bought a fuji road bike which had numerous problems but main one being chain rubbing on front derailleur was looked at by local lbs but problem could not be solved. now this where things really go downhill. after numerous emails, they have no phone number. they been no help at all, refund of bike no chance over 30 days. instead have asked for pictures of bike . how on earth is that going to help. now they want me to fill a form in and return bike so i presume they can inspect it and say it is normal which they already have said. at this point i am done with company as i can see they are just messing me about. stay away from this company if you do have a problem they will do all they can NOT TO RESOLVE IT. WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH JUST STAY AWAY. wiggle you can not treat your customers like this.

Hi , hope this helps you . £75 was taken from my credit card by these people , and i don't even have an account with them . I have contacted them twice via there chat explaining that money has been taken from my account , they said i should contact my bank as its not there problem . They won't tell tell me what was purchased with my card or where it was sent , unless i can provide them with the the name of the person who ordered it with my card and there account details ! ( how the hell do i know who it was ) I gave them the time and date to exact second the transaction was made , the amount of the transaction , the last four digits of my card , the name on my card the transaction id and the visa id . unless i can tell them who ordered it they cant help further , i can assure you this this is all true , they are only concerned in protecting the id of the unlawful that use them . you have been warned if you still use them you are either a immoral or a fool .

Don't use them if you may need a return. It was almost three weeks after returning an item which was too large. They say it takes 16 days to process! After multiple emails I only received identical automated responses until I said I was referring to the office of fair trading. The chat service is permanently down and there isn't a phone number. DO NOT USE THEM.

Am starting to regret buy a bike from them. The finance is easy to sort and they take your money quick enough. Chat doesn't work. No response to email. No phone number. Facebook messenger read but no response. Inaccurate info on order. A day wasted waiting for a delivery that hasn't arrived. Now chat has turned off before 4pm without any answer in 2 hours

Ordered a bike bag. Significantly delayed delivery even with consideration of the pandemic. Made wiggle aware of this. Proceeded via their nominated courier to deliver then late despite knowing I had left the country and offered no alternative solutions.

Order two inner tubes Thursday evening on Next Day delivery, it was after the cut off so expected it Saturday in time for a weekend ride... Got a notification from delivery company saying it was with them and hasn't moved since... Contacted customer service who said to expect a response in 4-6 days?! How the hell does that work? 1 day delivery and can't reply to email for almost a week! Why offer the service if you can't fulfill it?

I purchased a set of Park Tool side cutters and received a chain and a chain locator! A small issue in the grand scheme of things... However customer service is non existent and trying to get a response is impossible as no phone number, online chat not working and email responder says 4-6 days and if not then email again!! My advice would be to not purchase from this company as they do not appear capable of dealing with the small issues...

I ordered a pair of goggles and Hermes left a card saying left with a neighbour but no tracking number or 3 times attempt delivery, also on Hermes web the scanned card on the signature said unable to sign. Knocked on every door in the street and no parcel. Contacted Wiggle whom contacted Hermes who said they had been delivered, lying *****. Wiggle said they would send replacements priority delivery, this did not happen only a mail a day later saying I had to sign and scan a declaration form to say I had not received my goggles, basically accusing me of lying. Absolute shocking services by wiggles customer & courier service, would never use again as long as I live!!! Still trying to email Wiggle but they do not reply until the next day, so useless and unhelpful and still no goggles, quick enough to take your money! Order Number: 6239582319

Dealing with warranty claim was a painful affair. Poor, bordering on shambolic, communication. Disappointing resolution, eventually refunding money after 3 months of vaguely worded emails telling me the matter has been passed to another department and it's out of their hands. Please be patient, etc.

I have used Wiggle for my bike insurance for the last 3 years but fortunately haven't had to use them so can't comment on their service there. However I had a coupon that expired because I had forgotten about it and they refused to let me redeem it.

I bought a chapelli single speed bike 3 months ago from wiggle but it immediately started making unhealthy clanking noises from the rear hub. In general my impression has not been great and given the weight and feel I doubt that it really was a chromoly frame as advertised. However quality issues are part of the package buying unseen from the Internet but wiggle’s customer service has been a disaster. First I took it to a local bike shop as instructed by wiggle but they could not find the problem. Wiggle also promised to refund up to £25 for this but months later I have no refund. After chasing eventually wiggle agreed to pick up the bike and organised this through yodel but could give no collection time. My wife waited the whole day and there was no pick-up even though yodel claimed to have been and left a card. Next they sent DHL but the van that came could not fit in a bike box… by this time it was getting ridiculous. The last message from Wiggle was that they were going to use Yodel again and pick up last Friday but now on Monday we have not heard anything from them. The bike box has been in the hall of a small flat or 3 weeks. They maybe OK if everything goes well but I am never buying from them again as it is not worth the pain.

Decided to book one of the wiggle promoted sportives. the booking was for 2 people. As expected, got directed to the UKCE web page. At the time of booking there was an additional offer (for a limited time) of a £10 amazon offer included in the price. No vouchers have as yet arrived. I got in touch with wiggle who said it was nothing to do with them, I'd have to contact UKCE. Contacted UKCE, their response was you only get 1 voucher per booking. I couldn't see any reference to that in the description or on the booking form. If I had I would have made 2 separate bookings. It appears to have been a rip off. Maybe there was something written in the smallest print?

Bought a Gore Cycle wear jacket which is advertised as having "Maximum breathability". Gore Bike Wear Element Gore-Tex Active Shell Jacket. Cycled home from work in 8 degrees celsius and boiled. Only had a T-Shirt underneath. Wrote to Wiggle and they refuse to do anything about it. Quotes from Wiggle - "We appreciate your comments, however unfortunately as with anything, there will always be limitations" - "The jacket just offers maximum breathability that it can for a user." Needless to say I won't go near Gore Cycling or Wiggle again. The jacket is good quality and nice looking but performs no differently than a jacket I have from Lidl costing a fifth of the price.

Sportive costs are too high. Other event organisers have the same overheads and charge less. Mtn bike events can cost around £1.50 per mile to ride. On public trails by the way. I,m going to ride some of their events but not pay. They can,t stop you riding on bridleways and byways. Could even award myself a medal, bought cheaply on line perhaps! Under £30.00 for the shorter distance I can live with and would pay my way. At the moment though I feel like I,m being....taken for a ride!!

Ordered some clothing. One of the items was to small so returned via their returns service (foc). Ordered another item to replace the returned item online and it was delivered speedily and the money returned on the clothing sent back. 1st time I have used wiggle and despite some negative comments on here, I have only got praise for them

I was burgled and my daughters bike was stolen 1 week before she was due to start University. I ordered a replacement from Wiggle and chose something in stock so I had a chance to get it quickly. I was pleased to receive an e-mail from DX Freight, Wiggles courier informing me that it would be delivered on 16th Sept. I'm self employed so re-scheduled my work so that I could be home to receive the delivery. It never came. I received a second e-mail from DX on 17th Sept reminding me (????) that my order would be delivered that day by 12:00. I quickly re-arranged what I was doing so that I could wait in again. It never arrived. I waited in all afternoon as well figuring that I've gone that far I may as well see it through. It never arrived. Two days of inconvenience. This is not the first time DX Freight has failed to deliver a Wiggle order on its promised date. Unable to call Wiggle I sent 3 messages to their Help Desk. Nothing back as yet. My advice is to use Chain Reaction instead.

£30 tyre lasted 3 weeks -- Wiggle refused refund or replacement. Even though tyre split on the side but they said it was a "pucture". Tyre is not usable. Taking to small claims court for refund -- goods not of satisfactory quality.

I received a shirt as a present, I sent it to Wiggle to exchange it for a different colour giving all of my contact details - they returned the money to the buyer without ever contacting me. When I contacted them through their 'chat line' the assistants seemed to think it was my fault and that I need to contact the buyer to sort it out. I think this would be rather rude. The communication system they use is incredibly time consuming, you can be cut off while typing and have to start all over again with another assistant. It is impossible to phone anyone to sort out a problem, quote : 'we are not a call centre'. Just plain poor customer service.

Misleading information I ordered the Osprey Poco Plus - Child Carrier from Wiggle.com. I live in the US in New York and wasn't told about the import duties related to this purchased and was lead to believe the item is shipped from the U.S. only to learn later , after I got a bill for $43 from DHL for Duties and their portion. Wont buy at Wiggle again.
