“Incompetent and terrible service”

They sent to me the wrong item. I contacted Demon Tweeks customer services. They replied requesting a picture of the wrong item they sent to me. I sent to them the picture. Never heard of them again. I sent two e-mails to Demon Tweeks customer services. No reply from them. Terrible. Never buy from them again.

“Incorrect item sent out ”

urchased ebc discs and pads and put my reg in on the website saying it fits my vehicle. As soon as I fitted them I found they weren’t big enough. Contacted demon tweets and 4 months later they have told me they can now supply me the bigger discs that should be fitted on my car for £230 which they want me to pay for even though these are not sufficiently enough for the car. The other option they gave me was a £50 credit. Never buy from demon tweeks

“Worst customer service ever!”

1 year of empty promises by Demon Tweeks without any signs of them rectifying my issue. I purchased a £1000 helmet which was faulty and despite a whole year going by with it in their possession (and it being lost by DM) they still wont issue me a credit note to buy a new one. Worst customer service ive ever experienced

“Poor Customer Service”

Purchased parts which were faulty and tried to return it which they made difficult. Total disregards for Consumer Law. Will probably have to take them to County Court to get £48 back.

“Terrible customer service”

Terrible customer service. I ordered a stand for my bike following their filtering to make sure it's the right one for my motorcycle and they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle. I contacted their customer service trying to find a solution but they didn't provide any help at all and said they couldn't refund or let me return the item because I had opened the package. How was I supposed to know that they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.

Pretty useless. I should have paid the extra tenner and ordered the bike tyres from Amazon Prime...at least I would be out on the bike the next day instead of having to wait 2 weeks for the ‘express delivery’. Muppets. I wouldn’t bother they don’t keep any stock. You’ll end up waiting an age to see if the item arrives, or when it doesn’t for a refund. Save time and agro, go to a reputable trader even if it’s a little bit more expensive.

“Extremely poor customer service ”

The item I paid for was not in stock, however this was not communicated to me. I only found out when I called over 1 week later to be told it would be in stock the following week. Another week went by and the item still hadn’t been despatched and no one had let me know. No response to my emails. I called again to be told it still wasn’t in stock, so I cancelled my order. Extremely POOR comms and over 2 weeks of my time wasted. Definitely my first and LAST order. Terrible customer service and will be recommending others to shop elsewhere.

“engine heater issue - poor service”

ordered an engine heater for my car in Sweden. When I got there and opened it they had sent me the wrong voltage (110v). Then later I got an email warning "We have been made aware that there has been a slight issue with the supply on these heaters" I don't call the wrong voltage a slight issue due to the fact it could have set on fire. I Had to bring it back. They offered to exchange no problem but would not post the replacement out to Sweden, so now I have to book a suitcase (£50) to take it out (not allowed in cabin bags) because "my Manager says I cant post it to another country" Thanks DT your lack of help for your mistake has hit my pocket - never again boys.

“Demon Tweeks. Item didn't fit, no refund and damaged...”

I had been thinking of a new set of wheels for my restored Subaru Impreza which was now back to factory spec. I saw these blue wheels that were perfect for the job and were on sale at Demon Tweeksand I could just afford them. I enquirer about the 17 inch model and was told they were no longer available even though I had seen them elsewhere but was told they would look into getting some for my car. They emailed me and told me they could supply an 18 inch version to fit my car but this would mean fitting new tyres as well. I checked with them that the wheels would fit without alteration to my car and was told they would so I placed the order. After a week they wheels turned up, the Toyo tyres they had fitted looked to narrow for the wheel and the wheel rim protruded a full half in past the tyre. After a quick check it was decided that this was correct as they had spoken to the wheel supplier and checked the wheel and tyre combination was correct for my car. I fitted the wheels myself even though Demon Tweeks enclosed a leaflet to say whoever fitted the wheels was responsible for them and they were not liable in any case.Having changed tyres before I put them on the car spinning each one to check it didn't foul on anything. Back wheels were fine but the front wheels almost touched the brake calliper and only had a paper thin gap but didn't foul on the wheel. As the wheel and calliper are fixed in position they shouldn't touch and after all they told me they would fit the car. I lowered the car to the floor, tightened the bolts and backed my car off the drive. A loose paving slab moved as I backed off the drive and scratched the rim that stuck out past the tyre. This had never been a problem with the Prodrive wheels that were fitted before. Really annoyed now I tried to pull away from my home and was greeted by a horrible grinding noise. I stopped and check the car, the front wheels were now touching the brake calipers and had removed a lot of paint and metal off my shiny gold Brembo calipers. Obviously the weight of the car has highlighted some play in this suspension components and the wheels did not fit the car properly. I complained to Demon Tweeks and told them what had happened who just dismissed the fact that the wheels did not fit and had damaged my car. I complained and was told it was all my own fault and the wheels my get need spacers, a fact they forgot to mention when ordering. They kept dismissing the problem as being my own fault so I gave in and asked could they supply touch up paint for the wheels, certainly came the reply from customer service I will put you through to sales. Sales informed me that they didn't sell paint but I could get it from the suppliers and reluctantly gave me the telephone number. I tried Turriff Tyres who are the wheel suppliers and was told me they couldn't help as they got the wheels from another supplier.now I'm left with a damaged car and a damaged set of wheels that I can't fix and don't fit. Demon tweets refuse to give me any refund even for the undamaged wheels and I will have to take legal action to get any compensation for the damage and a set of unusable wheels. I'm £1000 pounds out of pocket with a further £500 to replace my Callipers with refurbished ones. Don't buy from here, you can get all these items from stores with a good reputation I have now bought the spacers they recommended but the wheels foul on the bodywork so I think it's back to a set of Prodrive wheels

“Never again ”

Never again will i ever buy anything from this company again they blank all your calls and emails wont refund you on the items, they find any excuse to not refund you then no communcation how is this company allow to do this to a working class person who saves up every penny from all the blood and sweat i put into work buy the items tell it dnt fit and they say well sorry special order when the items was made last year Stay away from this company

“No response to emails, no information on order after a...”

Placed online order, received immediate conformation email with order number. Next I receive email telling me I have items in basket that have not been purchased. I check, no items in basket! I send another email regarding this, and still no response! Opened inquiry through PayPal, send yet another message through PayPal to these people, still no response! Looked up reviews and found NUMEROUS 1-star negatives on this company! Not a good thing. I'm waiting for a refund from PayPal on this deal, as I'm pretty sure these losers are not going to help me! Never again!

“Poor performance over refund”

I bought a GPS device from Tweeks. Within a month I discovered a problem which was not resolved with replacement units and eventually the manufacturer accepted it was a software fault and other users were experiencing the same problem. After waiting 6 months and the manufacturer still hadn't produced a fix I returned the unit. Customer service from Tweeks was fine until I wanted the refund. Nearly three weeks after they had received the returned unit still no refund, even though the manufacturer had accepted there was a fault with the software. I have had to submit a section 75 claim against my credit card supplier.

“Totally Unreliable”

They have, yet again, badly let me down with a failed delivery. You pay high prices and high delivery charges and get no product ! They imply you are lying when you suggest that the product that you wanted and paid for, does not turn up, then they delay refunds and hang on to your money implying you are still lying.

July 4th i purchased over one thousand euros worth of rally related stuff from D.T. including two OMP seats. website said: "available for dispatch" two weeks passed but i didn't get any order status update from D.T. after my second email they got back to me saying: we don't have OMP in stock, You have to wait for 28 more days for the seat to arrive from the manufacturer. that was totally unacceptable because i'm building rally car and the build would't be finished before the next event. so i requested my money back but instead of refund D.T started asking if they can substitute those seats. after some search i asked to send some other seats slightly expensive saying paying any extras is out of option. DT agreed to ship those seats but again a few days passed and i got another email saying shipping those seats will cost more and requested me to pay more for shipping because seats are heavier and bigger! What? original seats and other ones were pretty much the same weight and dimensions and i take it as DT just wanted to re-reimburse themselves for a few bucks lost! at this point i firmly demanded a refund and case was escalated to PayPal claim. so i got my money back in the end but i lost a few dollars due to the exchange rate! now a month later my car is still not finished and it won't be and i'm gonna miss the next rally! I will never ever deal with them again! PS yesterday at the rally meeting i shared my experience and it turned out there was some other person who had similar experience with DT!

“Awful company”

Ordered a band saw 13 days ago, still nothing received. Tried the phone number which is perpetually engaged, sent numerous E-mails demanding to know what is going on and never had a single reply. Ended up reversing the paypal payment - fortunately I didn't use a debit card over the phone else I fear I'd have not got my money back for a long time. Avoid this company like the plague! IIRC, I had problems with them ten years ago when ordering parts for a project... turns out nothing has changed. The cheap price roped me in, should have just paid the extra £15 from another site that has excellent reviews.

“Buy Before You Try???”

I ordered several items from Tweeks two weeks ago. I ordered on the Sunday for delivery early the following week. I heard nothing so chased them on the Thursday only to be told that my items hadn't been despatched due to a skull cap not being in stock. I said I wasn't worried about the skull cap. To make up for the delay they offered next day delivery. Nothing arrived on Friday, or indeed Saturday. The items eventually arrived the following Monday. As I wasn't home the package wasn't opened. On Wednesday (two days after the delivery) I got an email from Tweeks to say that the BIB shorts (the reason I placed the order in the first place) were out of stock AND discontinued. No apology or refund. They simply invited me to order an alternative pair of shorts at full price. Completely unacceptable and poor service.

“i would not even recommend them to my worst enemy”

used demon tweeks four times...1 for a set of ebc pads for my z1000 i was told they were in stock...hurtled down to get there before closing (with dodgy brakes) got there non in stock.2nd time wanted a set of alloys and tyres...made my choice phoned em up the reply was yes we have them in stock...got there guess what...non in stock...3rd time ordered bilstein shocks from website ..website said in stock...phoned up a week later guess what...no stock...fourth time ordered some black diamond brake pads ..the website said in stock so i ordered chased up order a week later guess what....yip you got it no stock this company are just a lying bunch of conmen DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

“Expensive and poor quality”

Avoid them for exhausts. They were expensive compared to other powerflow dealers. They don't like it when you let them now and are just rude. The tech also seemed to know very little about how exhausts work. He basically just wanted to remove the back box and nothing else, despite me explaining what I wanted. Stay clear and go to someone who knows exhausts!!

“a month for 3 deliverys for one order”

one order took four weeks delivery!!!!!!!!!!!! when 3rd delivery came i booked my car in to the audi garage to have brake pads fitted. I got a telephone call to say the set of brakes pads was not the correct ones. I checked the order with you twice to make sure it was all corect they said oh yes we dont make ordering mistakes. Iam very cross with the whole order placed. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN VERY POOR SERVICE
