Ordered a very small blind said it will take over a week for delivery paid £8 but for an extra £9 I can have fast track delivery for a total of £17 WOW what a great deal that is NOT the blind was only £33 Joke Company. “Avoid, avoid , avoid”

We ordered a large roller blind at the end of December, it arrived quickly and all appeared to be well. After two days the roller mechanisms broke and the large heavy blind (over 280cm long) would not stay up. We deemed this unsafe for our daughter's bedroom and explained this to the company. They sent a new cord mechanism - this broke too and the blind continues to fall down. Sadly the blind is too heavy for the flimsy mechanisms that roll it and hold it in place. I have to disagree...I have bought several blinds (different kinds) over the years through this company...most recently a heavy 'day and night' blind, full width..just as you describe. It arrived with the casing damaged..I took photos which I emailed to the company and a brand new blind arrived within 2 days. I have nothing but praise for the products and the customer service of 247 blinds.

Ordered a blind and they sent the wrong one. Went back and forth with my showing photo evidence of the blind was too wide and customer service were very unhelpful. Will never buy from here again. i ordered by phone and found the service not very helpful,when the blinds arrived and i tried to fit them i found the colour was not as ordered,the slats were twice the length,and half the quantity.i messaged 247 online but got no reply and so had to ring them,they asked me to count the slats and send photos before they could reorder or send a refund,i wonder how they are still in business?… Read Full Review

I ordered online 3 blinds for £300.00, I was given a 3 week delivery time. Failed to deliver on 3 occasions. Constantly rang 247 blinds and was given excuse after excuse, they then said they had been delivered but had NOT. After 6 weeks I had to get a solicitor involved to receive my money back. Absolutely appalling company. They readily admitted they made the blinds too long which meant they dragged along the floor, then subsequently suggested that my tape measure was made from poor quality material and had stretched to provide an incorrect reading when I submitted evidence of the incorrect product dimension! If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Placed an order for 1 blind - delivery would be within 7 working day. They only just managed that delivering on the 7th working day. After unpacking the blind rail I realised it was exceptionally long, we had received someone else's order. I mistakenly thought this was a company I had used before. The blind was made smaller than the size requested, the end fittings were poor quality plastic, neither end located securely in the brackets, the overall construction of the blind was slapdash, and generally poor. Hi, I recently decided to spread the cost of my bay window and buy blinds in sections. I did phone 1st to make sure they had enough stock, however they changed the colour and after ordering 3 blinds when I needed 5 they told me that the colour is slightly different, so I ordered a sample. I ordered wooden bay window blinds from 247 Blinds requesting 'exact size'. Two of the three blinds were 0.6cm over size and one wouldn't fit into the aperture. I emailed 247 who requested a photo of the blind with a tape measure against it, which I supplied. I ordered 3 blinds from 247 with MEASUREGUARD at the same time. 1 blind we collected the delivery but the size was incorrect so I requested it to be just 1cm wider and they charged me over 5 pounds just for that even with MEASUREGUARD. This company has absolutely no interest in any customer once the order has been placed. Issues 1)Blind has bad and repaired stitching along the head. 2)Slow delivery service with absolutely no communication. 3)Use legislation/health and safety to avoid any responsibility, which they either misunderstand. I bought 4 perfect fit conservatory blackout blinds from 247 and was pleased with the price and delivery times. However, when i fitted the first blind it was clear that the quality of the mechanism design was very poor, when the blind is closed it is fine but when it is open the tensioning cable and mechanism hang loosely from the bottom of the blind. Ordered 2 sets of blinds from this company. 1 arrived damaged. I had paid via Paypal so raised a dispute with them. The company then contacted me and said that they were happy to send a replacement immediately and asked politely if I could close the Paypal dispute. End of rod was broken when unpacked. Took 3 weeks to get it replaced - reason, it had to come from Ireland! Blinds supplied were wrong size, and owing to delay in rod repair over 14 days had elapsed so Measureguard was no good as it had expired!
