I priced my bike by reviewing others on the market and pitched it right with the result that the first enquiry (and there were quite a few that followed) ended in a sale. Photographs could not be edited by portrait or landscape which meant that I had to re do my pictures.

This was the first time I'd uses MCN to sell, found the whole experience easy to set up communication was on par, the amount of contact I received was about even between email/call/txts. Generally a very good service and worth the money to advertise my bike for sale. It sold quite quickly. Unfortunately I sent in ad just when the MCN web portal was not working so new ad's could not be uploaded. This took twice as long to fix as stated on an email reply that I got. I was not pleased. However I was offered my full money back if I didn't want to wait.

The process of putting the ad on was easy and best of all the ad got the result - bike sold. I advertised my bike and then sold it privately before the advert went live. I contacted MCN and they were more than happy to swap my ad to sell my partner's bike on it. I'd not used MCN before and contacted them for help. The team phoned me a couple of times to confirm everything was right. I did not expect they would do any of that.
