which 19 days after Wiggle state they have shipped them have still not turned up. Was first told to wait 10 days, and then contact them again, and now after 3 further emails, they have just stopped replying to my emails.

The only way to get a refund is to do a charge back on my credit card. To think a business this size behaves in such a poor manor is shocking. BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD… Read Full Review

I'd love to purchase something from wiggle they are consistently the cheapest on line. Unfortunately this appears to only apply to items that are out of stock! I waste so much time still(you'd think I'd learn) optimistically clicking on their site and then being disapointed to see that they are either out of stock or only have XXXXS or XXXXL available at the quoted price. It took about a month for my shoes to arrive. The main reason for this was that my handbag got stolen from the front of my shopping trolley at the supermarket, and I had to cancel my credit cards during the week that Wiggle tried to charge my credit account.

Getting my handbag stolen ended up costing about $800, by the time I replaced my car keys, replaced all the locks at my house and replaced everything that was in my bag.
