I have been a customer with dream bingo for over 4 years and I’m disgusted that after depositing a £100 A message came up halfway. Through playing a message stating I had been banned. I was nippy happy witth this decision and went on to livre chat station g that it would not be overturned 9 days It took for the decision which was I. Am no longer a customer and got to wait now for the money I had outstanding on the account t so I would Niro join this site

After being on a bingo site for years I thought I would give this one ago and how wrong I was! They did not add my bonus on right away I had to take my time to phone and he added it on. There are only two types of bingo that you can watch bingo 90 and bingo 75, the cms keep asking if you have seen the big jps but I couldn't find them any where. A big fat waste of my time least I only added £10. I am going back to my best bingo site (Tombola) I would not recommend this bingo site!

I have played on many Bingo/Gaming sites and I understand that when I accept a bonus, as a consequence of doing so, there will most likely be high wagering amount. However unlike other sites, Dream Bingo never gave me a chance to decline the bonus as I typically do on other sites. I deposited £20 to play Blackjack. I played and happily won £11.67. I was unable to withdraw this amount unless I wager 50 times my deposit amount. £1,000 you say? No. Because Dream Bingo have set the Blackjack wagering to only account for 10% of the requirement on the amount you bet. Therefore, I would need to wager £10,000 on a £20 deposit! I did not want the bonus, but I was forced to take it. If you are lucky enough to wager that amount you're still not allowed to withdraw more than 6 times your winnings! They refer to the t&c's yet these are still "at the managers discretion..." I spoke to a customer service agent for over 30 minutes and all I could do was withdraw my deposit amount of £20. I'm afraid to say that if you deposit any funds to Dream Bingo the money will only be going one way and it is near impossible to withdraw and so the chance of ever winning anything or even having a chance or all but eliminated. Don't waste your time with Dream Bingo. There are loads of Bingo/Gaming sites out there and they're all much better than these. A fair gaming environment is all I ask.

I made a withdrawal request which sits in reversal for 48 then it moves to payment team, I had the e-mail stating that my funds had been forfeited. My initial deposit was £15 so the maximum I could ever win was £90. The problem is this small print says at management discretion! From what I am reading from other users, this will always be the case. Feels like I have been robbed by this company.

iv wone twice on this sie ,£160 and £700 .before i could get first amount out had to send id ,through email ,(fair enough) took 4 days to get money, second time cashed out on sunday, got money in my account on wednesday afternoon, play them all the time, you have to use your bonus up before you can withdraw, very happy,x

Avoid this site. Absolute rip off. I deposited £10 and won some money. Tried to withdraw and was told I hadn't used the card enough in order to withdraw so I foolishly deposited another £10. I was still unable to withdraw. I'd won almost £50 but couldn't get a penny of it. I spoke to support who told me I'd have to meet the waver which I had no clue about. Another option would be for me to lose all my free bingo and casino bonuses which I got when joining up. I agreed to this and was then told to provide proof of my ID which I did. Absolute joke. Still 7 days layer no money has been deposited to my bank. One huge mistake Save your money and avoid like the plague. JOKE ....

I signed up,, was given my bingo bonus but also received a casino bonus which I never asked for,, I was told that I had to wager £500 before I could make a withdrawal, so with my balance of £53 I went on the slots as I was told that bingo tickets do not contribute to any of the wagering requirements,, I constantly played for over and hour,, I then received free spins which I took and won £22, I then carried on playing till I ran out of funds, I asked support how much I had left to wager and was told that it was over £2720.00,, Totally gob smacked is not the word for it so I closed my account and will NEVER go back to that site nor would I recommend it to anyone.

deposited 20 and yes got bonus won £140 ish on slots and could not withdraw winnings so basically just spun all my winnings away to get rid of them. And I told them. Think they have more than one site so be aware

I joined yesterday and was told I would receive a "free" £30 bonus when I paid a £10 deposit but after losing the deposit I tried to play with the £30 bonus and kept being asked for my debit card details which I am not going to give when the bonus is supposed to be free, the so called 24 hour help was NO help at all and gave me no idea how I am supposed to get the so called "free" bonus.

What an awful site, money grabbing and unfair! I deposited £10 to play bingo and got £30 bonus. I spent the £10 cash within minutes of joining but wasn't worried as thought I still had £30 to play with to fill in boring hours spent at hospital! I was wrong, it seems near on impossible to spend the bonus, each time I tried to buy tickets, a pop up stated that I didn't have sufficient cash funds or would tell me its a deposit only game so deposit more money. I've emailed the site, received an automated response stating my query would be answered within 24 hours! It wasn't and still hasn't been 4 days later! Avoid by all costs. I found other sites to be good, this one is ridiculous!
