this is the worst agency, they will mess up your payments (won't pay you right or won't pay you at all) they should be shut down.

Everytime you call theres always huffing and puffing like you are somehow burdening them. These women need to get off their high horses and realise they get paid to answer the damn phone.For a recruitment agency they are absolutely a million percent rubbish at customer service! Iv been contacted about jobs and then never heard from them again and the one time i didnt turn up to a job because of personal reasons the woman told me i let them down and cut me off. Well i am glad i didnt turn up and i can only hope they close down :)

Forever messing up my pay. Complicating my holiday request forms. Cancelling me last minute dot com. Too many chiefs in the office not enough Indians on the shop floor. Cocky staff thinking they know everything. I feel sorry for the competent staff members there having to put up with the idiots. Very tempted to join another agency to get away from these clowns tbh. Nightmare company with a lot of bad press and lots of drivers slating them who have since got full time employment via opting to sign up with other agencys. To the best connection, its 2015 and its time you pulled up your socks! It shouldn't be all about money money money, you need to look after your drivers and give the client your utmost attention via communication and by being honest. Rant over.

i have applied to work with best connection and it is almost 9 months now. I have paid 44 pounds for CRB check and they never send it for DBS check and every time i call they told me that they will call back but they never did. I was asked to come and collect my money but they didnt give it to me. I am still chasing for me until today.

They have ' a do not care' attitude towards customers, treated them as fools. Promise to find a job and when calling they always have nothing. And if they finally find something (wow) the next day call saying there was a mistake or send you somewhere( in my case it should be a warehouse) where they even do not build it yet. Worst agency ever.

Signed up and got a job the next day for 1 week mind, after that nothing. Every time I ring for a job they say they'll pass my details on but never hear anything back. Useless.

I was working for TBC more than 2 years (5 months SprtsDirect Shirebrook, 18 months NDL Stoke n Trent) and I hasn´t got any problems with agency at all. They helped me with my FLT license. Few problems with NDL but that wasn´t agency fault. Highly recommend

Registered with best connection in Northampton as a driver I worked for two weeks and was expecting to receive my first weeks pay into my account on the Friday. When I had checked my bank account for an entry to my shock and horror found there to be none. So I got on the phone immediately to Best connection {hah! what a laugh should be called worst connection}and some rude person proceeds to tell me that I will not be paid today and when pressed as to why since I had not only worked overtime but had ensured to submit my time sheet on time so as to avoid this type of thing happening. The person told me that it was a problem with payroll to which I replied that problems with payroll are not my problem and I insisted that they pay me as I had bills to pay and children to feed to which they replied that there's nothing that they can do and that I would have to wait until the following week to receive my pay. I was not convinced decided to pay them a visit promising my self that I would not lose my temper I sat down with a consultant who proceeded to explain to me that i transpires that the reason I didn't get paid was because an incorrect digit copied from my account number which was entered on the application form. So basically they were blaming me for their own mistake which was completely out of order,despite this I remained calm incredibly and insisted that I should be paid eventually after much pleading they paid me out of their petty cash tin, though I was relieved to be paid I was amazed at the treatment and professionalism to which I was subjected to. However I decided that I would try continue to work this poor excuse of an agency and asked them for work to which one of the consultants replied that the management are not happy with and if that if they were to give me any work at all it would be at a lower rate than that of other people doing the same job for the same company when I asked why they said that I would have to prove myself worthy in order to receive the full rate, I promptly declined to this end based on my experience I would not recommend them to any one who's a decent human being, they made me have to beg for my money after working hard for them and when I didn't get paid they blamed me for their mistake and after reluctantly paying me insulted my dignity by offering me work at a lower rate than other people doing the same job. Tell me What kind of employment agency does that to hard working decent people.

Jobs do not exist. Staff unprofessional I sat waiting while my husband was being interviewed with them. Staff we're watching racing on TV all I could hear was swearing the f word constantly. I was waiting an hour they continually made each other coffees and totally ignored the fact I was sat listening to it all. My husband signed up with them as they were advertising a job he was skilled for. When he asked about the vacancy he was told the person dealing with it was not available but they would contact him after several phone calls he was finally told there was no job even after admitting it was advertised on the internet and the board outside the premises. Do not sign up with them .

Everyone tells porkys and don't give work. Don't trust them and be careful. Very bad services

They promise this and that and are totally lying don't bother wasting your time really shocking service. I called constantly for 7 days straight when they were adventising everywhere that they were looking for warehouse operatives and cleaner position and every time It was same answer, will get back to you so and so ain't in the office at the moment. Save yourself the hassle and dont apply I've already reported them to the job centre, but doubt they will do anything money is money to them. I asked for 2 weeks holiday.They rung up, spoke to me and my mum and said I couldn't have the first week but I could have the 2nd week. I worked the first week then on the following Monday they rung up and said get to work, they said I never asked for holiday. They said nobody in the office had rung me. They even spoke to my mum!! They said if I didn't go to work I'd be sacked, so I quit as no choice. As a temp agency they could have asked someone else to cover my holiday but instead I had to leave. I'd been there about 8 months. I would never, ever work for this agency again. What a way to treat people that want to work??!!

Wanted me to do driving for a company which told would only be a little while. When arrived told I would be doing two runs for my assessment which could be up to a 14 hour shift and will not be paid.So walked out. Never go to them again or recommend to anybody. Stay away there are better agencies out there.

Avoid the westbromwich branch as most of the staff there will Lie to you send u to a job that is nothing like they say theyy will alway back the company and not u they like to bully and belittle people into doing what they want if u want to be treated like a fool by all means sign with them if u want to be treated like a human being and not a dog then stear well clear of them

Friend of mine bin working for best connection Preston branch for three weeks in this hes just got all three payslips just found that best connection have bin stealing money off him. Works 32-36 hrs a week for them they bin knocking off 2 hrs a shift every day so hes only being paid till 10am when his shift is 4am-12pm hes on £6.58 hr before tax he gets around about £210 then they take off him £65 thats the hrs they knocked off thats before he gets taxed he ends up with about £125 after tax he pays about £80 week in transport cost to get work(waitrose-buckshaw-village) after all hes left with nxt to nothing.hes had the same problem about find out what shifts hes on when he does he gets four different best connection staff from the preston branch telling him different shifts.he went to confront these thevies at preston branch asked them why they had done this all he got was BECAUSE WE CAN SO WHAT YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT he told will report this to trade union and trading standards then they pushed him into a interview room then locked the door then called the police saying he had attack one of there office staff he was escorted out of the building no charges were brought up against him. Since this it happened he has left best connection along with myself we have reported this to trading standards and are the process of taking best connection to court over.but a WARNING TO PEOPLE DONT SIGN TO THIS AGENCY YOU NEVER GET PAID THE HOURS YOU DO ADVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS

ABSOLUTE WORST AGENCY DON'T WORK FOR THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABUSED RUBBISH STAFF, DON'T PAY YOU FOR YOUR WORK.
